Hi I want to examine a NMR spectre and make the best fit of a specific peak using a sum of gaussians. Sending html data via $post fails

I am using the code below which is fine but when I use the code below that in an attempt to send an html fragment to a processing page to save it as a file but I get nothing. I have tried using ajax with processData set to false ads dataTypes of html, text and xml but nothing works. I can't find anything on this so I guess I must be missing something fairly trivial but I've been at it for 3 hours now. poblems with jquery code

Another jquery issue... I have tried this several times using "class" and "id" elements and I can not get it right. I am hoping the brains on stackoverflow can help! The problem that I am having is when I open the page all elments are closed. When I click on one link all links open. fullCalendar not rendering new events dynamically

I have the following code in a page on which I am using fullCalendar. I am able to add events in my page, however the calendar does not display this dynamically. I have to move to another month (and then back to the current month), before the dates I added are displayed. Is there a way to dynamically refresh/render the calendar as dates are programatically added to it? Hi, I want to attach a function to a jQuery element that fires whenever the element is added to the page. To clarify, I am passing the el element to another library (in this case it's a movie player but it could be anything else) and I want to know when the el element is being added to the page, whether its my movie player code that it is adding the element or anyting else.

Some of the "stuff" is causing the color picker to appear well below the link when clicked. Hey Guys, I am trying to generate a full rss feed, however when loading the feed in Mail, it just shows the title, with a read more link at the bottom. I have tried several different options. But none seem to work. I would like to generate the feed with a combination of several feeds in my modl. jQuery DOM append losing markup

This is related to an earlier question. I try to append HTML DOM returned in an AJAX response to an existing DIV. I see all the text, but it seems all markup such as bold, italic, etc is lost. My AJAX (XML) data is like so: <event source="foo"> <contents> <h1>This is an event</h1> This is the body of the event </contents> </event> My jQuery code does this: $("#eventDiv").append( jData.find("contents").contents().clone() ); Attempting to do .html() on the cloned contents throws an exception: TypeError: Cannot call method 'replace' of undefined. I am a little surprised that it is so excruciatingly hard to do this with jQuery. Am I doing something too far off the track?

Hello, I have a form that takes the following inputs: Name: IBM Surface(in m^2): 9 Floor: (Checkbox1) Phone: (Checkbox2) Network: (Checkbox3) Button to send to a next php page. All those values above are represented in a table when i press the submit button. The first two (name and surname) are properly displayed in the table. The problem is with the checkboxes. If i select the first checkbox the value in the table should be presented with 1. Prolog: using the sort/2 predicate

So I'm trying to get rid of the wrapper clause by using the sort library predicate directly inside split. What split does is just generating a list of numbers from a list that looks like this: [1:2,3:2,4:6] ---split-- [1,2,3,2,4,6]. But the generated list contains duplicates, and I don't want that, so I'm using the wrapper to combine split and sort, which then generates the desired result: [1,2,3,4,6]. I'd really like to get rid of the wrapper and just use sort within split, however I keep getting "ERROR: sort/2: Arguments are not sufficiently instantiated." Any ideas? Thanks :) split([],[]). split([H1:H2|T],[H1,H2|NT]) :- split(T,NT). wrapper(L,Processed) :- split(L,L2), sort(L2,Processed).

Is there any way to make them total invisible? i.e., what I'm trying to do is make it as though the banner is a solid color, even though it's a gradient. Thanks in advance for any help!

preg replace h2 tags with spaces [closed]

Possible Duplicate: PHP Regular express to remove <h1> tags (and their content) I have some HTML that looks like this: <h2> Fund Management</h2> <p> The majority of property investments are now made via our Funds.</p> Trying to use a regular expression to strip h2 tags but doesn't work because of the space between the opening and closing h2 tags. preg_replace('/<h2>(.+?)<\/h2>/', '', $content); Any ideas on how to make this work? Also I would ideally like it to replace h1-h6 tags so maybe it needs [1-6] or something?
