  • How to pass a resource file string to a function in an external .js file

    Hi , There is a Messages.resx file under App_GlobalResources in my solution. Everytime i create a string and give a value to the string internal static string Alert_EnterUserName { get { return ResourceManager.GetString("Alert_EnterUserName", resourceCulture); } } is created automatically. Can anybody guide me how to use this string in a function which is present in a seperate .js file? Thanks in advance

  • DeleteSubKey UnauthorizedAccessException

    I'm trying to write a quick app to modify some registry keys. When I'm browsing via RegEdit, I can modify and delete the keys with no problems. But when I try to use RegistryKey.DeleteSubKey() it throws an UnauthorizedAccessException Is there anyway to gain the privileges to do this? Also, why would there be a problem if my user account obviously has access to make the changes?

Right now I have a batch script that runs, but I have to manually add a database each and every time, and I'm sick of maintaining it. So I want to set it up to backup all MS SQL and then all MySQL, I dont care if its two different solutions, just want the ability to backup all the databases without having to type them in.     I am writing a application that monitor the system's health, user should know when they need to defrag the volumes. What I am thinking is calling the "defrag.exe /A" then analyze the output result to see whether it contains "You do not need to defragment this volume." But it's slow and very bad, I fount that the "Analyze" is really quick on the MyDefrag.exe. Anyone could tell me what's the best and simplest way?

Also, is there any quick command I can use to know that 106 is the last suffix in this example? Sorry: it wasn't clear that "the suffix" in the given example is everything following the final underscore.
