• How to use YT thumb in plugin

  I'm using two plugins on my wordpress site: Auto post youtube Pulls a youtube video then drafts it for me. I use this on my index page beside the post code and the thumbnail appears great: <?php tern_wp_youtube_image(); ?> Top Ten Which I use to display the most viewed posts on a page. Not looking great at the moment, but will fix styling later. This is the code to display popular posts: <?php if(function_exists('tptn_show_pop_posts')) tptn_show_pop_posts(); ?> Is it possible for me to use the youtube image in the popular post function? Or is it because they are seperate they cannot work together without a lot of code? Thanks in advance! • Hiding part of a page from Search Server 2010 Express

  I'm working on a soon-to-be-public-facing site, and we want to have our search live on day 1, and want it to be searchable but non-public during testing, so we're planning to use something whose crawling we can control -- Search Server 2010 Express. However, if I search for something in my top navigation bar, I get nearly every page as a hit. It kinda makes sense, as every page has that content, but it's completely irrelevant on most pages. I want it to crawl through my navigation, but ignore the text within the navigation for search results. I was hoping that it'd just figure that out on it's own (the HTML for the top nav is static), but it's apparently not. Is there some standard thing I can put in my HTML that will achieve the effect I'm going for? On a side note: when I go live, will I have the same problem with public search engines, or do they tend to be smarter?

• Search server 2008 express working with WSS 3.0 (error when crawl second web application (website) s

  My search server 2008 express crawls 3 sharepoint servers and 1 windows file server. The file server and 2 other sharepoint server crawl all content and master and sub sites just fine. On the 3rd sharepoint server the default site crawl just fine...The second web application site (content database) crawls the top site and crawls all sub sites BUT The subsites get the below error in the crawl log. Deleted by the gatherer (The start address or content source that contained this item was deleted and hence this item was deleted.) I have checked the security rights (OK) I have checked the setting to crawl a SharePoint site (if wrong the top site would not work)... ???? Last part = I can crawl 3 other sharepoint sites (web applications/other content databases) on the same server...It seems to be just this one site...

• Need CSS Help with a hover element - cant extend to left and right of page

  Hi there, Need some CSS guru help. If you visit my link: http://www.gabbr.com/js/viewer/cmedata/index1.html and hover over the years (top middles, 2008, 2009, 2010, etc) you will notice an orange bar extending from the top to the bottom of the page. I am trying to get the same effect on the left (month and day) but am unable to do so. The problem I am having is that I cannot get the orange hover bar to extend off the left of the screen for either #dayleft or for #monthleft. It extends all the way to the right margin of the screen but not the left. The problem is the margin-left: 15px; in #monthleft and margin-left: 80px; in #dayleft. But I cannot get rid of these since I require them for the letter spacing. Any advice?

• Hard drive randomly sppeeding up

  Having a weird issue with my hard drive. Running Windows 7 with an I5 processor. At random times the hard drive will start running at top speed and gradually return to normal over the next two minutes or so. Going to Resource Monitor it shows a variety of things with high read or write numbers. Log files NTFS volume log, Windows prefetch, System/user/appdata, and Program data Norton are the usual top ones listed. This just started about three months ago although the computer is about 3 years old. Have run in safe mode with internet over the weekend going to all of my usual sites with no such speed up. Question 1 - what can be causing this? Question 2 - how can I find out where data is being sent(especially if over the net)? Thank you.

  What i am trying to do is a simple recommender , must take the biggest weighted top 40 element's node2 element. Calculation for weight comes from (E.WEIGHT * K.GRADE). Now this code succesfully returns top 40 elements. However, i don't want E.NODE2 to return duplicates. POSTGRE SQL allowed me to do SELECT DISTINCT ON (NODE2) E.NODE2 , (E.WEIGHT * K.GRADE). How can i do the same in oracle?   I want to select previous and next row from table based on current id. I send current id to stored procedure and use this query: -- previous select top 1 id from table where id < @currentId order by id desc -- next select top 1 id from table where id < @currentId order by id asc The problem is when I send currentId which is the last id in the table and want to select next row. Then is nothing selected. Same problem for previous row, when I send currentId which is first id in table Is it possible to solve this in sql without additional queries?

