• Scan to email messages downloaded by POP connector on SBS 2008 are delivered to badmail folder.

  I have a Kyocera MFD. I have it set to scan to email using the ISP's SMTP server. The messages are delivered and received by the hosted email server. The POP connector on the SBS server downloads the messages, but delivers them to the badmail folder. I have given the message a subject and a body. • Best Pratices for a Network File Share?

  So we have a file share that was started 10 years or so ago and it started off with the best intentions. But now it's gotten bloated, there's files in there that nobody know who put them there, it's hard to find information, ect ect. You probably know the problem. So what I'm wondering is what do people do in this situation. Does anyone know of a decent program that can go through a file share and find files that no body has touched? Duplicate files? Any other suggestions on cleaning this mess up?

• Logging Apache2 payload to evaluate SOAP message

  I am trying to log webservice specific information with Apache (Apache acts as a load-balancer by use of mod_jk). For instance I want to know how long the responsetime of each webservice-call takes. To do this I definitely would need to know the name of the webservice-method in the log-file. As a matter of fact, the name of the webservice-method is wrapped in the SOAP-body, to which I have no access to with the default-configuration. Does anybody know an Apache module to extend the log-information? Or are there any other ideas to solve this challenge? Thx!

• Preprocessing incoming mail with fetchmail/procmail/mutt

  I use fetchmail-procmail-mutt programms to all my mail. Some of mail generated automatically and some people not smart enough, so I would like to reformat mail body with some script. My best guess is that I should do it with procmail. But I found no such rule, best thing I found is possibility to pipe mail to programm. Of course, I can resend it with flag that no futher formatting needed, but it does not look like right solution. EDIT: Just discovered maildrop. Maybe, it is simpler to do my task with it?

• My browsers won't use my full screen resolution, IE different

  My screen resolution is actually 3200x1800, but when I'm in a browser it acts like I have a smaller resolution. How do I get my browsers to use my full resolution? On Chrome it's using 1280x720, and on IE it's using 1600x900. According to whatismyscreenresolution.com, which is showing different values for different browsers. I took a screenshot of them and verified that my resolution is 3200x1800 as that is the pixels in the bitmap. I'm on a laptop with no monitor plugged in. My zoom in both browsers is at 100%. I've tried zooming out below 100% but then the text is unreadable and pixellated. I've tried restarting. Windows 8.1. I've tried the chrome extension OptiZoom and it does nothing. document.body.clientWidth gives 1247, and I want it to give 3200.

• Hide Content for Printing

  Current, our users can view SCORM contents using frames. We would like to disable print or hide the content for printing. So far, we have tried: @media print { body { display:none } frameset {display:none} } The above line worked very inconsistently. For example, using IE8, the print preview does not show the content but when printing without preview it shows the content. Ideally we would like to disable printing altogether when our users launch any contents. If this can't be done, we would like to hide the print content so the users will print a blank page. Additionally, we would also like to disable the print screen option if possible. Please help!!!

  I am using Apache2 with mod proxy on Ubuntu 12.04 as a reverse proxy to some back-end server: <VirtualHost *:80> ProxyPass / http://somewhere.com/mysite ProxyPassReverse / http://somewhere.com/mysite ServerName www.mysite.nl ServerAlias mysite.nl *.mysite.nl </VirtualHost> However, unfortunately the back-end server has some internal links hardcoded; e.g. a link to somewhere else in the site has <a href="http://somewhere.com/mysite/something"> instead of just <a href="something.png">. Is there a way I can use Apache to replace strings in the body as served by the backend before passing it back to the client? E.g replace all instances of "http://somewhere.com/site/" with "http://mysite.nl/" ? I know nginx or so is better as a reverse proxy, but the server is hosting other stuff so port 80 needs to be Apache2.

We're wondering if providing a music streaming server internally would help on bandwidth. How legal is that?   Sharepoint sends out an automated email when a site collection has reached its quota warning level. The email says: You are receiving this e-mail message because you are an administrator of the following SharePoint Web site, which has exceeded the warning level for storage: https://mysite.xxx.ac.uk/personal/xxx/. To see how much storage is being taken up by this site, go to the View site collection usage summary: https://mysite.xxx.ac.uk/personal/xxx/_layouts/Usage.aspx. The problem is that the usage summary link needs to point somewhere else instead. How can I edit the body of the email to change the link? Thanks.

