windows 7 turns off itself everyday at about 9am

I was given this comp at work and after a week or so this strange thing started to happen in the middle of doing something :-( It turns off itself at about 9.10am every morning Just once a day and it works fine after it had it little nap. it happens both if the comp was on all night or I turned it off before leaving the office. I tried to swapped the memory as I was told that there was an issue with memory. But moving or removing any memory did not make any difference. I am not aware that I would install any program that could cause that. I installed AVG and set it up to do every day scan about 8am + if restart is needed it requires user confirmation. 'The Software Protection service has stopped' few minutes before it turned off itself but it happened also at other times without the computer turned off. I turned off Windows automatic updates as the first thing when I got the comp configuration Windows 7 Ultimate Intel Core2 Quad Q9550 at 2.8GH, 8GB RAM ST31000528AS Barracuda 7200.12 SATA 3Gb/s 1TB Update Below message are logged when I turn the comp on again. Message 1: The previous system shutdown at 9:08:54 AM on ?6/?29/?2010 was unexpected. Secure data from a server to a workstation using jumper hosts

Hello. I have a WWW-server, my problem is that the content is sensitive and should not be accessible for people without proper credentials. How can I improve the ease of use but still maintain security following scenario; The Server is accessed through a "jumper host", i.e. the client connects to the jumper using VPN-connection and uses RemoteDesktop to access the jumper. From the jumper he uses RemoteDesktop again to access the Server. Finally on the Server the user can access content using a WWW-browser. All the way from the VPN-client to the WWW-browser requires authentication using a SmartCard-token. This seems quite secure to me. Content only gets mirrored on the RemoteDesktop between Server and jumper, no cached files to worry about. Connection between jumper and client is protected using VPN(ssl), so no eavesdropping. But it is quite cumbersome for the clients with many steps and connections to open. :( So, how can I improve the user experience accessing my server without compromising security? Thanks.

Looking for a small, portable, port-mirroring ethernet switch.

I recently had a mac go haywire, taking half a minute or more to get www.google.com loaded. Getting its owner to give up the machine for repair was like pulling teeth - they were insisting that it must be something to do with the network, since so much had changed with the local configuration at about the same time their box went haywire. I eventually set up a port mirror to a box that I could remote to so I could show that the mac was only irregularly getting packets onto the network. Demonstrating this faced an additional challenge: the latency of the remote desktop software I was using meant that I had to point to timestamps instead of just the moment the packet flashed up on the screen as my evidence. This particular user was the reason this was so challenging this time around, but I would like to have a box that I can cart from desk to desk to use wireshark on my laptop at any station where I need it. 3com, cisco, netgear, etc. (ad nauseum), all make switches that can be configured for port mirroring, but in my case, the smaller, the better. For the sake of my sanity, I'll probably end up running it off a battery anyway. If my laptop had two ethernet ports, this would be easy. So, whaddya recommand for a device that requires 0 configuration at each powerup (though I'm fine with poking at it for a while to set it up initially.) Small, light, and cheap enough to get it past purchasing? Thanks,

Why can't I see all of the client certificates available when I visit my web site locally on Windows 7 IIS 7?

My team has recently moved to Windows 7 for our developer machines. We are attempting to configure IIS for application testing. Our application requires SSL and client certificates in order to authenticate. What I've done: I have configured IIS to require SSL and require (and tried accept) certificates under SSL Settings. I have created the https binding and set it to the proper server certificate. I've installed all the root and intermediate chain certificates for the soft certificates properly in current user and local machine stores. The problem When I browse to the web site, the SSL connection is established and I am prompted to choose a certificate. The issue is that the certificate is one that is created by my company that would be invalid for use in the application. I am not given the soft certificates that I have installed using MMC and IE. We are able to utilize the soft certs from our development machines to our Windows 2008 servers that host the application. What I did: I have attempted to copy the Root CA to every folder location for the Current User and Location Machine account stores that the company certificate's root is in. My questions: Could I be mishandling the certs anywhere else? Could there be a local/group policy that could be blocking the other certs from use? What (if anything) should have to be done differently on Windows 7 from 2008 in regards to IIS? Thanks for your help.

Is there a way to prevent password expiration when user has no password?

