  • Visual Studio 2010 doesn't install the editor

    For some reason when I install Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate using the web installer the actual editor (the IDE) doesn't get installed! Can't post images so here are the install options: http://img17.imageshack.us/img17/9223/clipboardimagez.jpg Start menu: http://img856.imageshack.us/img856/2503/80767250.png I only want C++ and C#, nothing else... What am I missing? If it helps this is a Windows 7 x64 machine. Thanks. Update: I tried doing a full uninstall and full re-install and still didn't get the editor. I do have the Stand Alone Shell (Isolated) installed for Atmel Studio 6, but it shouldn't be a problem.

  • Installed service starting and then stopping immediatly

    Hey guys, I am trying to install a service with a setup project. So through a normal setup/msi file, the service should be installed in services. So it works, but when i press start, i get the error/fault shown in the picture below. Does anyone know what causes it and most of all how i can solve it? I've read the message, but can't seem to find the origin. I don't know the most common things that would cause this error. Thanks in advance. ps: Other post is not helping to solve the problem

  • Set up tunnel to HE.net and now only ipv6.google.com works, but other sites ping fine.

    I'm setting up IPv6 using my router which is running OpenWRT, version Backfire 10.03.1-rc4. I made a tunnel using Hurricane Electric's tunnel broker and set it up on the router and I'm using RADVD to hand out IPv6 addresses. My problem is that on computers on the network, I can only access ipv6.google.com using a browser, but other sites seem to be loading forever and won't open in any browser. I can ping and traceroute to them fine, but can't open them with a browser. I can open any site normally with a browser from the router. Stopping firewall service on the router doesn't help, so it's probably not a firewall issue. All AAAA records resolve fine, so it's probably not a DNS issue. Computers on the network get their IPv6 addresses fine, so it's probably not a radvd issue. Similar setup worked fine for SixXs, but I'm having problems with my PoP there, so I decided to move to HE. I want to purchase this flash piano but i would have to change some of its functionality so I need to make sure it's possible before i purchase.
