FIND [/V] [/C] [/N] [/I] [/OFF[LINE]] "string" [[drive:][path]filename[ ...]] /V Displays all lines NOT containing the specified string. /C Displays only the count of lines containing the string. /N Displays line numbers with the displayed lines. /I Ignores the case of characters when searching for the string. /OFF[LINE] Do not skip files with offline attribute set. • Apache Getting Bogged Down By Certain Script (Wp-Cron.php) - How To Kill Process Automatically

  I have a server that is running a number of wordpress blogs, and a number of them have several hundred/thousand posts. Every couple of days, the server slows to a crawl due to a file being run on Wordpress called WP-cron.php. My entire apache process log turns into this : http:// imgur.com/A7K9k.png Times that by quite a bit. And server no go. Each process takes up about 1.1% of ram. And when we have 50 of them on the go. It gets insane. Not all of them are coming from the same blog, they are pretty widespread. In the Apache process page of WHM, they are usually ALL set to the status of "C", which means closing. But they can sit there until they crash the server, and they still hold the memory. Just google "wp-cron.php load" and you will find plenty of people with similar issues. In anycase, we have think it is down to users adding a tonne of dead "pinglists" to their wordpress installation. Which in turn wordpress loops through them endlessly. Problem number 1. Does anyone have any other suggestions about what would cause the Wordpress file wp-cron.php to loop endlessly. I still think it is down to pings, because all of the people we have contacted about their account load going sky high, have had massive ping lists. Problem number 2. Even if it is down to excessive pinglists in wordpress. We cannot be babying every single account on the server waiting for it to start spawning the wp-cron processes. It often happens overnight, and I start getting SMS alerts at 2am about the load. I have CSF installed, which apparently would have ended the processes if they ran over XXX time. But I have been told that it won't catch the processes because they end up in this state of "closing" (They show up as "C" on the Apache page of WHM). Apparently CSF will only kill processes that are "running" which C does not count. I have seen various other scripts such as : http://dltj.org/article/die-apache-die/ . I took a look at the stat of /proc. But I was boggled at which delimited part was the time running. And if there was any way I could connect it back to an actual Apache process, so that I could see what file was running (So only close connections connected to wp-cron.php, with a state of "C"). Overall I know Problem 2 glosses over the real reason. But I do put the whole thing to excessive pinglists in Wordpress. But I just cannot sit there and babysit every single installation 24/7. So I need a way to save the server when I am not available. Any help would be much appreciated.

  Hi all, I am in kind of situation that I need to start with a tab based application and in that I need a split view for one or more tabs. But it seems that split view controller object can not be added to the tabbarController. (Although tabbar object can be added to the splitviewcontroller). The problem can be seen otherways: I have a full screen in the left part I have a table view when any row is selected in the table a popover should come out pointing that row. Now when any row in the popover is selected the rows in this popover comes to the left under the selected row (only this row would be visible) and another popover comes out from the selected row. (Breadcrumb navigation type) I think I am clear in what I explained. So guys any ideas or work arounds? Please let me know if I am not clear in my question. Thanks, Madhup

  I've been looking at this for ages now and I cant find anything on the net that provides a solution. When trying to use the tag... ...this is embedded on a tab canvas. The 'Like' button appears when using the app locally, however, it doesn't appear when used on the facebook site. I get this error:- FBML Error (line 264): unknown tag "fb:like" I have FBML enabled in the settings. I've also tried using the iframe alternative with no luck. Any ideas? PS.. I'm using CakePHP

  I am implementing a MVVM pattern in my WPF application. My application main window is divided into four parts: Main Menu On the Top Outlook Navigation Control on the Left. A List View on the Middle. Another List view on the bottom. The Navigation control shows different setting (configuration) controls in the Tab items. All the four above are user controls which are placed in the main window. And corresponding to each user control there is separate view model which is bounded with a view model in the XAML of each control, however the model class remain the same between all the view model. And a MainWindow has a seperate View Model which is also bounded with a view model in the XAML of each control. Please help me out in framing a design in which each view models of all the controls above will interact with each other. Please let me know if my question is not clear to you!!

I have added the java project to the android project through the "Project" tab in the Build Path. I have already linked both projects to commons-codec thinking that this might be the problem but am still getting the following error in Eclipse. Both project have no errors.   i am using visual studio team system 2008 and VSS 2005. I took a latest copy of a project from VSS. Now when i try to open that project, it is showing error "This version of visual studio does not support source control" and " Unexpected error enocountered. Restart the application Error : no such interfaces are supported File : vsee\internal\vscomptr.inl". When i open solution explorer, all projects are showing as unavailable. I tried VS--Tools--options-- source control--plugin selection and set plug in to Microsoft "Visual source safe" and when i open "Environment" tab it is showing "an error occured while loading this property page" Can someone help me???

