    My company is a broker in the real estate industry. As such, we send a lot of our listings to sites like Trulia.com and Zillow.com, among others. These sites direct leads to our realtors, and provide us with reports every month detailing the activity our listings have had on their site-- links back to our website, emails generated, etc. Our Marketing and Advertising departments want to take that information and enter it into a system to keep track of everything in one place, for the purpose of producing comparison reports. I cannot find any externally available product that provides this functionality. I would sincerely like to avoid writing this tool myself. Does anyone know of a tool that could do this? In short, an ideal system would: Imports Google Analytics data via API Imports real estate listing site data via CSV import / manual entry Provides comparison reports based on data Does anyone know of anything pre-made that can do this?

According to the documentation, Blended requests cannot specify the MerchantId parameter - and indeed, if I try to include it I get an error telling me so. However, when I don't include it, I get an error telling me that my request is missing a required parameter combination and that a valid combination includes MerchantId... what the hell?   • Creating yahoo pipe from google cal feed results in german language headings [closed]

    I'm trying to create a Yahoo pipe which combines 4 google calendar RSS feeds into a single feed sorted by date. I've created a yahoo pipe to do this (Which can be found here) The problem is, the headings all appear in German!   • Last-modified date not showing up in indexed documents

    We have tried everything, pushing feeds, setting up fields in "document dates" screen to enable all documents in the index to contain a value for Last-modified date. Nothing seems to make documents retain a "last-modified date" in the index. How does one enable a last-modified date for all documents in the index? Note: the meta value will come from an external xml source (not a database). Followed the google instructions for our gsa version (6.4.0.G.22). Yes I know the GSA version is quite old, we've been told by our google-representative support team themselves, that updating the GSA to the latest version "should" resolve the problem, and by "should" I mean, their GSA did the same thing (no last-modified date) and updating our GSA is another can of worms story :)

    How can I synchronise my desktop Outlook calendar with my Google Calendar (Outlook - Google)? I saw the question Free tool for Synchronizing Google Contacts and Calendar with Outlook, but the solution that was suggested there is no longer available - Google Sync End of Life. There are tools that required a payment, like SyncMyCal, gSyncit and OggSync, but I am looking for a free / open source solution. One can download Google sync, but when trying to use it there's an error: For now, I use OggSync to synchronise, but as a freeware it allows to synchronise manually only, not automatically, so I have to remember to synchronise after every change. I checked Mozilla Sunbird, but I couldn't find any relative posts on how to synchronise Outlook - Google using it. Just to be clear: I'm not looking for software; I am looking for a solution. What can I do if sometimes software is a solution?

    Hey Guys (and Ladies) I am looking at getting the image name from an image with a src loaded dynamically. Basically what I am doing is using the Google chat badge on a site to live chatting. And else where on the page, I have an image saying Live Chat:Online or Live Chat:Offline. And I want this to change depending on whether I am available to chat or not. Does this make sense? Anyway, the easiest way I figure to do this would be check the img url. If the img is offline.gif then obviously I am offline. An example of a dynamically loaded img would be something like <img src="http://www.google.com/talk/service/badge/Show?encrypted_acount_id_here" /> Once this image has loaded, it loads one of the following images "http://www.google.com/talk/service/resources/offlinef.gif" "http://www.google.com/talk/service/resources/idlef.gif" "http://www.google.com/talk/service/resources/onlinef.gif" Hopefully this make sense now.   • 3rd party applications API / Framework Q for PHP user site

    So we are defining out functional requirements for a user content site and would like to enable: 1) 3rd party developers to develop applications that users can use on their profile 2) Enable users to export content to other sites meaning share their photos on the net. So we were told we need to use APIs for this & it's merely changing data permissions. Is that the only thing we need? Is there a framekwrok we need to build out, or what is the process functioanlly to define out to make these happen? Platform is being built on MySQL and Cake php.
