I followed all instructions and the editor is working but i really dont understand what to do to make the correct preview appear, actually I can open the windows preview but i cant get the html code. I had download the parser file (markitup.bbcode.parser.php) and settled the previewParserPath too and i readed about configure or create some preview.php but really I dont know how to do it.     I have a longer running multi-step process using BackgroundWorker and C#. I need to be sure that each step is completed successfully before moving on to the next step. I have seen many references to letting the BackgroundWorker catch errors and canceling from clicking on a Cancel button, but I want to check for an error myself and then gracefully end the process. Do I treat it just like someone clicked the cancel button, or is there another way?

    So a lot of web apps have the customer choose their own subdomain, ie mycompany.webapp.com Presumably, every subdomain works off the same set of files and the unique subdomain is perhaps stored as a session object. So how does the URL rewriting work? If someone goes to mycompany.webapp.com, you have to rewrite their unique address to a dynamic page to set the session variable, ie webapp.com/mypage.php?cusomer=mycompany But then when you redirected, you'd be at webapp.com/theappdirectory/ and not mycompany.webapp.com/ So how do they do it?

I simply use /var/www/html/ as root of the app. do I need to buy 2 godaddy certificates, one for each domain? It seems that godaddy certificate is tied to a domain, not ip, can someone clarify?

    I have inadvertently svn-deleted a file with svn del --targets del.txt. Now, I'd like to recover that file with svn cat myPreciousFile.txt@4130 > myPreciousFile.txt, but svn gives me a warning that myPreciousFile.txt is not under version control. A svn cat -r 4130 myPreciousFile.txt > myPreciousFile.txt didn't work, either. Can someone please tell me how I'd go about recovering this file again?
