    Is there any function in pandas that can directly read a rotated csv file? To be specific, the header information in the first col instead of the first row. For example: A 1 2 B 3 5 C 6 7 and I would like the final DataFrame this way A B C 1 3 5 2 5 7 Of corse we can get around this problem using some data wangling techniques like transpose and slicing. I am wondering there should be a quick way in API but I could not find it.

The project in question I started at school, but I cannot edit it at home, when I open the .sln I get this "The IntelliSense information will not be available for .VC++ projects because the Intellisense database file Location/Junk.ncb could not be opened for writing. Other features will also be affected if the solution directory is read-only." How do I open my project so that I can edit it?

    I'm using Flex - IIS - ASP.NET to do remote calls. When I stresstest, all remote calls that take longer than 30 seconds fail. In Charles I get a message saying 'SocketTimeout: Read timed out'. Is this something that can be configured in IIS? Or could it be a problem with a setting in Charles?

    Hi, is it possible to read the value of an IdentityTag if you place it on the TagVisualizer, without having initalized it before? I would like to use the tags for registering a new object on the Surface but having all the "free" IdentityTags in a Collection for initalizing them all... There must be a better way to do in I think. But the TagVisualizer doesn't seem to do anything when you put a tag on it that it doesn't know.

I want the user to enter text, which may contain any character including newlines, until the user presses ^X (Ctrl-X), like this: Enter your code followed by ^X: Bla Blablabla Bla^X Thank you for entering your code (line 2, 3 and 4 were entered by the user) can anyone explain me how I can read input including newlines till the user enters ^X? These inputs are wrote (appended to) a text file named var.txt like so: input[0]='192.0.0.1' input[1]='username' input[2]='example.com' input[3]='/home/newuser' Now what I am trying to accomplish is to be able to read from var.txt from a script kinda like this: useradd var.txt/${input[1]} now I know that wont work just using it for an example.     to read a child node content i use : MYDATA = xhr.responseXML.getElementsByTagName("MenuItem") [INDEX].getElementsByTagName("PageContent")[0].childNodes[0].nodeValue; sometimes when the childnode data contains an HTML tag (eg b or br tags, because they have the <), i have problems since they are counted like xml tags (like childnodes). my question is how to get the entire data from a child node even if it contains other html tags exp : MenuItem MenuText menu b text b MenuText MenuItem would return "menu" !!! but i want it to return :"menu text" thank you guys, and happy new year

    I'm trying to build a voip application on a new android device, i use AudioRecorder to read the microphone but I'm getting no valid results, just white noise. This happen only on this new device(other work well) and this is probably because this device has PTT ability.
