  • Get tweets of a public twitter profile

    Hi folks, I have a list of usernames on Twitter whose profiles are public. I wish to get "all the tweets" they have posted from the day they formed their profile. I checked Twitter4J examples http://github.com/yusuke/twitter4j/blob/master/twitter4j-examples/src/main/java/twitter4j/examples/GetTimelines.java . According to the Twitter API documentation, only the 20 most recent tweets are returned. Is there anyway I could perform my task?

  • What is the difference between a "service account" and an "installed application"?

    To my understanding, the main difference is that a service account doesn't require a user to log in for authorization, while an installed application does. I am making an Android app (an "installed application"?) that offers an in-app subscription, and doesn't require the user to log in to an account (a "service account"?). To get a Client ID for the Google Play Developer API, I have to declare it as either an installed application or a service account, and am unsure which to go with.

    Hi stackoverflow, i can create an album using facebook graph api by posting data to http://graph.facebook.com/PROFILE_ID/albums it returns an id, which is not the album id. I confirmed it in two ways by going to that album, aid is different than what id i received and by posting http://graph.facebook.com/{ALBUM_ID_I_RECIEVED/photos, but the photo is never published to newly created album instead it is published to a default application album. I need to know the real album id so that i can upload images to newly created album. Please Help

    Hello everybody, Membership/Role/Profile providers API appeared in early days of asp.net Nearly everytime I can't live with standard API & have to add some extra functionality (for sorting, retrieving e.t.c.). I also have to use different database structure often (with foreign key to some tables for example) or think about performance improvements. These considerations forced teams I took part in to build own providers but I can't stand to implement providers API (because we don't use 70% of standard functionality at least). Moreover, providers that were built for exact projects were rarely reused. I wonder if someone found swiss-knife early-days-API providers implementation that is usefull for any kind of project without refactoring... Or do you use your own implementations of early-days-API's Or may be you abandon standard architecture and use lightweight implementations ? Thank you in advance

It's the code equivalent of doing a Google search for a word, then browsing through the results until you find the website you look for. By ranking I mean the position in the pages found, e.g. the site is number 4000 when searching for some word. Thanks!

    Quick question, has anyone ever come across either a web cam API or an open source alternative that can be easily integrated to a site without having any Flash or ActionScript experience. I should probably say what I'm trying to do.... The idea is to create a Facebook app that lets friends communicate (and meet new people too) in real time over web cam.     The API defined in the ADL SDK manual reads: int ADL_Display_ConnectedDisplays_Get(int iAdapterIndex, int* lpConnections) They say that lpConnections is the pointer to the bit field indicating whether the output connectors on the specified adapter have devices physically attached to them. This information is exactly what I want but nowhere in the documentation I could find any data on what the various bits in the lpConnections obtained might mean. I also tried going through the header files but found nothing relevant on this. I know this is very specific to but can anyone here answer?
