Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (OEDQ) provides organizations with an integrated suite of data quality tools that offer an end-to-end solution to measure, improve, and manage the quality of data from any domain, including customer and product data. The addition of the EnterpriseDataQuality Open Tool extends the inline Data Quality capabilities of Oracle Data Integrator with Oracle Enterprise Data Quality powerful data profiling, cleansing, matching, and monitoring capabilities. The EnterpriseDataQuality Open Tool can invoke any OEDQ Job stored in a Project. This Open Tool connects to an OEDQ server using a JMX (Java Management Extensions) interface. Once installed, this Open Tool will be found under Plugins in the Package Toolbox area: This EnterpriseDataQuality Open Tool takes a couple of parameters as inputs such as the Enterprise Data Quality Job and Project names, the OEDQ hostname and JMX port etc. With the EnterpriseDataQuality Open Tool, ODI customers can now incorporate their Oracle Enterprise Data Quality processes within their Data Integration workflows. • Finding the groups of a user in WLS with OPSS

  How to find the group memberships for a user from a web application running in Weblogic server ?  This is useful for building up the profile of the user for security purposes for example. WLS as a container offers an identity store service which applications can access to query and manage identities known to the container.  This article for example shows how to recover the groups of the current user, but how can we find the same information for an arbitrary user ? It is the Oracle Platform for Securtiy Services (OPSS) that looks after the identity store in WLS and so it is in the OPSS APIs that we can find the way to recover this information. This is explained in the following documents.  Starting from the FMW 11.1.1.5 book list, with the Security Overview document we can see how WLS uses OPSS: Proceeding to the more detailed Application Security document, we find this list of useful references for security in FMW. We can follow on into the User/Role API javadoc. • Skype no sound on Kubuntu 13.10

  I just performed a fresh install of Kubuntu 13.10 on my machine. Everything is working great except for Skype. I cannot get any form of audio playback in Skype. In the sound settings panel I get a bunch of different sound sources, none of which work! At the moment I have set it to "sysdefault (unknown)" I installed it using the deb package found on the official website. My phonon backend is using phonon-gstreamer. • Xcode: Unable to open project... cannot be opened because the project file cannot be parsed...

  Hi everyone. I have been working for a while to create an iPhone app. Today when my battery was low, I was working and constantly saving my source files then the power went out... Now when I plugged my computer back in and it is getting good power I try to open my project file and I get an error: "Unable to Open Project Project ... cannot be opened because the project file cannot be parsed." Is there a way that people know of that I can recover from this? I tried using an older project file and re inserting it and then compiling. It gives me a funky error which is probably because it isn't finding all the files it wants... I really don't want to rebuild my project from scratch if possible. Thanks in advance. EDIT Ok, I did a diff between this and a slightly older project file that worked and saw that there was some corruption in the file. After merging them (the good and newest parts) it is now working. Great points about the SVN. I have one, but there has been some funkiness trying to sync XCode with it. I'll definitely spend more time with it now... ;-) Thanks for everyone's comments and suggestions.

