    Hello, I've set up two asp.net applications on a machine, their web.config files contain the same applicationName value in AspNetSqlMembershipProvider item so they share users and roles. The problem sequence is: user logs into application A, opens new tab in a browser logs into application B, his login in application A is signed out and vice versa. Should I use different approach to sharing login information between two applications? Thanks.

  • iPhone: Prevent View from Rotation

    Hi, I use a UITabBarController with 4 views. The first of those 4 views should be able to rotate, the other three not. And now the problem is, when having a tab bar controller you have to set all used views to rotatable (i.e. returning TRUE in shouldAutorotateToInterfaceOrientation). So, my question is now, can I prevent the three views from rotation even though the shouldAutorotateToInterfaceOrientation method returns TRUE? Thanks for your help. Regards Matthias

    Seems Adobe ignores strong movement now towards the productive programming. E.g. flash builder ide lacks keyboard shortcuts that are very useful in eclipse. If code templates, extract method, extract local variables are covered by some not-free plugins (and not cheap) like source mate, expanding selection to enclosing element I cannot find how to enable. Maybe you guys know some plugins doing that? Usually in eclipse it is Alt Shift Up to select enclosing block.

  • Dotted Border turns to solid if object is animated with jQuery.

    I have a simple setup: an image and then a paragraph with a bit of info that is hidden and then slides up over the image on mouse hover. If I try to apply a border-top that is dashed or dotted onto the paragraph it simply turns into a solid line. Is this a known issue with a fix?   • Cufon h2 on div hover

    Hi all, I have h2 tags inside divs which I need to change colour on div hover, if the cufon is turned off, the h2 tag changes colour fine, but when cufon is turned on, it doesn't change colour.     Hi stackoverflow-pros, I need your help again :) I wrote an R script, that generates a heatmap out of a given tab-seperated txt or xls file. At the moment, I delete all columns I don't want to have in the heatmap by hand in the xls file. Now I want to automatize it, but I don't know how :( The interesting columns all start the same in all xls files, followed by an individual name: xls-file 1: L1_tpm_xxxx L2_tpm_xxxx L3_tpm_xxxx xls-file 2: L1_tpm_xxxx L2_tpm_xxxx L3_tpm_xxxx L4_tpm_xxxx L5_tpm_xxxx Any ideas how to select those columns?     I have been messing around with a way to justify align a collection of UIView subclasses within a containing view. I am having a little bit of trouble with the algorithm and was hoping someone could help spot my errors.   • Why is SpringSource Tool Suite (STS) so slow? And how can I fix it?

    I've been running STS 2.3.2 on a MacBook Pro for a few days now. I'm finding the performance to be significantly slower than any other build of Eclipse I've used. For example, switching from one tab to another can take up to 4 seconds. I tried turning off much of the validation, and increasing the memory, but it's not making a difference. Are others having similar experiences?

    Hi, I'm still not clear on how and when to use interface builder. I have a tabbar-based application, in which I added 6 navigations controllers. Instead of having 6 tabs, I would like 3 plus a "More" tab which allows the user to configure the tabs he wants. Is there any way to do that with IB ? And if not, how can I move from IB to a code-based tabbar (provided I already set up a class TabBarController which handles shouldAutoRotate:) Thanks in advance !

If so my query looks like this: "q.alt=search*&hl=on" When I use the above query, highlighting doesn't work, and all the scores are "1.0". What am I doing wrong? is what I want possible without bypassing some of the really cool SOLR optimizations. cheers!

  • WinAPI magic and MONO runtime

    I'm trying to get the same result of a .NET application (see the link Hide TabControl buttons to manage stacked Panel controls for details), but using the MONO runtime instead of the MS .NET runtime. Pratically, when the custom control is executed using the MONO runtime, the underlying message is not sent to the control, causing the tab pages to be shown... Is there a portable solution which is elegant as the linked one? If it is not possible, what are possible workarounds (apart from removing/adding tabs at runtime)?

  • TableView frame not resizing properly when pushing a new view controller and the keyboard is hiding

    Hi, I must be missing something fundamental here. I have a UITableView inside of a NavigationViewController. When a table row is selected in the UITableView (using tableView:didSelectRowAtIndexPath:) I call pushViewController to display a different view controller. The new view controller appears correctly, but when I pop that view controller and return the UITableView is resized as if the keyboard was being displayed. I need to find a way to have the keyboard hide before I push the view controller so that the frame is restored correctly. If I comment out the code to push the view controller then the keyboard hides correctly and the frame resizes correctly. Any ideas would be really appreciated. I have been banging my head against the keyboard for a while trying to find out what I am doing wrong.
