• How do I crop an image in the Mac version of Microsoft Word?

  I know how to do it in the Windows version of Word but I can't work out how in the Mac version. In Windows there's a crop tool where you can just drag to move the edges in to crop the image, how do I do that on the Mac? Also on the old version of Windows there was a command to delete the cropped sections of all images in a document to save file space, I can't find that in Word 2007 or Word for Mac.

  Hi All, Iam newbi to SUSE, I installed java in my SUSE linux Server edition, So i want to set the path in linux,So i created .bash_profile in in /root path using touch and added the path as "JAVA_PATH". When restart my linux the above command is not working and it show unknown command "JAVA_PATH", I can't able to boot in GUI mode, I can boot only in terminal mode, How to delete the file (.bash_profile in /root) ?   I downloaded a RTMP stream to my desktop. It uses the FLV (Flash) video codec. I do not want to reprocess/transcode/whatever to this video. VirtualDub can delete sections of video and since it's not encoding again the quality is the same and the filesize shrinks. I want to do something similar but instead add keyframes and not encode. What can I use?

I have applied a Group Policy to clean temporary internet files on exit i.e to delete all temporary internet files when users close the browser. But the group policy doesn't seem to work as user profile size keeps on increasing and the major space is occupied by temporary internet files therefore increasing the disk usage. How can i enforce automatic deletion of temporary internet files?

• Watching Netflix through a VPN

  Recently I bought a VPS from DigitalOcean. I setup a PPTP VPN so I could watch us Netflix content from outside the US. Now that I have it setup and all my traffic is going through the VPN, Netflix is still showing my home country content. Pandora is working, and when I search my IP it shows im in NY, so I guess traffic is being routed correctly. I have also tried to delete flash settings and cookies from browser. Any ideas on what could be happening?

  While installing the fedora desktop I had unchecked the Games and Entertainment section but I can still see the same Games options available in the menu. I tried checking the same in the Add/Remove Programs but I was not able to get the option for uninstalling the same. Games which are present are: AisleRiot Solitaire, lagno, Mines and Sudoku I would like to delete the games options available. Can someone help me doing the same?

The Windows installation on the drive has both hyberfil.sys and pagefile.sys which I would rather not include in the image. If I delete these from the drive, will Windows recreate these files if necessary? EDIT The Windows installation on the drive in question was shut-down cleanly.

  Somehow I ended up with a file named "-r". How do I remove it? rm -r doesn't work. I tried 'rm -i `ls -a`' to step through the file names, but it didn't prompt me to delete this one. Edit A very hacky approach was to use python's os.unlink function. That worked, but I'm curious to hear other ways.

  So..i had this argument with my networks teacher. He said that some people complains about router crashes due to many entrys on NAT tables on a router. I didnt understand and i asked: "If the application uses the same port, why does the router crash?. It should have only one entry (pc-ip,pcport;public-ip,public-port)". And he said: "it doesnt matter its using the same port". I got the idea that NAT creates an entry for every packet that passes trought it. Iam assuming NAT with overloading as you might have guessed. So the questions are: 1-How does nat entrys are created? On a packet basis or connection basis? I mean: suppose i send a udp packet..does the router create an entry? 2-When i start a TCP connection, does the router create a persistant nat entry until the connection closes? 3-Was my teacher right? The NAT table can overload assuming an aplication on the same port sending packets? Thanks in advance.
