  Hi, I would like to catch a click event with jquery and be able to tell if a key was pressed at the same time so i can fork within the callback function based on the keypress. for example: $("button").click(function() { if([KEYPRESSED WHILE CLICKED]) { do something... } else { do something different... } }); Does anyone know if this is possible at all or how it can be done if it is possible?

This also happens to be my first time working with something node.js based, so it's very likely I'm completely missing something simple! Basically what I want to be able to do is call a method on the server from the client, and in that method read the HTTP headers that the client sent.

  I'm looking for a free, syntax-highlighting, possibly autocompleting 'code editor's textbox' style control for use in a Visual Studio winforms or wpf project. It should work with C# and self-defined languages. There are pay-for solutions available - something like http://www.syncfusion.com/products/user-interface-edition/windows-forms/Edit would work fine - but I am looking for something simpler, and don't need to pay for unnecessary functionality.   I'm wondering if its possible to configure Intellij's smart insert to suggest hamcrest and mockito dsl idioms when in test classes. Really I'm looking for something like eclipse's 'static favorites', so that when I hit ctrl + space or ctrl +shift +space the idioms are present. In general is it possible to configure autocomplete/smart insert or the suggestions balloon for that matter. I've looked through the settings without much luck but could easily have overlooked something.

  I got infected by a virus. It looks like I removed it, but it somehow injected a few more processes (I can see them in the task manager) that respawn when I kill them (somehow). Is there a way to destroy those process to stop them from respawning, or in the case something else is respawning them, to kill that "something"?

Not every user can have every balance i.e. outer joins required. I'd like to see something like this: Employee Annual Leave Sick Leave Bob 10 Fred 9 Sara 12 15 I am unsure how to get this out as a single statement? I am thinking something like User.joins(:leave_balances).joins(:leave_type)

  I've read like 10 or so "tutorials", and they all involve the same thing: Pull a count of the data set Pull the relevant data set (LIMIT, OFFSET) IE: SELECT COUNT(*) FROM table WHERE something = ? SELECT * FROM table WHERE something =? LIMIT ? offset ?` Two very similar queries, no? There has to be a better way to do this, my dataset is 600,000+ rows and already sluggish (results are determined by over 30 where clauses, and vary from user to user, but are properly indexed of course).

I understand this isn't very clear but im having trouble relaying what I mean. I understand it will be some sort of for loop to read each digit of the integer individually until something reaches 5. Something like the charAt() string method but works for digits.

  What is the safest communication method between two applications on the same machine, both Java and C/C++ clients with a Java server. Are SSL sockets safe enough or they can be broken by "man in the middle" attacks? As i saw in the documentation and code samples, JSSE retrieves private/public keys and certificates from keystore files which a malicious user can see. The only thing that you can hide in the code is the password used to unlock the keystores. Can hackers retrieve that password?
