    I have had a lot of success creating graphs with Flot. However, I can not seem to figure out how one would go about shading in a region between two lines using the library. My goal is to be able to create shaded regions as illustrated below: I found this plugin, but it appears that it can only shade a range of values of a line, as demonstrated here.

    I want to create a backend for my android app with Tapestry5 and this http://code.google.com/p/t5-restful-webservices/ plugin. The app will communicate with the server by calling REST methods both for registered users (that would be easy to secure I guess) as well as unregistered users. Now of course I don't want people to just call that webservice from a browser. How can I make sure that only my app can make calls to this backend?

  • Display Spry results in Jquery modal dialog

    I am using Spry to retrieve data from a SOAP webservice (received as XML). I want to display these results in modal Dialog using the jquery dialog plugin. I have an almost working solution, but the dialog shows the spry placeholders (i.e. the fieldnames surrounded by {}), not the actual retrieved data. Any ideas how I might achieve what I want?

    I have been using Flesigrid for my CMS and I like it except there are some things I think it could do better like get the column headers from the ajax results rather then in the setup of the flexigrid or having the ability to change the buttons on reload things of that nature. I've been considering a mod of the plugin though I'm not sure i really want to do that. But the question is ... is there something that might be better that I somehow missed when I was looking for grid display ?

Atm our pages come in pdf format so we need a way to export text and images from the pdf so that they can be added to a database. We've had a look at the News studio plugin for Adobe Acrobat from Iceni Technology, but just wondering if anyone else knows other options for exporting pdf data. thanks

    I put a list strings as validTypes in velocity. When I do : #if (${validTypes}.contains("aaa")) // do something #end it throws an error. But when I do : #foreach (${validType} in ${validTypes}) ${validType} #end it works fine. Do I need to use velocity tools for this? How do I use it in an eclipse plugin? Are there any work around without using velocity tools?

    Hi guys, Ive got a problem with loading an applet from WEB-INF/classes directory. The main class of an applet (MainApplet.class) is there in the package aaa, but when loading I got the exception java.lang.ClassNotFoundException. Where am I wrong? Now when the validation fails i want to display the same flash[:error] message to the user using ajax.     I have add a custom plugin that insert custom tags into my tinyMCE editor of the format: title I want the custom tags to be rendered with some styles when viewed in the WYSIWYG view. I have seen one response to a similar question : http://topsecretproject.finitestatemachine.com/2010/02/how-to-custom-tags-with-tinymce/ but this doesn't work - they tags are not stripped out but they are not styled either??

    Hi, Is it possible to somehow listen to all perforce cammands issued from my machine to the perforce server? I did some googling yesterday and found a page somewhere about a perforce proxy or broker that would intercept perforce commands and allow you to do what you wanted with them before sending them to the server...and now can't find the page! The full story: I would like to help my clients do acceptance testing by providing them with a suite of tests that use some smarts to create random (or at least pseudo-random) values for the database. One of the issues with my Selenium IDE tests at the moment is that they have predefined values - which makes some types of testing problematic.

    After literally days of tweaking, I think I got vim's autocomplete (omnicomplete + Acp plugin) to work acceptably. But the annoying thing is that it is still enabled for plain text files so I would have to type :DisableAcp for README or plain text files. How do I add logic to my vimrc so that if it detects an empty filetype it disables the Acp on startup? here is what I wrote: if &filetype == "" let g:acp_enableStartup = 0 endif but this disables Acp on start up for all files.
