I have Silverlight application called MyApp. During startup MyApp loads MyApp.Main.xap module using the following code:
WebClient wc = new WebClient();
wc.OpenReadCompleted += new OpenReadCompletedEventHandler(onMainModuleLoaded);
Uri uri = new Uri("MyApp.Main.xap", UriKind.Relative);
wc.OpenReadAsync(uri);
