Any tips on how to get started will be great! I'm also looking at using a stylus to create a signature. Are there any styluses that are specifically built for the iPad?   • iPad OpenGL ES FPS too slow!

    I'm currently working on an OpenGL ES 1.1 app for the iPad its running at full 768x1024 iPad resolution, with textures, polygons, and the works but only at about 30 fps! (not fast enough for my purposes) im pretty sure its not my code, because when i lowered the resolution, the FPS increased, eventually the normal 60 at iPod touch resoultion Is anyone else encountering this FPS slowdown? should I reduce the size then scale up? any guidance is much appreciated!

    Hello, I want to create an iPad app that would have a simple view at launch with buttons to different components of the app. Each button then could open up a splitviewcontroller type views. (Interface similar to WebMD: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/webmd-for-ipad/id373185673?mt=8) I was reading online that Apple does not allow splitviewcontroller inside other controllers (like NavigationController).     I have actually one app with a SQLite DB and i port this at the moment to the ipad. My idea is a sync between iPad and iPhone for one table... But the Problem is "Person A" edit/change, create or delete a data record on iphone and "Person B" make the same or delete the edited record from Person A on the same time. Has anybody a idea for this? Or a nice lib for this?
