    I am trying the to query my Status Update repository using the following var result = (from s in _dataContext.StatusUpdates where s.Username == "friend1" && s.Username == "friend2" etc... select s).ToList(); Insead of using s.Username == "friendN" continously is there anyway I can pass a list or array or something like that rather that specifying each one, or can i use a foreach loop in the middle of the query.     I'm passing an object to mustache and this object has a method with one parameter. Is something like this possible with Mustache and PHP? {{object.method(parameter)}} If it gets too laborious to achieve this with Mustache, what template engine would you recommend? Remember I need to pass parameters to object methods while in the view context (like we do with helpers). The nearest as possible to mustache syntax is welcome.

    I'm parsing (X)HTML pages content with libxml using the following call: htmlDocPtr doc = htmlSAXParseDoc(content, NULL, &html_handler, NULL); But for debugging purposes I need to analyze some of the current node properties in the start/end element callbacks. I know that the fourth argument of htmlSAXParseDoc can be used to pass any user defined data to the callbacks, but I don't have a pointer to xmlParserCtxt.

    Hi, I am using jasperreport and trying to pass an alternate report runner. • net.sf.jasperreports.engine.fill.JRThreadSubreportRunner: The initial thread-based implementation • net.sf.jasperreports.engine.fill.JRContinuationSubreportRunner: A Javaflow-based implementation I am using the second one (for the reason, it runs on tomcat server, and creating threads wouldn't be good while writing subreports). The second one depends on commons-javaflow which is a sandbox version. Not sure if I should use it, Could somebody suggest a better way. Thanks

  • Killing Mysql processes staying in sleep command.

    Hey I am connecting a MYSQL database through hibernate and i seem to have processes that are not being killed after they are finished in the session. I have called flush and close on each session but when i check the server the last processes are still there with a sleep command. This is a new problem which i am having and was not the case yesterday. Is there any way i can ensure the killng of theses processes when i am done with a session. Anyone's got any ideas why? I'm not sure the amount of global variables in this code is any good, but I didn't design it and only got until tomorrow to fix and finish it, so workarounds are welcome! Is there an easy way to read the preferences for another user, than the current one, using CFPreferences? The docs, for example for CFPreferencesCopyValue, explicitly state: 'Do not use arbitrary user and host names, instead pass the pre-defined domain qualifier constants.', when passing the 'userName' argument to the various functions.

  • How to encrypt/decrypt a long string in PHP?

    I doubt if this is encryption but I can't find a better phrase. I need to pass a long query string like this: http://test.com/test.php?key=[some_very_loooooooooooooooooooooooong_query_string] The query string contains NO sensitive information so I'm not really concerned about security in this case. It's just...well, too long and ugly. Is there a library function that can let me encode/encrypt/compress the query string into something similar to the result of a md5() (similar as in, always a 32 character string), but decode/decrypt/decompress-able?

  • Optimizing a memoization decorator not increase call stack

    I have a very, very basic memoization decorator that I need to optimize below: def memoize(function): memos = {} def wrapper(*args): try: return memos[args] except KeyError: pass result = function(*args) memos[args] = result return result return wrapper The goal is to make this so that it doesn't add on to the call stack. It actually doubles it right now. I realize that I can embed this on a function by function basis, but that is not desired as I would like a global solution for memoizing. Any ideas?