  My dev environment is Win XP SP2 / Apache 2.something PHP 5.something_or_other My prod env is Linux Ubuntu / Apache 2.something_else PHP 5.something_or_other_else The code is all Zend Framework Version: 1.11.1 I can telnet to: smtp.gmail.com 465 from the PC. I have Mercury configured on my PC to use gmail as it's smtp host and it works just fine. (MercuryC SMTP Client). Mercury is set to use port 465 and SSL on smtp.gmail.com -- No problem. Zend mail works just fine on my production environment using the production mail server to send out mail. It's the same basic application.ini but with different values in the mail variables. On my local PC dev setup, my application.ini contains: (same values as I use in Mercury) mail.templatePath = APPLICATION_PATH "/emails" mail.sender.name = "myAccount" mail.sender.email = "[email protected]" mail.host = smtp.gmail.com mail.smtp.auth = "login" mail.smtp.username = "[email protected]" mail.smtp.password = "myPassWord" mail.smtp.ssl = "ssl" mail.smtp.port = 465 I have been doing trial and error for hours trying to get a single email out with no success. In every case, regardless of server or port settings it throws an error and reports: Could not open socket. Both Apache and Mercury Core are exceptions in my Windows Firewall config. Mercury seems to be having no problem. I have searched stackoverflow before posting this and have been googling for hours -- with no success. I am slowly losing my mind I would be very much obliged for any tip as to what might be wrong.   I'm currently in the process of getting started with unit testing and mocking for good and I stumbled over the following method that I can't seem to fabricate a working mock implementation for: function GetInstance(const AIID: TGUID; out AInstance; const AArgs: array of const; const AContextID: TImplContextID = CID_DEFAULT): Boolean; (TImplContextID is just an alias for Integer) I thought it would have to look something like this: function TImplementationProviderMock.GetInstance( const AIID: TGUID; out AInstance; const AArgs: array of const; const AContextID: TImplContextID): Boolean; begin Result := AddCall('GetInstance') .WithParams([@AIID, AContextID]) .ReturnsOutParams([AInstance]) .ReturnValue; end; But the compiler complains about the .ReturnsOutParams([AInstance]) saying "Bad argument type in variable type array constructor.". Also I haven't found a way to specify the open array parameter AArgs at all. Also, is using the @-notation for the TGUID-typed parameter the right way to go? Is it possible to mock this method with the current version of PascalMock at all? Update: I now realize I got the purpose of ReturnsOutParams completely wrong: It's intended to be used for populating the values to be returned when defining the expectations rather than for mocking the call itself. • How do I find and open a file in a Visual Studio 2005 add-in?

  I'm making an add-in with Visual Studio 2005 C# to help easily toggle between source and header files, as well as script files that all follow a similar naming structure. However, the directory structure has all of the files in different places, even though they are all in the same project. I've got almost all the pieces in place, but I can't figure out how to find and open a file in the solution based only on the file name alone. So I know I'm coming from, say, c:\code\project\subproject\src\blah.cpp, and I want to open c:\code\project\subproject\inc\blah.h, but I don't necessarily know where blah.h is. I could hardcode different directory paths but then the utility isn't generic enough to be robust. The solution has multiple projects, which seems to be a bit of a pain as well. I'm thinking at this point that I'll have to iterate through every project, and iterate through every project item, to see if the particular file is there, and then get a proper reference to it. But it seems to me there must be an easier way of doing this.

• ADO.NET Multiple simultaneous reads from an open database.

  Answer not needed - my logic was wrong and this question is invalid. Charles helped me see where I went off-tracks. Thanks I have a utility that moves data from one source to another. In the process of writing the record I check to see if it exists and do an update/insert as necessary. The difficulty I have is that as I'm writing the main record info there is a 2nd table for "custom data" that I have to check to see if it exists and do an update/insert for that as well. Example: I may be loading a pencil sharpener that may or may not exist. While I'm writing it into destination it has characteristics such as style, color, etc. and each of them may or may not exist. As written I seem to need to have 2 DataReaders open, one for the sharpener and one to check for and update color. I am new to ADO.NET, but not to programming and it's more complicated than I listed but for sanity's sake I didn't put all the details. My question is: What am I missing? You can't have 2 readers open at the same time on a connection, yet I can't close the first if I'm stepping through all products. It seems inefficient to have 2 connections, readers, etc. for this. Is there a feature of ADO.NET DBs that I'm missing? How would you do it? Thanks!

  I am trying to integrate pages from a site I am building into the Facebook Open Graph. My goal is to create a Facebook "Community Page" for each cause in my application. I have added Open Graph tags to a page so that I can Like it in Facebook, and a community page corresponding to my cause has been added to Facebook. However, I am the only one who can see the community page, since I am its administrator. All other users are redirected to the URL of the cause itself.   I am looking to open up a file, grab the last line in the file where the line = "?", which is the closing tag for a php document. Than I am wanting to append data into it and add back in the "?" to the very last line. I've been trying a few approaches, but I'm not having any luck. Here's what I got so far, as I am reading from a zip file. • What is the correct way to open and close window/dialog?

