  We using ASP.NET 3.5 (Controls-based apporach) and need to have storage specific for one http request only. Thread-specific cache with keys from session id won't work because threads are supposed to be pooled and therefore I have a chance to have data from some previous request in cache, which is undesireble in my case. I always need to have brand new storage for each request available through whole request. Any ideas how to do it in ASP.NET 3.5?

  I'm sure this is an issue anyone who uses Stata for publications or reports has run into: how do you conveniently export your output to something that can be parsed by a scripting language or Excel? There are a few ADO files that to this for specific commands (try findit tabout or findit outreg2). But what about exporting the output of the table command? Or the results of an anova? I'd love to hear about how Stata users address this problem for either specific commands or in general.

  I'm currently working on my company's in-house CMS and wish to add the ability for an admin to view the site on a specific date. This will allow admins to preview the site with archived or scheduled posts. I'd like to avoid finding all mentions of date() or time() and offsetting them.   I'm creating a custom extension and I would like to add a custom option when a certain item is purchased. For example, when the product "Name Tag" is purchased, the extension would detect that the specific product has been ordered and assign a custom option of "Year" to it. The user does not see this, but the attribute is added and displayed in the admin when viewing the order. Are there any specific listeners our there to accomplish this?
