Like it will be look like a Trading date : 20/02/02. Now Trading date and date(20/02/02) may be in same column(td) or it can be different column like in first column trading date and in second column 20/02/02 then what should I do ?

  • Keep div:hover open when changing nested select box

    This is an IE-only problem. .toolTip becomes visible when it's parent element is :hovered over. Inside of .toolTip is a select box. When the user opens the select box to make a selection, the parent element is being "un-hovered", if you will. To put it another way, when I try to select something from the dropdown, the whole thing hides itself again. I'm sure it has something to do with the way IE interprets the stylesheet, but I don't know what or where.     On my registration form i want to show a modal (of twitter-bootstrap) when the user has a successfull signup to tell him to check his email so i put "remote: true" on my form and render a .js.erb wich shows the modal, on my controller. BUT, in case of inputs errors i need to render the page as html to refresh de form showing those errors. Can I call the controller from the remote form as JS but render as html? (or any other idea to do what i want) Thanks!

    I need to export a gridview to excel, I put the return html code from the gridview to a HtmlTextWriter and put this into the response. The result file work fine in excel, excel can parse the html and the result is readable, work perfect on excel 2003 and 2007, but in some machines with Excel 2008 (MACOS) excel shows only the raw html code and can't process this html code. Any idea to configure excel?
