    perhaps for some people this is easy, but I want to learn There are 2 currency formats: first currency format is 1,123,123.12 and this format may be like $1,123,123.12 or 1,123,123.12€ and second currency format is 1.123.123,12 and this may be such $1.123.123,12 or 1.123.123,12€ so the difference is the placement of dots and commas The above format will be $this->value('one of the currency format insert here'); e.g. $this->value('$1,123,123.12'); or $this->value('1.123.123,12€'); that I want to know is the code if (first currency format) {use blah .. blah ..} elseif (second currency format) {use blah .. blah ..} else {/ / unsupported format} so how the code to identify whether the entry is input the first currency format or second currency format? thanks for the your pointers and ideas.     I've wrote a simple batch file to connect to a specific VPN connection using RASDIAL rasdial MyVPNConnection but it always returned the error 691 Access denied because username and/or password is invalid on the domain. Remote Access Service (RAS) Error Code List then i tried pointing to my Remote Access Phonebook (Rasphone.pbk) and see what happens rasdial MyVPNConnection /phonebook:%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Network\Connections\Pbk\rasphone.pbk and still there was an error 691. I've then unchecked the following but still the same problem was reported when executing my batch file.

    i created a .bat script to perform daily folder compression. it is working fine when i double click the .bat file. However, it doesnt work when i include it in window scheduler.     Somehow I ended up with a file named "-r". How do I remove it? rm -r doesn't work. I tried 'rm -i `ls -a`' to step through the file names, but it didn't prompt me to delete this one. Edit A very hacky approach was to use python's os.unlink function. That worked, but I'm curious to hear other ways.

  • Collections not read from hibernate/ehcache second-level-cache

    I'm trying to cache lazy loaded collections with ehcache/hibernate in a Spring project. When I execute a session.get(Parent.class, 123) and browse through the children multiple times a query is executed every time to fetch the children. The parent is only queried the first time and then resolved from the cache. Probably I'm missing something, but I can't find the solution. Please see the relevant code below.     I'm considering picking up some very rudimentary understanding of assembly. My current goal is simple: VERY BASIC understanding of GCC assembler output when compiling C/C++ with the -S switch. Just enough to do simple things such as looking at a single function and verifying whether GCC optimizes away things I expect to disappear. Does anyone have/know of a truly concise introduction to assembly, relevant to GCC and specifically for the purpose of reading, and a list of the most important instructions anyone casually reading assembly should know?

    I don't know if this is an error with eclipse or dropbox, but I seem to be unable to delete a file folder within my dropbox folder. Somehow, there was a creation of over 8300 file folders, all duplicates of the previous folder. I tried deleting from both command line, and explorer but get the same error: I've also deleted the share from the dropbox website, and it deleted correctly from there, but during the sync from the client (my pc) to the site there is an error: Any ideas of what to do?

Even if I define a datasource and call it via JNDI, I still have some properties that I want to change, like hibernate.dialect or hibernate.show_sql, for example.     Hi, I've written a facelet, and a corresponding backing bean, that implements user management (addition, deletion and so on). I'd want to be able to perform some custom processing when, for instance, a new user is added. There is a "create" button in the facelet, whose click event is handled by its backing bean. At the end of the event handler, I'd want to be able to call a method of another backing bean, which is not known because ideally the facelet can be used in several pages, with different custom processing. I thought to implement this feature by providing to the facelet a backing bean name and a method name, like this: <myfacelet:subaccounts backingBean="myBackingBean" createListener="createListener" /> and at the end of the event handler call #{myBackingBean.createListener} someway. I've found some books I might like, but they're a little on the expensive side. I'm not ready to commit to Qt before I've played with it for a while, so I'd prefer to keep it under 30 bucks.
