    Programming challenge: Given a set of integers [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] I would like to generate all possible k-combinations in ascending size order in Java; e.g. [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [1, 2], [1, 3] ... [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] It is fairly easy to produce a recursive solution that generates all combinations and then sort them afterwards but I imagine there's a more efficient way that removes the need for the additional sort.

    Hey guys, I am using pawn script for something, and everything works great except for one of my queries. For some reason, it will not work, and I am hoping it is simple enough someone can spot my mistake as I have been banging my head on it for days. http://ampaste.net/m6a887d30 The two highlighted lines are the queries that are not working.   • How can I set environment variables depending on directory

    If I have 'export BLA="hey there"' in .profile in my home directory, how can I change this later in other directories just by cd into the other directory? Also, is there a way to just set a new environment variable when I cd into a directory. My first attempt was to just make another .bashrc file in the directory where I want the change but apparently that proved less than effective. I'm on OS X btw.

    Hello Developers, I have developed a ASP.Net Server custom control in C# for 3.5. named "myCheckBoxList" inherited from CheckBoxList web control. Working is very simple. It just works as a two option buttons. I have taken a CheckBoxList which will show two fixed checkboxes always. When I check one checkbox then another will uncheck as vise versa. This control works perfectly only when I have placed only one instance of that control on web page. If I place more than one instance of control then it doesnt works. Please, I need solution from expert minds from developers as stackoverflow users.

  • Publish web application from MSBuild Script using VS2010 targets resets working directory

    I am trying to automatically publish and deploy my .Net 4 web application automatically from a build script to be run by our continuous integration server. I am using the new _WPPCopyWebApplication target from VS2010 to perform the publish, however it appears to reset the current working directory of the msbuild project to c:\ this causes my prebuild steps to fail as they have relative paths to some external tools. The task I am running from our master.build file is as follows: <Target Name="PublishWeb"> <MSBuild Projects="$(ProjectPath)" Targets="ResolveReferences;_WPPCopyWebApplication" Properties="WebProjectOutputDir=$(DeployPath);OutDir=$(TempOutputFolder)$(WebOutputFolder)\;OutputPath=$(ProjectPath)\bin\Debug;" /> </Target> This does not happen when using the legacy _CopyWebApplication. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this problem?

  • JQuery cookie access has stopped working for GAE app

    I have a google app engine app that has been running for some time, and some javascript code that checks for a login cookie has suddenly stopped working. As far as I can tell, NO code has changed. The relevant code uses the jquery cookies plugin (jquery.cookies.2.2.0.min.js)... // control the default screen depending // if someone is logged in if( $.cookies.get('dev_appserver_login') != null || $.cookies.get('ACSID') != null ) { alert("valid cookie!") $("#inventory-container").show(); } else { alert("INvalid cookie!") $("#welcome-container").show(); } The reason for the two checks is that in the GAE SDK, the cookies are named differently. The production system uses 'ACSID'. This if statement works in the SDK and now fails 100% of the time in production. I have verified that the cookie is, in fact, present when I inspect the page. Thoughts?

    Here's the code in question I'm trying to create a simple application - each of the three men has a rel="x" attribute attached them. I'm using var regionId = $('img.selected-region').attr('rel'); to make the rel of the currently selected item the value of reginId. I want to test this out by performing a simple document.write(regionId) command in a div under the pictures of the men. However, it's not working. Have I put the var regionId definition in the right place in the script window? I'm completely new to javascript so the syntax is confusing to me - and help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, I'm using Luntbuild with Subversion and would like to have our svn tagging environment specific (dev, testing, etc.) and I'm wondering if there's a way to use a variable in the VCS Adapters section. I'm looking for something like this: Directory for tags: tags/Builds/${env}/Service Where ${env} is a variable I can set in the Luntbuild builders section or elsewhere.     I have an option for a user to select his/her own theme while logged into the system and this theme is set in a MYSQL Database and called each time the user logs in, this is called by: <?php $_SESSION['SESS_THEME_NAME']; ?> Now, I had this working in a PHP file but I need it to work in Javascript instead unfortunately. And I need some help. I looked at the code using the developers tools on Google Chrome and looks like the above code is not resolving within the javascript file. Which makes sense because you can't access session variables within a javascript file (as I found by searching Google.) The code is basically supposed to set the specific stylesheet based on the value extracted from the MYSQL database. So if the database says Default the script needs to tell the webpage to use the default.css file. And so on and so forth.   • reloadData not working - suspect cell's reuseIdentifier

    I have a view controller that gets presented modally and changes some data that effects the data in a uitableview in the modal's parent view controller (a table view). I call the tableview's reloadData method when the parent view reappears. I have confirmed that this code gets hit with a break point. My trouble is, reloadData isn't working. Here's the kicker - if I don't use reuseIdentifiers in the - (UITableViewCell *)cellForRowAtIndexPath:(NSIndexPath *)indexPath method, the data reloads correctly. It looks like the reuseIdentifier is to blame. I really want to continue to use the reuseIdentifier for my cells - how do I make this work?

But the autocomplete isn't working. I even don't see any jQuery script in the source page. Have I missed something?