  I'm trying to develop a new program. The work flow looks like this: Login --> Dashboard (Window with menus) --> Module 1 --> Module 2 --> Module 3 --> Module XXX So, to open Dashboard from Login (a Dialog), I use Dashboard *d = new Dashboard(); d->show(); close(); In Dashboard, I use these codes to reopen the Login if the user closes the Window (by clicking the 'X') closeEvent(QCloseEvent *) { Login *login = new Login(); login->show(); } With a Task Manager opened, I ran the program and monitor the memory usage. After clicking open Dashboard from Login and closing Dashboard to return to Login, I noticed that the memory keeps increasing about 500 KB. It can goes up to 20 MB from 12 MB of memory usage by just opening and closing the window/dialog. So, what did I do wrong here ? I need to know it before I continue developing those modules which will definitely eat more memory with my programming. Thanks in advance.

• How to open a file and remove the last line?

  I am looking to open up a file, grab the last line in the file where the line = "?", which is the closing tag for a php document. Than I am wanting to append data into it and add back in the "?" to the very last line. I've been trying a few approaches, but I'm not having any luck. Here's what I got so far, as I am reading from a zip file. • zend studio 5.5.1 on windows xp - won't open!

  I have been using zend studio 5.5.1 for the last year and and a half (on windows xp), with some occasional issues, such as a blank error dialog box when I started the program, but always went away when i restarted my computer, and usually got messages about javaw.exe errors. But now, the program does not open at all. What happens is, I get a little dialog that says Loading project - this is normal... but then, nothing. The zend program item is sitting in the taskbar, but when i click on it - nothing! there is nothing to show. i can right click and press close, but that is all. restarting computer did not help. i just uninstalled it, downloaded again from zend website, and reinstalled. tried opening - get loading box, seems to have loaded, even got tip of the day box. but there is nothing showing behind them. once i closed the tip box, i dont have any indication that zend is open besides the program item in the taskbar. windows task manager says it is running... anyone have a clue? help!!! thanks

• Forward all traffic through an ssh tunnel

  I hope someone can follow this and I'll explain as best I can. I'm trying to forward all traffic from port 6999 on x.x.x.224, through an ssh tunnel, and onto port 7000 on x.x.x.218. Here is some ASCII art: |browser|-----|Squid on x.x.x.224|------|ssh tunnel|------<satellite link>-----|Squid on x.x.x.218|-----|www| 3128 6999 7000 80 When I remove the ssh tunnel, everything works fine. The idea is to turn off encryption on the ssh tunnel (to save bandwidth) and turn on maximum compression (to save more bandwidth). This is because it's a satellite link. Here's the ssh tunnel I've been using: ssh -C -f -C -o CompressionLevel=9 -o Cipher=none [email protected] -L 7000:172.16.1.224:6999 -N The trouble is, I don't know how to get data from Squid on x.x.x.224 into the ssh tunnel? Am I going about this the wrong way? Should I create an ssh tunnel on x.x.x.218? I use iptables to stop squid on x.x.x.224 from reading port 80, but to feed from port 6999 instead (i.e. via the ssh tunnel). Do I need another iptables rule? Any comments greatly appreciated. • "Unsafe JavaScript attempt to access frame with URL..." error when developing for Facebook Open Grap

  Chrome (or any other webkit browser) throws a ton of these "Unsafe JavaScript attempt to access frame with URL..." when working with the Facebook Open Graph API. It doesn't interfere with actual operation, but it does make the javascript console basically unusable. I'd like to know if there is a way to suppress warnings in the console? Or if there are other solutions you guys can think of, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

• Keep the current Jquery accordion pane open after asp.net postback?

  I have a jquery accordion on an asp.net aspx weppage. Inside the panes, I have asp.net buttons. When I click on the button, the pane I was in, closes and reloads the page, defaulting to the first pane. I don't mind the reload, but is there a way to keep the current pane open after the reload. Right now, I am just calling accordion() on a div with the id of accordion.