Okay, we all care about security so users should change their passwords on a regular basis (who said passwords are like underwear?). On redhat and centos (5.x and 6.x), it's possible to make every real user password expires after 45 days, and warn them 7 days before. /etc/shadow entry then looks like : testuser:$6$m8VQ7BWU$b3UBovxC5b9p2UxLxyT0QKKgG1RoOHoap2CV7HviDJ03AUvcFTqB.yiV4Dn7Rj6LgCBsJ1.obQpaLVCx5.Sx90:15588:1:45:7::: It works very well and most users often change their passwords. Some users find it convenient not to use any password but ssh public key (and I'd like to encourage them). Then after 45 days they can't log in as they forgot their password and are asked to change it. Is there a way to prevent password expiration if and only if password is disabled? Setting testuser:!!:15588:1:45:7::: in /etc/shadow did not work : testuser is asked to change his password after 45 days. Of course, setting back password expiration to 99999 days works but : It requires extra work. Security auditors might not be happy. Is there a system wide parameter that would prompt the user to change expired password only if he really has one ?

No LAN and SMB access, and Explorer not responsive, when using a second connection

I apologize if this is a duplicate question, I know that there are several questions about multiple connection (LAN + LAN and LAN + dialup) but I haven't been able to find one that fits my scenario. I'm still using Windows XP on my corporate laptop, and I'm connected to the corporate LAN via Ethernet. The LAN NIC has a public IP address, although not accessible externally, obtained via the corporate DNS server. This connection is firewalled and requires a proxy to access Internet. To access Internet sites blocked by the corporate firewall, I use my smartphone via USB tethering. It is seen as a new LAN interface, and I get a private IP address (class 192.168..). There are two problems: The LAN is not accessible, as the default gateway goes to the tethering NIC. I'd like to solve this, but I can live with it. My PC becomes unresponsive if I use Windows Explorer to view local files, or even when I open the start menu. I guess that this is caused by attemps to connect to a mapped network drive. But I disabled the "Client for Microsoft Networks" in the tethering NIC. Why the system still hangs? Of course if I disable the Ethernet NIC, Explorer stops hanging. Correct use of SMTP "Sender" header?

Our web application sends email messages to people when someone posts new content. Both sender and recipient have opted into receiving email messages from our application. When preparing such a message, we set the following SMTP headers: FROM: [email protected] TO: [email protected] SENDER: [email protected] We chose to use the author's email address in the FROM header in an attempt to provide the best experience for the recipient; when they see the message in their mail client, the author is clear. To avoid the appearance of spoofing, we added the SENDER header (with our own company email address) to make it clear that we sent the message on the author's behalf. After reading RFCs 822 and 2822, this seems to be an intended use of the sender header. Most receiving mail servers seem to handle this well; the email message is delivered normally (assuming the recipient mailbox exists, is not over quota, etc). However, when sending a message FROM an address in a domain TO an address in the same domain, some receiving domains reject the messages with a response like: 571 incorrect IP - psmtp (in reply to RCPT TO command) I think this means the receiving server only saw that the FROM header address was in its own domain, and that the message originated from a server it didn't consider authorized to send messages for that domain. In other words, the receiving server ignored the SENDER header. We have a workaround in place: the webapp keeps a list of such domains that seem to ignore the SENDER header, and when the FROM and TO headers are both in such a domain, it sets the FROM header to our own email address instead. But this list requires maintenance. Is there a better way to achieve the desired experience? We'd like to be a "good citizen" of the net, and all parties involved -- senders and recipients -- want to participate and receive these messages. One alternative is to always use our company email address in the FROM header, and prepend the author's name/address to the subject, but this seems a little clumsy.

Storing secure keys on Ubuntu web server

I'm running Ubuntu 12.04 Precise with a DUNG (Django, Unix, Nginx & Gunicorn) environment and my app (as well as various config files) is stored in a python virtual environment inside /srv, which the www-data user has access to. The nginx & gunicorn processes are all run as www-data. My web app requires secure credentials which I am storing in an environment.sh file. This file contains various exports and is run using source before the gunicorn processes execute. My concern is the location of the environment.sh file and it's permissions. Will it be okay storing this file inside the /srv folder where the www-data has access to it? Or should it be stored and owned by root somewhere else such as /var/myapp/environment.sh? Also, regarding the www-data user, if any of my web processes (which are run as www-data) are compromised and someone gains access to them, does that mean that the user could potentially read any file on the system, even if they can't write? Including my secure keys?

