In Google Analytics, how can I determine the value of a page if no goals or revenue have been determined?

I have 4 years of data in Analytics with over 20 million pageviews for the entire site. No goals have ever been set up, and while the site is an ecommerce site, no ecommerce features in Google Analytics have ever been taken advantage of. So I have no way to determine what the actual value of a page is. I've been tasked with determining if a particular page on the site is worth keeping around. How might I use all standard data (pageviews, bounce rate, time on page, time on site, etc.) to help determine the value of this page? I really appreciate any help I can get!

Should I try to write simple key-value storage by myself?

I need a key-value storage in a simplest form we can think of. Keys should be some fixed-length strings, values should be some texts. This key-value storage should have an HTTP-backed API. That's basically it. As you can see, there is no big difference between such storage and some web application with some upload functionality. The thing is - it'll take few hours (including tests and coffee drinking) to write something like this. "Something like this" will be fully under my control and can be tuned on demand. Should I, in this specific case, not try to reinvent bicycles? Is it better to use some of existing NoSQL solutions. If yes, which one exactly? If, say, I'd needed something SQL-like, I won't ask and won't try to write something by myself. But with NoSQL I just don't know what is adequate and what is not.

Microsoft Excel: How to find the minimum value? [closed]

I apologies if I post this question in the wrong place. I have a column A with names. For each name, I have a column B, it figures stand between 3 and 10 (eg 3.3 5.4 6.3 7.7). In a column C is then another number, which ranges from a "0" to " 60". Now I want to find out what is the minimum value in column B, but only, where the value in column C between 30 and 45. Does anyone happen to know how I have to type this in Excel? I've already found a lot on the Internet, but none of the suggestions there exactly "fit" to my problem ... I use Excel 2010. Server getting overloaded

Hi, I have 2 setups tomcat5.5.20 on Redhat and mysql 4.1.22 on another Redhat server. Recently my webserver started getting overloaded up to 80-90%. After checking i found repeating errors(each seconds) in catalina.out. Can it cause the server overload or where else can be the root of the problem ? catalina.out: DBCP object created 2010-12-22 13:33:12 by the following code was never closed: java.lang.Exception at org.apache.tomcat.dbcp.dbcp.AbandonedTrace.init(AbandonedTrace.java:96) i have to restart tomcat once a day when server load reaches 80-90%. Also catalina.out file is growing too fast which every few hours need to clear the logs. Binding not writing to datasource on .NET Compact Framework Form -- works on Full Framework

I have a problem with a bound user control writing back to it's datasource on a NetCF forms application. The application is too complex to post code, so I made a toy version to show you. I create a form, usercontrol with a combobox, a class (testBind) and another class (TestLookup). I bind a property of the usercontrol ("value") to a property ("selectedValue") on the testBind class. The testBind class implements INotifyPropertyChanged. I create a few fascade methods on the user control to bind the contained combobox to a BindingList(of TestLookup). I create a button to show the value of the testBind bound property (in a MessageBox). The messagebox returns "-1" every time regardless of the combobox entry selected. I can take the EXACT same code, paste it in a full framework Forms app and it will return the correct value of the selected combobox entry. Two way binding settings problem.

Hi, I am having a problem using two way binding with a listpicker. I am able to set the value using c# but not in the SelectedItem=".." in xaml. The binding is returning the correct value (and is a value in the listpicker) as i have texted it by assigning the text to a textblock. Python constructor does weird things with optional parameters

Can you help me understand of the behaviour and implications of the python __init__ constructor. It seems like when there is an optional parameter and you try and set an existing object to a new object the optional value of the existing object is preserved and copied. Ok that was confusing... so look at an example I concocted below. In the code below I am trying to make a tree structure with nodes and possibly many children . In the first class NodeBad, the constructor has two parameters, the value and any possible children. The second class NodeGood only takes the value of the node as a parameter. Both have an addchild method to add a child to a node. When creating a tree with the NodeGood class, it works as expected. However, when doing the same thing with the NodeBad class, it seems as though a child can only be added once! Difficulty adding widgets to django form.

I have a django app that tracks activities that can benefit a classroom. Using the django examples, I was able to build a form to enter this data. But when I try to add widgets to that form, things get tricky. What I want is a calendar widget that lets the user enter the 'activity_date' field using a widget. If I use Admin interface. The AdminDateWidget works fine. however. This particular user isn't allowed access to the admin interface so I need a different way to present this widget. Also I couldn't figure out how to make the bring the admin widget over into non-admin pages. So I tried a custom widget. This is the first custom widget I've built, so I'm not quite sure what is supposed to be going on here. Any Expert Advice? Hello, why busybox does not display the throughput value at the end of a FTP session? Or it is some version specific ? i heard that some version of busybox displays Tput value at the end of data transfer but i know that specific version .. i typed the below command but i did not get any throughput status.. "busybox ftpget -v -u user -p Password ip abc.txt abc.txt" could anybody please let me know how can i get the tput value for UL/DL data transfer? Also how can we get the status of Tput value at the client side if we do busybox ftpput operation?? regds rocky

what's a good way to share a value in multiple places in a word doc?

Let's say I have a value: \\myServer\dir1\dir2\dir3. I'd like this value to appear in multiple places in an MSWord document. However I only want to write it down once. What's a good way to do this? Fields seem like the answer but I can't get it to work; maybe it's not the answer. I'd like to be able to do this without any macros; it adds too much complexity. I need something more like Excel -- write a cell value here, reference it there, change the original value and the reference gets updated too.

How to use the outcome of a formula as the value for Vlookup or another IF formula

Ok I will try to explain my issue effectively. I am making a GPA sheet in which the value out of 100 is computer in to a GPA value and then in to a letter. In cell N5 i have the value of all their grades (formula: =H3+H4+H5) Now in cell (j6) I have a formula which is giving them a number depending on the value calculated in N5 (Formula: =IF(AND(N5>=60,N5<=63.999),"2.0",IF(AND(N5>=64,N5<=66.999),"2.25",IF(AND(N5>=67,N5<=69.999),"2.4",IF(AND(N5>=70,N5<=73.999),"2.5",IF(AND(N5>=74,N5<=76.999),"2.75",IF(AND(N5>=77,N5<=79.999),"2.9",IF(AND(N5>=80,N5<=83.999),"3.0",IF(AND(N5>=84,N5<=86.999),"3.25",IF(AND(N5>=87,N5<=89.999),"3.4",IF(AND(N5>=90,N5<=93.999),"3.50",IF(AND(N5>=94,N5<=96.999),"3.75",IF(AND(N5>=97,N5<=100),"4",IF(AND(N5<=59.999),"0"))))))))))))) Still no problem... as the values I was looking for comes out (example 84.2 shows up as 3.25 as I wanted). However here comes the problem.... I have tried to use the outcome in J6 to do Vlookup or another if formula, however excel does not seem to recognize the value in J6. For example: =VLOOKUP(j6,B3:C15,2,FALSE)... this returns N/A however if I enter =VLOOKUP(3.25,B3:C15,2,FALSE) it gives me what im looking for. It seems that excel will not register the outcome of my formula as a number. What can I do please?
