    Hi Guys, I code in C# (ASP.NET) and am using Forms authentication. I would like to know which is the best method to change a user password without using the asp:ChangePassword control. I dont want to use the reset password method. I just want to grab the password i have inside my textbox and replace it with my older password.     I'm walking into a project with 500+ classes, and am wondering if anyone has had good experiences with automated modeling tools that can import from ASP.Net /C#? It would be a bonus if I could get an automated model based on all the objects called to completely load a single ASP.Net page, with relationships indicating which objects are calling out to which other ones, etc. Thanks for sharing your thoughts or recomendations.

  • ASP.NET MVC - PartialView html not changing via jQuery html() call

    When I change the selection in a DropDownList, a PartialView gets updated via a GET request. When updating the PartialView via the jQuery html() function, the html returned is correct but when it displayed in the browser it is not correct. For example, certain checkboxes within the PartialView should become enabled but they remain disabled even though the html returned says they should be. When I do a view source in the browser the html never gets updated. I'm a little perplexed. Thoughts?     Hi there, I have an asp.net page, with couple of Divs, some of these div's get the image path from database and show the image in a smaller version (thumbnail). and as soon as user click on thumbnail, I use ajax Modal popup to show the full size image, what I need to have is to have a progree image(gif), on every thumbnail image while loading the asp.net page for the first time, I konw that it is possible to use UpadePanel, but I need the actual working code,or any other way to achieve this, Thanks in advance