"one-off" use of http_proxy in a Chef remote_file resource

I have a use case where most of my remote_file resources and yum resources download files directly from an internal server. However, there is a need to download one or two files with remote_file that is outside our firewall and which must go through a HTTP proxy. If I set the http_proxy setting in /etc/chef/client.rb, it adversely affects the recipe's ability to download yum and other files from internal resources. Is there a way to have a remote_file resource download a remote URL through a proxy without setting the http_proxy value in /etc/chef/client.rb? In my sample code, below, I'm downloading a redmine bundle from rubyforge.org, which requires my servers to go through a corporate proxy. I came up with a ruby_block before and after the remote_file resource that sets the http_proxy and "unsets" it. Nginx configuration leads to endless redirect loop

So I've looked at every sample configuration I could find and yet every time I try and view a page that requires ssl, I end up in an redirect loop. I'm running nginx/0.8.53 and passenger 3.0.2. DRBD stacked resources: recovering from failure

We're running a stacked four-node DRBD setup like this: A --> B | | v v C D This means three DRBD resources running across these four servers. Servers A and B are Xen hosts running VMs, while servers C and D are for backups. A is in the same datacentre as C. From server A to server C, in the first datacentre, using protocol B From server B to server D, in the second datacentre, using protocol B From server A to server B, different datacentres, stacked resource using protocol A First question: booting a stacked resource We haven't got any vital data running on this setup yet - we're still making sure it works first. This means simulating power cuts, network outages etc and seeing what steps we need to recover. When we pull the power out of server A, both resources go down; it attempts to bring them back up at next boot. However, it only succeeds at bringing up the lower-level resource, A-C. The stacked resource A-B doesn't even try to connect, presumably because it can't find the device until it's a connected primary on the lower level. So if anything goes wrong we need to manually log in and bring that resource up, then start the virtual machine on top of it. Second question: setting the primary of a stacked resource Our lower-level resources are configured so that the right one is considered primary: resource test-AC { on A { ... } on C { ... } startup { become-primary-on A; } } But I don't see any way to do the same with a stacked resource, as the following isn't a valid config: resource test-AB { stacked-on-top-of test-AC { ... } stacked-on-top-of test-BD { ... } startup { become-primary-on test-AC; } } This too means that recovering from a failure requires manual intervention. Is there no way to set the automatic primary for a stacked resource?

JBoss https on port other than 8080 not working

We have a server with two JBoss instances where one runs on 8080, the other on 8081. We need to have HTTPS enabled for the 8081 server, firstly we tried enabling https on the 8080 port instance by generating the keystore and editing the server.xml and it successfully worked. However when we tried the same thing for 8081 it did not, note that we removed https for the 8080 server first before enabling it for 8081. This is what was used for both server.xml for 8080 and 8081. The only difference was that the port was changed from 8080 to 8081 when trying to enable https for 8081 port instance. What am I doing wrong and what needs to be changed? NOTE : When I meant enabled for 8080 I meant when you visit https:// URL:8484 you will actually be visiting the 8080 port instance. However when ssl is enabled for 8081 and I visit https:// URL:8484 I get that the web page is unavailable. Performance data collection for short-running, ephemeral servers

We're building a medical image processing software stack, currently hosted on various AWS resources. As part of this application, we have a handful of long-running servers (database, load balancers, web application, etc.). Collecting performance data on those servers is quite simple - my go-to- recipe of Nagios (for monitoring/notifications) and Munin (for collection of performance data and displaying trends) will work just fine. However - as part of this application, we are constantly starting up and terminating compute instances on EC2. In typical usage, these compute instances start up, configure themselves, receive a job from a message queue, and then get to work processing that job, which takes anywhere from 15 minutes to over 8 hours. After job completion, these instances get terminated, never to be heard from again. What is a decent strategy for collecting performance data on these short-lived instances? I don't necessarily need monitoring on them - if they fail for whatever reason, our application will detect this and handle re-starting the job on another instance or raising the flag so an administrator can take a look at things. However, it still would be useful to collect information like CPU (user, idle, iowait, etc.), memory usage, network traffic, disk read/write data, etc. In our internal database, we track the instance ID of the machine that runs each job, and it would be quite helpful to be able to look up performance data for a specific instance ID for troubleshooting and profiling. Munin doesn't seem like a great candidate, as it requires maintaining a list of munin nodes in a text file - far from ideal for an environment with a high amount of churn, and for the short amount of time each node will be running, I'd rather keep the full-resolution data indefinitely than have RRD water down the data over time. In the end, my guess is that this will require a monitoring engine that: uses a database (MySQL, SQLite, etc.) for configuration and data storage exposes an API for adding/removing hosts and services Are there other things I should be thinking about when evaluating options? Perhaps I'm over-thinking this, though, and just ought to run sar at 1-minute intervals on these short-lived instances and collect the sar db files prior to termination.