I waited for at least 3 hours now and still got no mail. • HP LaserJet 1320 printing black boxes instead of text

  I have an HP LaserJet 1320, running off of the HP PCL5 64-bit Universal Driver (Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit). When printing, anything other than body text is blacked out. I.e. on an email, where the 'To...', 'From...', 'CC...' and 'Subect' are usually shown at the top, there is just a black box. And on Word documents, anything to do with Track Changes is also blacked out. I have tried restarting the Print Spooler, and reinstalling the printer, but this does not help. Does anybody know why this is happening?

  Hi, I was about to download the PC Game Mafia II ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mafia_II ). The site said that do i have steam and i said no ... it asked whether to download and i gave yes. After downloading a 1.5mb exe it executed, dowloaded and installed additional files. After that the program opened. It gave me a feeling that that could have written in flex. if some body could clear this then that could be nice... besides, i went to the mafia ii official site to download the demo and again it asked whether i have steam installed and i said yes. then the firefox application launch dialog box appeared. and again i had this question how to launch an application using firefox... ?? may be i should ask this as a separate question but since it is associated with the above question i asked it here...

• How can I customize the notification from Google Notifier and Google+Growl?

  As best I can tell, Google+Growl just makes the Google Notifier growl the notification instead of displaying its own. The GrowlMail plugin lets you configure what info is displayed upon receipt of a new message. Is there a way to configure what is displayed by the Google Notifier a la GrowlMail--in other words, to choose that I just want to see e.g. that there is a new message and the time, but not the sender or body, etc. etc....? I have Eset Nod32(Up to date) Anti Virus, but it couldn't find any thing. I've installed Microsoft Security Essential and it could find a virus. I remove it and I change my mail password. What happened to my Yahoo Mail Account and what should I do ? Edit : My email password was 12 characters and I couldn't remember it , so I'm using RoboForm. Is it possible that my Roboform password divulge. !!! Edit 2 : I've changed my yahoo mail password, but this morning I received Failure Notice for sending mail to some invalid mail addresses again, but there is a different this time, the sent mails didn't exist in my Sent Box. Is it a good thing or I have to do something else ?

• How to find source of 301/302 redirect loop? Heroku GoDaddy Zerigo

  this should be a relatively simple problem but I'm having trouble.I hope this is the right forum to post on as I've seen people get booted off stack-overflow for this sort of thing. I've setup a web app on heroku (cedar stack) at my-web-app.herokuapp.com and I'm trying to direct my-domain.com and www.my-domain.com to it. As per instructions on the heroku documentation, I've set my-domain.com to redirect (forwarding) to www.my-domain.com and then set a C-Name from www.my-domain.com to my-web-app.herokuapp.com. But the C-Name doesn't seem to be working right and is sending back to my-domain.com, causing a loop and I can't work out why. I first configured these setting at GoDaddy.com where I registered the domain but then tried to avoid the problem by using Heroku's Zerigo DNS add-on, setting the nameservers on GoDaddy to the ones given for Zerigo. However the problem remains.   I have setup a dragonflyBSD NFS server and a windows 2008 NFS client(it's in the linux-KVM). The dragonflyBSD exports file like this: /tank -mapall=root windows-client and i setup my windows 2008 a NFS client all right. There is my win cmd to mount NFS. mount \\dragonfly-server\tank e:\ After finished my configuration. I found the windows client can mount the remote tank partition. And i can create a file or a dir. But when i try to delete the file i just create. It alerts permission deny. You must have the permission.And the same result when i try to write to the text i create in the NFS partition I don't know why i just can create the file through NFS, but can't do any thing else. Is there any body can help?

  About three days ago, I noticed the exim mailqueue started filling up on one of my servers, and upon inspecting some of the emails using # exim -Mvb $ID, I noticed they were being sent to some system email address (which is not a real address), and the body of the messages were as follows: (process:8259): Pango-WARNING **: Invalid UTF-8 string passed to pango_layout_set_text() I'm wondering what could be causing this strange issue, as I've never heard of 'pango' at all... I've never seen that function used in my lifetime! It seems the process id (PID) is for an apache process, though, as the pids are always gone by the time I use # ps -aux to look them up. Edit: Whoops! Forgot to include the subject - looks like it's actually munin-cron that's bringing up the issue: Subject: Cron /usr/bin/munin-cron --force-root
