• Android : Connecting to MySQL using PHP

  I followed the following article http://blog.sptechnolab.com/2011/02/10/android/android-connecting-to-mysql-using-php/ I am able to execute my php file. I executed it individually and its working fine. The problem is in the android execution part. Am posting the Log Cat for the error am facing.   I've an ASP.NET dropdown list and getting selected value by using the .SelectedValue. I also set this value in some cases by assigning to it. I seem to be randomly not getting this value set even when I choose the item from the drop down. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Ideas?

• Possible to use Bindings only for the SourceChanged event?

  Basically I want to use the WPF Binding framework to "observe" a property in the data context, and when that value changes to call an event handler. I do not actually want to bind it to any target. Sounds simple but from what I can see Binding is too coupled (to the visual tree and various other bits) to be able to use it flexibly. Any thoughts?

• Z-index bug with IE6.. can't seem to figure this one out

  I am working on this gorgeous header here at : http://kayaskitchenbelmar.com/test/header.html Unfortunately, in IE6, the drop downs that come off of the Print and View buttons collapse on to a new line. This is because of the common z-index bug. I tried resolving this by making the parent div have a higher z-index and position relative with its child a lower z-index and position absolute, but that didn't seem to work. Possibly I'm missing something obvious? Thanks so much

I have a handler for the OnEnterDesignMode debugger event and this gets hit if I am debugging the application and then switch to design mode. However, this does not get hit if I initially start without debugging and then switch to design mode. What event do I need to handle in order that certain code is executed when switching from Run mode to Design mode?