Transcoding media server streaming to the iPhone

I have a huge collection of videos in different formats, but with one thing in common: They are not playable on an iPhone (or iPod Touch). Instead of complaining about Apple's IMHO broken world view ("there are no video formats but quicktime and mp4"), I wonder if there's a solution out there that allows streaming these different videos to the iPhone. This means that the source media needs to be transcoded on the fly. I already tried a few solutions out there, but with varying success: PS3 Media Server kind of worked, but only once and only for one single file. TVersity is said to work, but it requires UAC to be disabled and I don't see any need for this. The solution I'm looking for should run on Windows 2008 Server or Linux. I just can't believe that there's nothing out there that would allow me to stream my huge video collection on my iPhone (we're talking Wifi here, not 3G). After looking at the answers provided and after retrying TVersity without much success, I gave Orb another try and while the web interface failed to work for me, the iPhone Application (I tried the free one at first) actually worked flawlessly. And not only that, it also manages to convert the streams on-the-fly, so you don't have to wait for the transcoding process to finish before playback starts. On my 2.26 Ghz MacMini Server, this worked even with 1080p material. For Windows 2008 Server users out there: Remember to install the Desktop Experience Feature in the Server Manager if you intend this to work. Of all the stuff I had a look at, this really provided instant-success - even though I'm now probably sending the contents of my harddrive to orb's central server (sigh)

Delay init from starting a service for a period of time?

I am trying to get a rudimentary NFS server up and running. Right now the server is configured as an NFS server due to a workaround for a vendor issue not supporting direct attached clustered storage, which we are trying to get them to resolve. The vendor software is Splunk. The splunk feature we are using requires files be located on shared storage (which for us is /mnt/nfs until they support a real clustered filesystem). Currently the server has a GFS2 filesystem mounted at bootup (it is the only server with the filesystem actively mounted so there should be no problems with locking). We went with GFS2 so switching over to a clustered filesystem is easy should the vendor begin supporting it. NFS is configured to mount that filesystem at /mnt/nfs, which the splunk installation than sees. Splunk is configured to find it's configuration files in /mnt/nfs. However, I am running into a problem where the splunk daemon starts before nfs is finished loading, and because it sees nothing at /mnt/nfs it starts creating files there, and then when the files disappear (nfs finishes mounting the share), splunk craps out. Splunk is set to run at runlevel 3, S90. NFS is set at runlevels 2-5, S60. Is there any way to delay the startup of the splunk process further?

How to view / enumerate / obtain a list of all effective rights / permissions on an Active Directory object?

I am new to Server Fault and was hoping to find an answer to a question that I have been struggling with for the past week or so. I have been recently asked by my management to furnish a list of all the effective rights / permissions delegated on the Active Directory object for our Domain Admins group. I initially figured I'd use the Effective Permissions Tab in Active Directory Users and Computers but had two problems with it. The first was that it doesn't seem very accurate and the second was that it requires me to enter the name of a specific user, and it only shows me what it figures are effective permissions for that user. Now, we have more than a 1000 users in our environment so there's no way I can possibly enter 1000 user names one by one. Plus, there is no way to export that information either. I also looked at dsacls from MS but it doesn't do effective permissions. Someone pointed me to a tool called ADUCAdmin but that seems to falsely claim to do effective permissions. Could someone kindly help me find a way to obtain this listing? Basically, I need to generate a list of all the modify effective permissions granted on the Domain Admins group object along with the list of all the admins to which these permissions are granted. In case it helps, I don't need a fancy listing - simple text / CSV output would be enough I would be grateful for any assistance since this is time and security sensitive for us.

