• How Do I make my own keyboard for an app in android

  I am currently working on an app, that requires a keyboard in a different language (Specifically Hebrew), the problem is, that I don't know where to begin. I don't want the user to have to go onto an app store, and install a separate app that has more languages in it just to use my app, and, I only want the keyboard to be available in my app, ie, it shouldn't effect anything outside my specific app. the way I am doing it right now, is to create it as part of the main layout, and just make it visible whenever the user clicks on the Edit Text. the problem with this, is I can't get the size of it to readjust. I had originally tried using 2 different layouts (one in the res/layout folder, and one in the res/layout-lnd folder), but this caused different problems in my app, making it slower. so I am wondering 2 things, either of which should work. one: how would I create the layout for the keyboard to readjust. or Two: how would I make a keyboard correctly. here is the xml code that I am useing • problem with tinymce textarea in dynamically added jquery tabs

  I have an aspx page(Default1.aspx),in which i have a static jquery tab and anchor tag upon clicking the anchor tag(Add Tab) I am adding new tab dynamically,which gets its contents loaded from another aspx page(Default2.aspx).This second page contains some text inside a tag,a textarea with 'tinymce' class which is placed inside a div with 'style="display:none" ' and this textarea gets displayed only upon clicking the edit button on that page.   I am very new to Javascript. I am running to a problem and don't know how to solve it. Could you please help? Basically, I want to create some textboxes and checkboxes in a form. Then I have to validate those fields, and add the values of the checkboxes if they are selected. One of the textboxes asking for how many semesters attended, and 3 checkboxes with value of 100, 1000, and 750. Whichever checkbox is selected, it should multiply its value to the number of semesters attended. For example if the first two checkboxes are selected then totalCost = (100+1000)* semester. • Problems with Widgets in dojox DataGrid

  I am trying to include some editing Widgets in my dojox.grid.DataGrid seem to be having a lot of difficulty. I have tried everything I can think of to get it to work, but something just isn't going right. When I started having problems, I tried to copy almost exactly from the grid tests and model my "breakout" of code just like that, but without success. Basic editing of the Grid seems to work. In the example below, the "Events" column allows edits, but the two columns that are using the cellType attribute don't work. In fact they also seem to ignore the other attributes (like the styles) which would seem to indicate that some sort of issue was run into, but there is nothing in FireBug.   I need to parse Html code. More specifically, parse each cell of every rows in all tables. Each row represent a single object and each cell represent different properties. I want to parse these to be able to write an XML file with every data inside (without the useless HTML code). • jQuery CSS Custom Flyout Menu Styling Issue

  I'm close to nailing this flyout menu I have been working on, just have a couple of current pain points. I'm trying to get left/right padding on my submenu items, as you can see I am not quite there. Also when the first submenu is displayed, I want to create a bit of a gap between the first row of list items and the child. Below is my current code and a screen shot displaying what I want. • Js/Jquery bind Datatable or Datalist

  Scenario I have a input box for post codes. When you put in a postcode it makes a call to a web service and gets all the suburb names back and binds them to a list, like an input dropdown list. This works when I return a List<string> from the web service for just the names. No problem. The problem arises when I go to save the values to the db. When it gets saved I cannot save the name of the suburb in the suburb column in the db. I have to save the id of that suburb for the foreign key constraint. So then I changed the List<> thing slighty and cheated and returned the following. <ArrayOfString> <string>8213</string> <string>BROOKFIELD</string> <string>8214</string> <string>CHAPEL HILL</string> <string>8215</string> <string>FIG TREE POCKET</string> etc.... The reason for this is so I can have the value of the item in the drop down as the id and hence can save that in the code behind on save. • jqGrid concatinating/building html tag incorrectly

I have a onSelectRow option that is supposed to build stacked html <li> tags (such as <li>...</li> <li>...</li> <li>...</li> ) up to the number of static xml elements that I am looking at. But my script is concatinating all the image src links together instead of building the whole listobject tag. • jQuery not refreshing tabs content in IE

  Hi all! I have a page that is using jQuery tabs. Within one of my tabs I have a div that contains a form (initially hidden) that I want to use to add content to the tab. What I have works perfectly in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. But, in IE 7 the tab will not refresh. The post works and the data gets added to the database, but it simply will not show the new content after submitting it. I don't think it matters - but, just for information I am using the Codeigniter PHP framework as well. • WCF Authentication on the Internet - HELP

  I have a WCF service using the basicHTTP binding. The service will be targeted to be deployed in production in a DMZ environment on a Windows Server 2008 64 bit running IIS 7.0 and is not in an Active Directory domain. The service will be accessed by a business partner over the Internet with SSL protection. Originally, I had built the service to use x.509 Message authentication with wsHTTPBinding and after a lot of problems I punted and decided to back up and use basicHTTP with UserName authentication. Result: same exact, obscure error message as I received with certificate mode. The service works perfectly inside our domain with the exact same authentication but as soon as I move it to the DMZ I get an error reading: "An unsecured or incorrectly secured fault was received from the other party. See the inner FaultException for the fault code and detail". The inner exception message is: "An error occurred when verifying security for the message." I have been tweaking and pulling my hair out for 2 weeks now and nothing seems to work. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Even a recommendation for a work around for authentication. I'd rather not use a custom authentication scheme but use built-in SOAP capabilities. The credentials pass in thru the proxy i.e. proxy.ClientCredentials.UserName.UserName and proxy.ClientCredentials.UserName.Password are valid accounts on both the internal domain in the test environment and as a machine account on the DMZ IIS box.
