    In my app I have a uisegmentedcontrol in the navigation bar, as the right button item. the code: segmentedControl.segmentedControlStyle = UISegmentedControlStyleBar; segmentedControl.tintColor = [UIColor colorWithRed:0.70 green:0.171 blue:0.1 alpha:1.0]; works in OS2 but not OS3...? ade. p.s. my base sdk is 3.0

  • Why don't this toggle animation execute in all browsers

    Hey guys This file isn't executing in any browser other than firefox on mac. Added everything i can think to get it sorted. http://samhorner.co.uk/dev/samhorner/ Clicking on the twitter bar should close it, then open it again when you click on it again, only one click works on the other browsers.     In my app I've implemented a shake event and it shows a UIImageView. When the UIImageView is shown, I hide the Nav Bar with: [self.navigationController setNavigationBarHidden:YES animated:NO]; And after that I want to bring it back when user touches the screen: - (void)touchesEnded:(NSSet *)touches withEvent:(UIEvent *)event { [[self navigationController] setNavigationBarHidden:NO animated:YES]; } But it doesn't work! Like my view doesn't respond to touches. Thanks in advance!

    Hey I've added a button the my navigation bar like so: UIBarButtonItem *anotherButton = [[UIBarButtonItem alloc] initWithTitle:@"Edit" style:UIBarButtonItemStylePlain target:self action:@selector(methodtocall:)]; self.navigationItem.rightBarButtonItem = anotherButton; [anotherButton release]; However when I press this I get a InvalidArgumentException. This is in a brand new navigation project. Does anyone know why I get this behaviour?

    When the page loads, all the records show. Sorting works great until show-hide is used to filter the rows so only some show. Then the header row--with the arrows for sorting--DISAPPEARS. The problem is only in Firefox. It works great in IE7 and IE8. I'm using jQuery 1.4.2 from google.     hello I've placed this code my didload method, to get a black Navigationbar. rootTabBarController.navigationController.navigationBar.barStyle = UIBarStyleBlackOpaque; rootTabBarController.moreNavigationController.navigationBar.barStyle = UIBarStyleBlackOpaque; its working fine, but when the user rearranges the Icons in the editmode, i'm getting a default blue navigation bar.   • Hide Java application from command-tab application switcher in OSX

    I have a java application that has an icon in the tray of the menu bar at the top of OSX. I've been able to remove the icon from the dock when the application is "minimized to tray", but it still appears when I command-tab to switch between my running applications. I'd like to hide it from there too, but I'm not sure how to do that, so I would appreciate any advice Thanks!

    Hello, I've build a UINavigationBar into Interface Builder, and I have a NavigationController into my app. I'd like to make the one use the other to work. Just to manage the bar into IB and let the controller use it as its view (and adding by itself the Back button if needed), or in another way to do the same thing, let the NavBar use the navcontroller to adjust its display. Do you see a way to do this ? If not, I really don't see the use of the NavigationBar proposed into IB.