Managing rolling deployments in the cloud

Recently I've been experimenting with various cloud management tools like RightScale, Scalr, custom scripts for managing a variety of servers, each hosting several roles (app, db, load balancer, job queues, etc). The one thing I find lacking in most solutions is a way to do rolling deployments, i.e. running deployments sequentially across a number of servers with the same role. For instance, I dont want to build all of my webservers at the same time, as that will almost definitely result in some down time or 500s for my customers. I'd rather have one or two servers build at a time, while other servers are still available to handle requests. The other alternative is obviously to launch new servers that automatically update themselves on boot, but this isn't as cost effective, and most likely requires more time for the build to complete (it's faster to build on an existing server than to launch a new server and kill old ones). We've all heard of the big companies having the famous "push to build" button (companies like Twilio, Etsy, etc.) but it seems that they all have custom implementations of this. I'm not talking about a simple ssh-loop, clusterssh, or even an mcollective - I preferably want something with a nice simple interface that allows me to specify something like a RightScript or a Scalr script to run on a set of servers with a specific role, and it builds them sequentially. Does any one know of easy ways to get this done, or is this a candidate for a new open source project?

Exchange 2010 - Certificate error on internal Outlook 2013 connections

I have an Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2003. The exchange server has a wildcard SSL certificate installed *.domain.com, (for use with autodiscover.domain.com and mail.domain.com). The local fqdn of the Exchange server is exch.domain.local. With this configuration there is no problem. Now I started upgrading all Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2013, and I start to get consistently a certificate error in Outlook : The Name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site I understand why I get that error: Outlook 2013 is connecting to exch.domain.local while the certificate is for *.domain.com. I was ready to buy a SAN (Subject Alternate Names) Certificate, that contains the three domains exch.domain.local, mail.domain.com, autodiscover.domain.com. But there is a hindrance: the certificate provider (in my case Godaddy) requires that the domain is validated as being our property. Now it is not possible for an internal domain that is not accessible from the internet. So this turns out not to be an option. Create self-signed SAN certificate with an Enterprise CA is an other option that is barely viable: There would be certificate error with every access to webmail, and I had to install the certificate on all Outlook clients. What is a recommended viable solution ? Is it possible to disable certificate checking in Outlook ? Or how could I change the Exchange server configuration so that the public domain name is used for all connections ? Or is there another solution I'm not thinking of ? Any advice is welcome.

SSLVerifyClient optional with location-based exceptions

I have a site that requires authentication in order to access certain directories, but not others. (The "directories" are really just rewrite rules that all pass through /index.php) In order to authenticate, the user can either login with a standard username/password, or submit a client-side x509 certificate. So, Apache's vhost conf looks something like this: SSLCACertificateFile /etc/pki/CA/certs/redacted-ca.crt SSLOptions +ExportCertData +StdEnvVars SSLVerifyClient none SSLVerifyDepth 1 <LocationMatch "/(foo-one|foo-two|foo-three)"> SSLVerifyClient optional </LocationMatch> That works fine, but then large file uploads fail because of the behavior documented in bug 12355. The workaround for that is to set SSLVerifyClient require (or optional) as the default, so now the conf looks like this SSLCACertificateFile /etc/pki/CA/certs/redacted-ca.crt SSLOptions +ExportCertData +StdEnvVars SSLVerifyClient optional SSLVerifyDepth 1 <LocationMatch "/(bar-one|bar-two|bar-three)"> SSLVerifyClient none </LocationMatch> That fixes the upload problem, but the SSLVerifyClient none doesn't work for bar-one, bar-two, etc. Those directories are still prompted to present a certificate. Additionally, I also need the root URL to accessible without the user being prompted for a certificate. I'm afraid that will cancel out the workaround, though.

when I'm making a new partition by the partition magic. Then all of a sudden power failure. Unfortunately because my computer is not equipped with UPS (Power supply Uniterruptible), my computer finally died, too. When power is restored, I tried to turn on the computer. Suddenly my computer can not boot normally into windows. Option through safemode and others all I've tried. The result fails, can not boot at all, into safe mode also can not. And I know the cause. Partition Magic did not finish the work and stopped in the middle of the road and cause the transfer of data files or stopped, finally file2 any default windows were destroyed as well. Unfortunately my important data I store in my document. Finally, I take my hard drive to a friend. Hopes to open a computer hard drive through friend, at least I could save my important data, and then I can install window again by reformatting my hard drive is first. I read the hard drive in explorer my friend, complete with their data, but the data of my important data in my document can not get to go because it requires administrator privileges or the original user's default start my windows (my computer) to open my document folder tersebut.Ini actually very similar to the work or Folder Protection Folder Guard. result I was disappointed and almost desperate to get back my important data is. how do i break Folder Protection, Folder Guard Lock or Folder in Windows XP?

