    Alright, well this is the deal. I have a page, and then it loads an iframe. When anything inside the iframe is clicked, the main page (iframe parent) just reloads. How can I have it, so that if the iframe parent is reloaded from a click inside the iframe that a certain boolean or something is passed, displaying something different. Thanks

    Hi, I'm new to XPATH and I'd like to know if there is a nice way to do this using XPATH queries. I want to match consecutive sibling nodes in a XML tree to certain predefined rules for example if there are three sibling nodes occurring immediately one after the other and they have the attributes value="A", value="B" and value="C", I want the XPATH query to match the first node/last node in such a sequence and I want to extract all such consecutive sequence of nodes from the XML tree so that I can process them later on.   • How can I dynamically hide a button from a view?

    I would like to dynamically hide a button in one of my views, depending on a certain condition. I tried adding some code to the view controller's -viewWillAppear method, to make the button hidden before displaying the actual view, but I still don't know how to do that. I have a reference to the button through an IBOutlet, but I'm not sure how to move forward from here. For reference, this is a UIBarButtonItem instance.

  • The server method xxx failed (asp.net ajax)

    I have a website project, that is working fine. However every once a while certain ajax pages (that make calls to a webservice) throw a "the server method xxx failed". I have ELMAH installed, however do not see any stacktrace or anything. The worst is that I can not reproduce the error locally. I just get an email notification from ELMAH. Does anybody know how I can fix this issue?

So, I would like to skip the intercom after_filter when a value is set in the user session.     Can anyone tell me if there are any clients (browsers) that define a functioning Object.prototype.hasOwnProperty that do NOT define a Function.prototype.call? That is, must I use belt and suspenders to qualify clients for a certain level of scripting, or will hasOwnProperty do for both? if(Object.hasOwnProperty && Function.call){ // add script } Is support for either of these properties a reliable subset of support for the other?

    I've heard that Windows Mobile will broadcast a WM_CLOSE message to all inactive (?) windows if system memory falls below a certain threshold. I think I'm seeing this occur with my app too.     I get an "unrecognized HTTP method" when trying to do a REPORT request using httplib and gae. Is there a workaround available? An httplib patch for gae? Do you I have to find another host in order to do this natively?     I've a custom Action on Deployment project of .NET Applicaiton, which contains custom dialogbox to enter certain parameters, on invalid parameters I've shown MessageBox.Show - but its being hide by installer window, I tried windows forms too with Activate, TopMost, Focus,bring2front, etc serveral options but it comes by default behind the windows installer window and due to this user is not able to identify why installing process is not finishing - because actually its waiting for user to read the MessageBox and press OK. I've tried to implement IWin32Window with the handler of MsiExec Process, and shown the Messagebox but still its not working, anyone has idea ???     Using VBA and a toolbar button, I'd like to be able to Switch between FROM and Conversation View, but I just work how to or find any code to do this. I tried the Sort Methods but, they only work in memory and don't re-sort the actual inbox. I use Conversation View for GMail style functionality with my Sent items BCC'd to myself, but want to switch to 'From' with all Groups Collapsed - so that I can find emails from certain people quickly.     I have a class which contains sensitive information (Credit card info, phone numbers etc). I want to be able to pass this class to log4j, but have it obscure certain information. If I have a class UserInformation which has getPhoneNumber, getCreditCardNumber methods, how would I customise log4j or this class so that it will obscure the numbers correctly. I want the credit card number to be output as xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-1234 and the phone number to be output as xxxx-xxx-xxx given that these would be 1234-1234-1234-1234 and 1234-567-890 Thanks

I put all the instructions into the html from the beginning and use jQuery to hide and unhide the relevant parts. How can I use watir's waiter to wait for only text that is visible? My problem is, that the waiter always returns true, even before I have shown a certain text.
