  • Looking for a wsdl-based scaffolding framework.

    I am looking for a wsdl scaffolding framework, or even better if it was a POCO scaffolding framework. I need something like Dynamic Data, but running on wsdl metadata instead of db. I am currently using office infopath which generates decent forms based on wsdl, but I would like to have it in my app, and generated at runtime. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

  • IIS: Content-Length 0 for CSS, Javascript and Images

    After a clean re-installation of my Windows 7 system, I can't get IIS 7 to properly deliver any static content. Dynmic content (ASPX pages and content served by ASP.NET MVC controllers) works fine, but static files such as CSS, Javascript and Images give me a 200 OK status code and a Content-Length of 0. The problem occurs with all web sites on my server, even a brandnew ASP:NET MVC template project with no changes. It also occurs with both Firefox and IE 8. What could possibly be the problem? Note that I also installed the latest Windows Azure SDK, perhaps that messed up some settings. But I don't know how to proceed with for troubleshooting this.

  • How to get headers into framework in Xcode?

    I'm trying to build a framework for MacOS in Xcode 3. It looks like it's building everything except the Headers directory according to the layout listed in the Apple documentation. I can't find anything that tells me what settings to use to get the build process to copy the headers into Headers directory in the framework, or alternately where I have to put those files.     What do people think is the best JSF framework or library for a saving state longer than request scope (but w/o using session scope) that is backbutton/new window safe -- i.e. you have a "wizard"/multi-page form. For example, MyFaces has the 'SaveState' tag (http://bit.ly/8QHmX5) that allows you to maintain state across pages by saving state in the view's component tree. Any comments on SaveState (pros/cons) or suggestions for any better framework or library for this capability?