Large, high performance object or key/value store for HTTP serving on Linux

I have a service that serves images to end users at a very high rate using plain HTTP. The images vary between 4 and 64kbytes, and there are 1.300.000.000 of them in total. The dataset is about 30TiB in size and changes (new objects, updates, deletes) make out less than 1% of the requests. The number of requests pr. second vary from 240 to 9000 and is dispersed pretty much all over, with few objects being especially "hot". As of now, these images are files on a ext3 filesystem distributed read only across a large amount of mid range servers. This poses several problems: Using a fileysystem is very inefficient since the metadata size is large, the inode/dentry cache is volatile on linux and some daemons tend to stat()/readdir() it's way through the directory structure, which in my case becomes very expensive. Updating the dataset is very time consuming and requires remounting between set A and B. The only reasonable handling is operating on the block device for backup, copying, etc. What I would like is a deamon that: speaks HTTP (get, put, delete and perhaps update) stores data it in an efficient structure. The index should remain in memory, and considering the amount of objects, the overhead must be small. The software should be able to handle massive connections with slow (if any) time needed to ramp up. Index should be read in memory at startup. Statistics would be nice, but not mandatory. I have experimented a bit with riak, redis, mongodb, kyoto and varnish with persistent storage, but I haven't had the chance to dig in really deep yet.

I have a website reached from this url: http://www.mysite.com/cms/index.php being served from this directory: public_html/cms/index.php In public_html I have this .htaccess RewriteRule (.*) cms/$1 [L] Which lets me get to the site like this: http://www.mysite.com/index.php But now if I reference the 'old' address, I'd like to redirect to the rewritten address with a permanent redirect code. for example: http://www.mysite.com/cms/?q=node/1 is redirected to... http://www.mysite.com/?q=node/1 How can I make this happen? Postfix + Exchange + ActiveDirectory; How to mix them

My client has got many sub-offices, and one head office. The headoffice has a domain name: business.com All users in the many sub-offices need to have a headoffice email address: [email protected] Anyone not in the head office will need the email forwarded to an external email address. All users in the head office will have their email delivered to Microsoft Exchange. Users are listed in Active Directory under two different OU's: HeadOffice or SubOffice. Is this something able to be configured? I've done some googling, but I can't find any examples or businesses set up this way. Edit: Postfix will accept all email, will need to determine to forward the email to an external account or alternatively have it delivered to MS Exchange. I've done some reading about MS Exchange and that you can 'mail-enable' contacts for forwarding - but I don't know if each AD account requires an Exchange CAL? The end goal is to forward email to external accounts to sub offices or accept email for head office. Most of the time it works OK and the restart count is anything up to 4. In this case the Trunk log confirms that the Restart Count is 5 and so is considered to be exceeded. Presumably, this triggers the termination of the other services and Trunk is actually doing its job.So, coould this just be a timing issue and we need to increase the tolerance level (i.e restart count) or do we need to address the 0xa08990002 error in vmd?

Moving hidden files/folders with the command-line or batch-file

Question Does anyone know of a way to move files and folders that have the hidden, system, or read-only attribute set from the command-line or a batch file? (No, stripping the attributes first is not an option since there is no practical way to know which attributes were set in order to re-set them after the move.) (Failed) Attempts Using the basic move command does not work with items with the hidden or system attribute set and for some reason, it does not have switches to specify attributes like the dir and del commands do. I tried using a utility I wrote that uses the shell’s file operation function, but that requires using start /w to prevent the batch file from running on ahead, and it complains about long-filename support for some reason. I tried using robocopy, but it first copies the files and then deletes the originals instead of simply moving the source (which results in a frustrating delay, even with the excessive output redirected to nul). (Surprisingly it seems that few people have ever needed to move hidden files from the command-line. All I could find was this one person who abandoned the attempt.)
