I create a url and as part of the query string I pass in a page name a user created. This page can contain special characters like ëðû.   When I run the this select '$(''test'')' in SQL Management Studio 2008 it returns $('test') When I run sqlcmd -S SERVER -E -d DATABASE -q "select "$(''test'')" on the command line it returns Sqlcmd: Error: Syntax error at line 1 near command '''. If I remove the dollar sign it works. Is the "$" a special character? Is this a sqlcmd bug? How can I change the script to get the desired result.

  Hi all, I am testing my web application's security and all of my pages are served over ssl. The issue I am having is the certificate is not trusted as firefox starts in a new profile each time. I was reading on OpenQA's site about a jar and importing the certificate, but that is only for Internet Explorer and Firefox should automatically be handled. Exchange administrators can enforce password policy across devices But while I'm using N1 with 2.2 and try to connect to my company exchange server it didn't enforce me to set a password, although connecting to the same server from Windows Mobile 6 device enforce this. But when I publish and host it on IIS, it's not working properly. However, I tested the webservice method directly by typing the URL and it gave the desired output.   Hi, I've been trying to create this script that basically mirrors two sets of folders and it's content (including subfolders), but only copy files that are newer than the ones that already exist. I tried doing this by writing a vbscript, but it turns out that I manualle need to scan each subfolder and then it's content. And then that subfolder's content as well and so on and so forth. So I'm wondering if anyone knows if this can be done with Robocopy?

  Hello, Are there any equivalent Javascript functions for Python's urllib.quote() and urllib.unquote()? The closest I've come across are escape(), encodeURI(), and encodeURIComponent() (and their corresponding un-encoding functions), but they don't encode/decode the same set of special characters as far as I can tell.
