Session and Cache are By Reference

Recently a colleague remarked that if he got a List of some type out of the ASP.NET Cache, and changed an item, the Cache item would also change.That is correct. Fly Through FIFA World Cup Stadiums Using Interactive Bing Maps

I’m hearing loads of useful apps on Bing Maps these days. One such interesting application that I saw today is theworldcupmap.com . This nice interactive Bing Maps mash up lets you easily visualize all the FIFA World Cup Stadiums by flying across them. Funky Behavior NoTracking Query Entities

I’ve been using a lot of NoTracking queries to grab lists of data that I don’t need change tracked. It enhances performance and cuts down on resources. There are some nuances about these entities, however. Inconsistencies in Health Monitoring Between WebForms and MVC

Transparent Data Encryption

Transparent Data Encryption is designed to protect data by encrypting the physical files of the database, rather than the data itself.
