    How to rotate an image with PHP, any degree, without having the filled space? For instance, if I rotate an image 10 degrees, the image rotates fine but the container around (square) gets filled with black. Is it possible to get rid of this, when for example merging 2 images?

    I use tiny_mce as word-like editor in textareas that are in iframes. I want to use whole iframe space. TinyMCE has a fullscreen button, but I need to set full-screen mode automatically when plugin has loaded. Is there a function/trigger to call this mode (or the button)? Thanks for help.

    Hi, During my file upload process, I found illegal character getting saved in Table. zurück.pdf, C _Word.doc were the file names. Here ü, space between C and _Word was found as ? in the Table Column. I have validate the filename in client side by replacing non-alpha numeric values by _ (underscore), but still it escapes and persist into DB. How can these handled in Client side?

    Dear all. I was wondering if there are examples of situations where you would purposefully pass an argument by value (deep copy) in C. For instance, passing a char to a function is usually cheaper in space than passing a char* (if there's no need to share the value), since char is 1 byte and pointers are, well, whatever they are in the architecture (4 in my 32 bit machine). ?(When) do you want to pass (big) deep copies to functions? if so, why?

    Hello, I have managed to load in an image using: BufferedImage image = ImageIO.read(out); and place text over it however, I want the text to appear next to the image.   • Better alternative to autonumber primary keys

    I am looking for a better primary key than the autonumber data type, namely for the reason that it's limited to a long integer, when I really just need the field to reflect a number or text string that will never ever repeat, no matter HOW many records are added or deleted from the table. The problem is I am not sure how to implement something like turning the current date and time into a hexadecimal string and using that as a unique field I can use as a primary key. Am I just being too paranoid about running out of space?

    Hi, I want to do grep texts files inside a rar without extracting the rar file to disk, I tried a couple of combinations with pipes however it didnt work i tried for example unrar e myrar.rar | grep mysearchedline however it actually opened it to disk, I don't want to open it to disk, I don't have enough space for it to be opened (its real big with real big logs). Is it possible that I can fetch these values by grabbing by the space in the set? Would it make more sense to do result = [] my_dict = dict(very_big_set) for i in range(30000, 30020) result.append(my_dict[i])