  I am pretty new to rails and basically I want to make a user registration form. I am currently using rails 3.2.3 Basically I want to make basic routes like user/register on top of basic REST route for user. Here are my routes.rb resources :user do collection do get 'register' end end And here are my rake routes: register_user_index GET /user/register(.:format) user#register user_index GET /user(.:format) user#index POST /user(.:format) user#create new_user GET /user/new(.:format) user#new edit_user GET /user/:id/edit(.:format) user#edit user GET /user/:id(.:format) user#show PUT /user/:id(.:format) user#update DELETE /user/:id(.:format) user#destroy From my understanding, since register user is on top of show, it should match with register first before going to show. • Can't install GTX 680 drivers on 12.04

  I recently installed Ubuntu 12.04 on my desktop. I have three monitors, and after installing, ubuntu only detected one at 1080p. I downloaded the driver from the nvidia website, but when I stop lightdm and try to run the driver, it gives me an error message: ERROR: Unable to find the kernel source tree for the currently running kernel. Please make sure you have installed the kernel source files for your kernel and that they are properly configured; on Red Hat Linux systems, for example, be sure you have the 'kernel-source' or 'kernel-devel' RPM installed. If you know the correct kernel source files are installed, you may specify the kernel source path with the '--kernel-source-path' command line option. I tried instead to install the driver via the terminal, with the X ppa. The installation seemed to work, but when I rebooted, my display was at 640x480 resolution, with no other options for resolution. The NVIDIA X Server settings program is there now, but when I run it, it simply tells me that I don't seem to be using their driver, and that I should run nvidia-xconfig as root. Doing so doesn't help, I simply get the same issue again. I checked the file at /etc/X11/xorg.conf, and it's an NVIDIA file (has nvidia in the header). Does anyone know something else I can try? EDIT: Forgot to mention, I tried installing drivers via the "Additional Drivers" GUI utility, there were two options, one of them marked "(post-release updates)". I tried both of them, in both cases it tried to download and install for a while, then said that there was an error, and that a description could be found at /var/log/jockey.log. Both logs were over 700 lines

• Position DIV relative to containing DIV Without Moving Other Stuff

  [I'm not sure if this question has been asked, though I've looked around a bit.] I have a DIV inside a DIV. I would like the inner DIV to have a certain position inside the outer div. I'm having some success with this position: absolute; top: 0px;right:0px; but all other divs are getting moved around. I just want it to float on top of the other stuff (float didn't work, of course). Thanks! Edit: The outer div is relative, and I'd like the inner to move with it when the browser is resized. Edit: Sorry, I've figured out the question (but not the answer): if I use right:0px, the inner div stops moving relative to the outer div and starts moving relative to the browser window. Why would that be?

  I am working on unix. I want to knwo the current cpu usage of a process. I understood that ps give the average of cpu used till the process is up - it is not the current usage. Is there a way to print only the cpu from the top command without 10 more parameters and headers? I know how to do it with awk - this is not the way i want to do it. top -p 20705 -bc -n 1 | tail -n 2 | awk '{ print $9}' | head -n 1 If there is another simple way to do it, not reading /proc/stat... If there is a simple way doing it from c++, it is also ok.

  Hi, I have a link that functions similar to a drop down menu in that it fades in a list of links below it when clicked. Currently, the list fades back out when the link is clicked again, but I'd like for it to also fade out if the user clicks elsewhere on the page. I'm not sure how to add the $(document).click(function()... that handles this, or if this is even the right approach.   Hello! I'm using a helper for static pages to add a part to the title on every page. Currently I have the following code at the top of every static page: <?php $this->set('title_for_layout', $title->output('Nyheter')); ?> The purpose of $title-output is to append " :: MY WEB SITE NAME". This works fine, but for simplicity I would rather just call: $title->title('Nyheter'); At the top of every page to set the title. The problem is that I can't call $this-set() from within the helper. Is there a way to something like this or am I completely on the wrong path here?

• Is it a problem if i query again and again to SQL Server 2005 and 2000?

  Window app i am constructing is for very low end machines (Celeron with max 128 RAM). From the following two approaches which one is the best (I don't want that application becomes memory hog for low end machines):- Approach One:- Query the database Select GUID from Table1 where DateTime <= @givendate which is returning me more than 300 thousands records (but only one field i.e. GUID - 300 thousands GUIDs). Now running a loop to achieve next process of this software based on GUID. Second Approach:- Query the database Select Top 1 GUID from Table1 where DateTime <= @givendate with top 1 again and again until all 300 thousands records done. It will return me only one GUID at a time, and I can do my next step of operation. What do you suggest which approach will use the less Memory Resources?? (Speed / performance is not the issue here).

If you delete a line z-index:0, in css class test1, the ie will perform correctly. In my project , the z-index must be set greater than zero, so I couldn't delete the line.   I have an interesting problem/question and i'm not sure if it is even doable. So I have a custom header view for regular UITableView. But it's transparent and it doesn't fill fill table width. So it displayed properly when table is scrolled and this header view is displayed above cell content (sticked to the top). But when same header is displayed between two sections down - it looks ugly, because it's transparent and it's either displayed above black rectangle or above table background. I was wondering is there way to customize header view for when it's stick to the top and when it's not. Or... may be it's possible to specify what needs to be displayed underneath header view when it's between sections. Something like sectionSeparatorView?

The best example would be Genie News and Weather widget for which I was unable to find a source code. QUESTIONS: What would be a good way to implement the animation?
