    Hi, with $("#TextInputElement").select() I am able to select a text (mark it) in an in an input text field. Now I only want to select the text in between brackets in that input field. I have the regular expression match(/-[^-]*-/) to select, but how would I apply this to only select the text inside the input field between brackets? [noselect]textToBeSelected[/noselect] thx

    Hi, Why does the Javascript function call isNaN(123.) return false? Is this a universally acceptable number or will it cause errors downstream?     Hello, I'm building a shopping cart and I would like to use a JavaScript function to validate user input when entering the quantity value in the quantity text input. I would like to allow the entering of integer values only (no floats, no other characters). I know that I can apply this function using onKeyUp event and also I found isNaN() function, but it returns true even for floats (which is not ok). Can you guys help me out with this one? Thanks.

    I have seen this but can't work out how to apply it (no pun intended) to my situation. I have a sorted list of maps like this: (note there can be more than two keys in the map) ({name1 3, name2 7}, {name1 35, name2 7}, {name1 0, name2 3}) What I am after is this data structure afterwards: ({:name1 [3,35,0]}, {:name2 [7,7,3]}) Ive been struggling with this for a while and cant seem to get anywhere near. Caveats: The data must stay sorted and I have N keywords not just two.

Input: 1,3,5,4,2 Output: 3 When you sort the given input array, it will be 1,2,3,4,5 where middle element is 3. You should find this in one pass without sorting. Any solutions for this?

The equivalent SQL would be: SELECT * FROM TableName WHERE FieldName IN (1, 2, 3) Is it possible to do the same on an AdsTable within having to repeat the field using an "OR"? I want to something like: Filter := 'FieldName IN (1, 2, 3)' Instead of: Filter := 'FieldName = 1 OR FieldName = 2 OR FieldName = 3'

    Say I have a dataframe df with two or more columns, is there an easy way to use unique() or other R function to create a subset of unique combinations of two or more columns? I know I can use sqldf() and write an easy "SELECT DISTINCT var1, var2, ... varN" query, but I am looking for an R way of doing this. It occurred to me to try ftable coerced to a dataframe and use the field names, but I also get the cross tabulations of combinations that don't exist in the dataset: uniques <- as.data.frame(ftable(df$var1, df$var2))

Oh my I'm on a project which have multiple countries, brands, components layers and each time I will add a file you want me to "Add as Link" ? This is a nightmare maintenance ! Is there any other solutions ?
