    I attempted to add an <admin-console> section to my appengine-web.xml and I got the exception below. The <admin-console> element is a valid element according to the appengine-web.xsd. It's also documented in the app engine docs.     I am trying to write a LINQ query which will return true if there are multiple objects which have a property with the same value. Here is what I have come up with so far: Formatters.Where(Function(f As DataModel.Formatter) _ Formatters.Select(Function(f2 As DataModel.Formatter) f2.Name.ToLower()).Contains(f.Name.ToLower())).Count > 1 However the above always returns true as long as their are more then 1 elements in the list, can someone please give me a hand with this?     I'm currently working on a Java web project (Spring) which involves heavy use of xsl transformations. The stylesheets seldom change, so they are currently cached. I was thinking of improving performance by compiling the xsl-s into class files so they wouldn't have to be interpreted on each request.   • Disable local delivery in Sendmail

    I am using Sendmail on a Centos server to send email for PHP scripts, but the problem is that mail is delivered to a local mailbox on the machine rather than what is specified in the MX records for the domain - which actually point to another machine I use for email. I would like sendmail to not try and locally deliver mail for the domain the machine is setup for, is there a simple way to disable local delivery? The domain is not in the local-host-names file. I've already done lots of googling and I have looked at: http://serverfault.com/questions/26934/sendmail-configuration-to-not-deliver-mail-to-local-machine http://serverfault.com/questions/65365/disable-local-delivery-in-sendmail But either there is no answer or it is not suitable. I don't want to relay to another server, i just want it to send mail regardless of domain.     EDIT: I did get a little further but all posts on my search say permissions are wrong or regenerate key but I fixed that to be 644 as well as owned by DKIM AND I keep regenerating the key but it is not helping. I even add the "LogWhy Yes" line to my opendkim.conf file as well and still see no logs there. Since I see opendkim running under user opendkim, I changed the owner of /etc/opendkim/* and /etc/opendkim and /etc/opendkim.conf all to opendkim user. I am running on ubuntu.   • How can I get HTTPD to serve the html/php files and not list/index them when they are in folder for virtual host. Using Centos 6.0

    My virtual hosts are configured as below, initally I could not even get to the /public_html/ directory when typing example.com and apache would just serve me up the default welcome page, I would also get the error: Directory index forbidden by Options directive: /var/www/html/example.com/public_html/ in the log . After editing the welcome.conf page (- Index) so it does not show again when I now type example.com the/public_html/ contents (Index.php) are indexed in the browser.   • Problems with apache svn server (403 Forbidden)

    Iv recently setup a SVN server on my papache webserver. I installed USVN http://www.usvn.fr/ to help manage the repositories from a web interface. When I create a repository and try to import code into it from netbeans i get the following error: org.tigris.subversion.javahl.ClientException: RA layer request failed Server sent unexpected return value (403 Forbidden) in response to PROPFIND request for '/svn/python1' I know i have the username and password correct (and I have tried different users) I have done some research and it seems that it is most likely an Apache svn error.   • Use Windows/Mac MySQL GUI over SSH Tunnel

    I am working on a client's website and he has hosting through 1and1. They don't allow connecting directly to their mySQL server from anywhere. I can't for instance load up a mySQL GUI on windows and just connect and work on the databases, it says host not found. His hosting account on the other hand is given access to the mySQL server even though it is in a different location. Let's say these are the servers I'm working with: His main hosting: Address: thehost.com Username: joe His mySQL server: Address: mysqlserver.com Port: 3306 Database: thedata User: dbouser The main hosting account he has comes with SSH. So if I SSH into thehost.com on port 22 and then use the mysql command to connect to mysqlserver.com, it works. I have tried to set up SSH tunneling but the problem is that it's not the mySQL server that has SSH allowed, it's the main hosting.   • Properly force SSL with .htaccess, no double authentication

    I'm trying to force SSL with .htaccess on a shared host. This means there I only have access to .htaccess and not the vhosts config. I know you can put a rule in the VirtualHost config file to force SSL which will be picked up there (and acted upon first), preventing double authentication, but I can't get to that. Here's the progress I've made: Config 1 This works pretty well but it does force double authentication if you visit http://site.com - once for http and then once for https. Once you are logged in, it automatically redirects http://site.com/page1.html to the https coutnerpart just fine: RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !=on RewriteRule ^ https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301] RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !(^www\.site\.com*)$ RewriteRule (.*) https://www.site.com$1 [R=301,L] AuthName "Locked" AuthUserFile "/home/.htpasswd" AuthType Basic require valid-user Config 2 If I add this to the top of the file, it works a lot better in that it will switch to SSL before prompting for the password: SSLOptions +StrictRequire SSLRequireSSL SSLRequire %{HTTP_HOST} eq "site.com" ErrorDocument 403 https://site.com It's clever how it will use the SSLRequireSSL option and the ErrorDocument403 to redirect to the secure version of the site. My only complaint is that if you try and access http://site.com/page1.html it will redirect to https://site.com/ So it is forcing SSL without a double-login, but it is not properly forwarding non-SSL resources to their SSL counterparts. Regarding the first config, Insyte mentioned "using mod_rewrite to perform a simple redirect is a bit of overkill. Use the Redirect directive instead. It's possible this may even fix your problem, as I believe mod_rewrite rules are some of the last directives to be processed, just before the file is actually grabbed from the filesystem" I have not had no such luck on finding a force-ssl config option with the redirect directive and so have been unable to test this theory.
