    I'm trying to create a custom drop down and using the code below it works pretty well - only one problem is if i have more than one drop down, all the links will only activate the first drop down. Any ideas on how I would fix that?   • Mapping a drop-down menu over an image

    I have a menu bar that is rotated slightly. Here are two buttons as an example: As a result, I can't use regular HTML to handle this. I need to use a <map> to put hyperlinks over the menu parts. (Or am I missing a killer CSS feature I don't know about?) I want to map drop-down menus to these buttons. This looks like a nice way to implement drop-down menus: http://javascript-array.com/scripts/simple_drop_down_menu/ However, this does not work on <map>s, I believe. Or am I wrong? Is there a different approach I can take to constructing drop-down menus for a menu bar that is not aligned horizontally?

  • SQL Server 2005 drop column with constraints

    Hi ! In Sql Server 2005 I have a column with a "DEFAULT" constraint. I'd like to create a script that drops that column. The problem is that is returns me that error : Msg 5074, Level 16, State 1, Line 1 The object 'DF__PeriodSce__IsClo__4BCC3ABA' is dependent on column 'IsClosed'. Msg 4922, Level 16, State 9, Line 1 ALTER TABLE DROP COLUMN IsClosed failed because one or more objects access this column. I couldn't find an easy way to drop a column and all its associated constraints (only found big scripts that look into system table... there MUST (!!) be a "nice" way to do that !). And as the DEFAULT constraint's name has been randomly generated, I can't drop it by name. Thanks for your help.

  • HTML, PHP No data in drop down box

    Hey, I am trying to figure out why a website's drop down box will not show any options. The data file for this drop down box comes from a microsoft access .mde file. The file is present and after the last update was working fine. Some changes happened to the site, i.e. text got added along with some photos. Im not saying this was when the drop down box went bad, but when it was discovered these were the only changes made. The data file seems fine as it is worked with everyday. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where to begin looking for the bug?   • Flash CS5 AS3 drop shadow filter won't print

    Hello all, I've tried searching quite a bit to discover why I don't seem to be able to print drop shadow filters from within Flash. I have trouble printing, but if the movieclip I want to print has or contains a drop shadow, that clip will print sans the drop shadow. Anyone have any insight as to why this might be happening? If you want to try it out yourself, here is the simple print code I'm using.     I'm trying to learn some Ajax and MySQL... Basically, the code that I have right now is similar to: http://www.w3schools.com/PHP/php_ajax_database.asp I was wondering how should I modify those codes (both html, javascript and php) to create two drop down lists. The first drop list would be used for choosing the Lastname (eg. Swanson) and the second drop list would be used for choosing the Hometown (eg. Quahog). Then the user would click "Submit" button and the query would return the matching results (eg. all the Swansons living in Quahog). I'd be very thankful for all the ideas!

  • Drag and drop to attachments feature only working intermittently in Outlook 2010

    I've been trying to troubleshoot a problem with my Outlook 2010 install where the ability to drag and drop an attachment into a new email will stop working from time to time. It seems to be fairly moonphase-y in that I can't seem to find a correlation in what causes it to stop working. Some searching online lead me to try running this command through the windows run dialogue: Regsvr32 ole32.dll, which apparently re-registers that particular dll as a command component in the registry. It didn't work, but I was curious as to why it was a suggested fix, and if there was something similar to try that would work, or another known solution.

    Possible Duplicate: How do you do Load Testing and Capacity Planning for Databases I'm noticing a drop in performance after subsequent load tests. Although our cpu and ram numbers look fine, performance seems to degrade over time as sustained load is applied to the system. If we allow more time between the load tests, the performance gets back to about 1,000 ms, but if you apply load every 3 minutes or so, it starts to degrade to a point where it takes 12,000 ms. None of the application servers are showing lingering apache processes and the number of database connections cools down to about 3 (from a sustained 20). Is there anything else I should be looking out for here?

On tbl, I've removed the modifier "not null default nextval('tbl_id_seq'::regclass)" but that modifier remains on tbl_new.   • Prevent drop down list options scrolling on Windows in SWT

    One of the drop down lists in my Java SWT application has 8 fixed options. When I click on it only 5 first options are visible and I have to scroll the list down to view the rest. Is there any way to force it to make all options visible without having to scroll down? There is another similar .NET application that has same drop down list with the same options and they all are visible without having to scroll down!