For completeness, it is possible to recreate the scenario very easily: Create a new MVC web app. Run it up. Visit the About tab Modify the URL to read /Home/About/Flib - This obviously takes you to the action with an id of 'Flib' which we don't care about. Notice that the top menu link to About now actually links to /Home/About/Flib - this is wrong as far as I can see, as I now have absolutely no way of using site links to get back to /Home/About I really don't understand why I should be forced to modify all of my Html.ActionLinks to include new { id = string.Empty } for the routevalues and null for the htmlAttribs. This seems especially out of whack because I already specify id = 0 as part of the route itself. Hopefully I'm missing a trick here.

  I have a custom UIViewController and a corresponding view in a nib file. The view is added to the UIWindow directly. [window addSubview:customViewController.view]; Sizes of the window and the view are default (480x320 and 460x320 correspondingly). When I create CustomViewController inside the nib file and check "Resize View From NIB" in IB Attributes tab everything works just fine. But when I create CustomViewController programmmatically with initWithNibName message the view is not positioned on the window correctly. There is an empty stripe at the bottom. Its height is 20px. I see it's because of status bar offset. IB handles that with "Resize View From NIB". How to emulate that programmatically?

• Where is the Microsoft.Windows.Controls.dll in the Nov 2009 Silverlight Toolkit?

  I want to use WrapPanel in Silverlight 3. It is apparently in the Silverlight Toolkit. All the information I can find on it say to download the toolkit, unzip the download, look in the folder binaries and you will find Microsoft.Windows.Controls.dll. This works for December 2008 version of the Silverlight toolkit just fine, since it is a zip file. But I would like the newest version. However, the November 2009 version of the Silverlight toolkit is an .msi file which installs but doesn't tell me where Microsoft.Windows.Controls.dll is. Nor is it in the Add Service | .NET tab. How can I get the Microsoft.Windows.Controls.dll from the November 2009 Silverlight Toolkit install so I can use WrapPanel in Silverlight 3?

• Reload Grid not working for mutiple jqgrid

  I am using jqgrid.My page has three tabs and each tab contains a different grid.All grids have different ids.The content of tabs is fetched via AJAX request lazily.Now after all three grids are rendered and i try to reload grid via function jQuery("#myOffersTable").trigger('reloadGrid'); Only the grid which loaded last reloads and it doesn't work for other grids. eg if grids load seq is : 1-2-3 then this code will only work for grid 3 but if seq is 3-2-1 then it will work only for 1.   I have a Silverlight 2 application that validates data OnTabSelectionChanged. Immediately I began wishing that UpdateSourceTrigger allowed more than just LostFocus because if you click the tab without tabbing off of a control the LINQ object is not updated before validation. I worked around the issue for TextBoxes by setting focus to another control and then back OnTextChanged: Private Sub OnTextChanged(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As TextChangedEventArgs) txtSetFocus.Focus() sender.Focus() End Sub Now I am trying to accomplish the same sort of hack within a DataGrid. My DataGrid uses DataTemplates generated at runtime for the CellTemplate and CellEditingTemplate. I tried writing the TextChanged="OnTextChanged" into the TextBox in the DataTemplate, but it is not triggered. Anyone have any ideas?

The only change I made was to add a public interface ITrackDao to my project and implement it. There are no errors associated with this. I am not even sure where to begin to look. • Easy_install of wxpython has "setup script" error.

  I have an install of python 2.5 that fink placed in /sw/bin/. I use the easy install command sudo /sw/bin/easy_install wxPython to try to install wxpython and I get an error while trying to process wxPython-src-2.8.9.1.tab.bz2 that there is not setup script. Easy-install has worked for several other installations until this one. Any help on why it's busting now? EDIT: The error occurs before dumping back to shell prompt. • How to change VS2010 Add Reference box filter ?

  I'm getting used to the new IDE (it's vc# express), but the first contact is somewhat confusing. When I open the Add Reference dialog and switch to the .NET tab, a label above the assembly list states: "Filtered to:.NET Framework 4". And it's true - I can reference .NET 4.0 assemblies only plus things like XNA 3.1. However I can't see older assemblies i.e. Managed DirectX libs, which are obviously installed on my computer as there was no trouble with adding a ref to them in vc#08. What is this? How to change the filter? The label is read-only. These sound like dull guy's questions, but I'm out of lack of finding an answer and there is no intuitive solution. Thanks in advance.

• String length difference between ruby 1.8 and 1.9

  I have a website thats running on ruby 1.8.7 . I have a validation on an incoming post that checks to make sure that we allow upto max of 12000 characters. The spaces are counted as characters and tab and carriage returns are stripped off before the post is subjected to the validation. Here is the post that is subjected to validation http://pastie.org/5047582 In ruby 1.9 the string length shows up as 11909 which is correct. But when I check the length on ruby 1.8.7 is turns out to be 12044. I used codepad.org to run this ruby code which gives me http://codepad.org/OxgSuKGZ ( which outputs the length as 12044 which is wrong) but when i run this same code in the console at codeacademy.org the string length is 11909. Can anybody explain me why this is happening ??? Thanks
