  • How can I add a class to my flash cs4?

    I am about to create a simple demo in flash where I have 3 layers, 3 keyframes. Currently I am just use some simple gotoAndStop() to move to the next keyframe. But now I need a custom event to do that but I can't create a class inside the action of a keyframe so I am not able to create a custom event. I just have AS3 developing experience in flex so far.     i've three tables related. images: id | filename | filesize | ... nodes: image_id | tag_id tags: id | name And i'm using this query to search images containing x tags SELECT images.* FROM images INNER JOIN nodes ON images.id = nodes.image_id WHERE tag_id IN (SELECT tags.id FROM tags WHERE tags.tag IN ("tag1","tag2")) GROUP BY images.id HAVING COUNT(*)= 2 The problem is that i need to retrieve also all images contained by the retrieved image, and i need this in the same query. This the actual query wich search retrieve all tags contained by the image: SELECT tag FROM nodes JOIN tags ON nodes.tag_id = tags.id WHERE image_id = images.id and nodes.private = images.private ORDER BY tag How can i mix this two to have only one query?

  • why LINQ 2 SQL sometime add a field like select 1 as test, others valid fields....

    I have to concat 2 linq2sql query and I have an issue since the 2 query doesn't return the same number of columns, what is weird is after a .ToList() on the queries, they can concat without problem. The reason is, for some linq2sql reason, I have 2 more column named test and test2 which come from 2 left outer join that linq2sql automatically create, something like "select 1 as test, tablefields" Is there any good reason for that? how to remove this extra "1 as test" field? here a few of examples of what it look like: google result for linq 2 sql "select 1 as test"

    I am currently creating a page where upon clicking a link an iframe is inserted into a div and it's contents loaded. I do this using the following jQuery call: $('#mydiv').html('<iframe src="sourcelink.html" frameborder="0" width="760" height="2400" scrolling="no"></iframe>'); Sometimes the source content loads very slowly and, as a result, it looks like nothing is happening. I would like to have a simple loading animation while the content is loading while the iframe's content loads. When the iframe finishes loading it's content should pop in and the loading animation should go away. I've been considering a couple ways I could do this (e.g. having a separate loader div to simply swap the two in and out) but I'm not sure of what the 'best' approach to solving this problem is. Perhaps I shouldn't be using .html()? I'm open to suggestion if there is a more correct solution.

I've created a seperate css for this section and have managed to colour it green but I can't get rid of the red rollover effect? The feed urls have to be added by hand tipically with the copy/paste method, and I don't like this option because is poor for the users. My question is: can I do like in webpage http://feeds2.feedburner.com/microsiervos a list of web applications (Google Reader, Netvibes, etc.). There is a way to do so? I may have to create a firefox addon? I'm quite lost, I think...   • Commenting system for CakePHP blog tutorial

    I'm building off the CakePHP tutorial for the blog engine by adding comments to each post. I am able to add comments by selecting the post that it should be attached to, via a select box. I would like to be able to click an "Add Comment" link within the post and have the association to the post formed programatically. I am unsure how I can pass the post_id to the add method within my comments_controller. The body of my add method is the auto-generated scaffold code. Is it as easy as adding a $postId argument to the add method and write this to the post_id in my comments model? This doesn't feel right though, since I would expect add to be called when my submit button is click on my comments add view. Thanks all.
