  I've this application, where two children are playing catch. One throws and the other catches. While I can show a ball object moving between two stationary objects, how do I show the objects "releasing" and "catching" the ball, in a way that is close to lifelike? I have used in index.html $('#button3 a').attr({ target: '_top' }); When I call the index.html from an iframe as a src, the page opens in _self.   I read in a file with a few numbers using a scanner, and then split them using the split method. My main issue is if there is a method that can just give me ranges, probably in the math class. The numbers are currently in an array, and I wanna move those numbers and there ranges into a two-dimensional array. Could anyone give me some tips or tricks to go about that?

  I have some xml files with figure spaces in it, I need to remove those with php. The utf-8 code for these is e2 80 a9. If I'm not mistaken php does not seem to like 6 byte utf-8 chars, so far at least I'm unable to find a way to delete the figure spaces with functions like preg_replace. Anybody any tips or even better a solution to this problem?

Two tools I'm currently considering are a wiki (screwturn wiki) or Sharepoint 2010. I'm wondering if there is something better suited to the task, or any input anyone has on this subject. • help troubleshooting deadlocks in sql server database

  I've got two database servers, (1) production (2) test on the production database I get frequent deadlocks and I'm trying to find out what is causing it. I take a backup of the database in production and restore it in test and when I perform the exact same scenario that yields deadlocks on the production server I am unable to reproduce in test. any ideas/tips/hints would be much appreciated.
