I have told them BSNL is one of the most unsecure website of India   If you logged-in to website maybe it’s run in few seconds but sometime it run in 58 minute. OK this is not grammar mistake 58 minute is less then 1 hour. This means open a tab and put the link to open. it will open in hours. If you are using IE8, Chrome and Firefox you will be forced to use IE7 or downgrade. I simply use Ie7 mode in IE for make it work. This happen because they use something that is called DynaTrace. This site is most unsecure. now guess how !   Suppose my username is xyz and password is abc. How I can reset the password I simply go to website and in their site when I do reset my password he told me to fill password and password will not worked here.you can use here password here to reset my password. Remember that username are different then broadband username and password. Suppose if I want to reset your password I simply need to know your broadband username and I can reset it myself. I just logged in with my username and when I open the page for reset password I can fill your bb username and password will work here. I have not tried this. the broadband username can easily guess. this is depend on same way how people’s broandband username made. IS this Safe ? Nope, There are many thing on the site which make me feel that is 1900 century website. They still lived in popup life.  These site are nothing but a crap. not work most of time and when work it’s run too slowly.

  Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Facebook is rated as the best CEO according to a report released by the popular employee reviews website Glassdoor.com. 50,000 employees reviews submitted to Glassdoor in the past 1 year are considered for preparing the rating list and Zukerberg topped the list with 99 percent approval to the question “Do you approve of the way your CEO is leading the company?”. Wow! That’s an amazing support to Zukergerg from his employees though stock market and share holders are not with him. Coincidently Facebook is also rated as the best company to work by Glassdoor in a recent survey. • I am confused between PHP and ASP.NET to choose as a career in Indian software development context

  I need your help(specially from the software professionals of India). I have completed MCA in 2009. After that instead of joining software company I did a Teaching job nearby by home. In the mean time I prepared myself for public sector jobs(bank). I continued my job for 1 year more and left it in 2010. Now in 2012 ,I feel that I should have done the software jobs,so that I could earn my bread and butter and in the mean time I could have prepared for the job.Because,according to my qualification it will give me the best salary. Now I want to go back in software industries. Now all of them are asking for experiences.And I don't have any.....So which language should I learn? And what should I do,because I have two year gap. Some of my friends suggested me to go with PHP as its easier and quicker to get job in India. But Here the PHP guys are getting less salary as compared to ASP.NET. I am planning to begin with PHP and but is it possible to switch to ASP.NET after two years experience. JAVA: I know upto servlet & JSP. Which is nothing in current market. ASP.NET: I know the basics of asp.net upto database connection ie(Gridview). PHP: Only the basics. So what should I do now. Which is most demanding. Does PHP is good, I feel its more like JSP pages. Please guide me, All your suggestions are needed for me.

  If you are a regular reader of this blog, you might know that I travel nearly 20+ days out of 30 days in a month. There are cases when I don’t have a chance to go home for an entire month and my family has to travel to different cities just to meet me. During my recent visit, one of my acquaintances suggested that I should blog about my travel experiences as well. This can be helpful to others who are traveling to the country or city. I have previously written about my experience about all the airlines in India. I would be writing about a few tips about traveling to the beautiful country Nepal today. Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal is very scenic. There are lots of historical places to see and visit. I was fortunate enough to stopover the Pashupatinath Temple, Bhaktapur, Vasantpur and the temple of Kumari Goddess. I also visited casinos there, but even if  I have stayed in Las Vegas for 3 and a half years before, I was not keen on them so I left the casinos just like what I did in Las Vegas . I also traveled to the famous Thamel area by car. Here are my quick tips for anyone who is planning to visit Nepal. They are not categorized but just written in the order that came to my mind. Please note that if you are an Indian, you will get a special privilege everywhere in Nepal, beginning right from the Indian airports. Use the expression “Nameste!” If you want to greet any Indian or Nepali. Indian Nationals do not need visa/passport to enter Nepal. In fact, Indian Nationals can just walk in to Nepal without any passport; but should have any valid Indian ID. There is no use of a passport since it will not be stamped at any immigration ports, whether in India or Nepal. Indian currency is widely accepted everywhere. However, please bring only Rs. 100 bills/notes as Rs. 500 or Rs. 1000 are not accepted. However, casinos there will accept larger bills. Indian National Language – Hindi is widely spoken and understood everywhere. I did not find a single person who had trouble speaking it. Nepali language uses the scripting language as Devnagari, which is similar to Hindi. Here, you will find food of almost every country.  The taste of Nepali food is authentic and very delicious. It is very safe to travel and move around in Kathmandu (despite what media suggests). However, it will really help if you have a friend who speaks Nepali. You can negotiate a few deals and cut off to almost 1/5 of the original quoted price of products sold here. If you are from Gujarat, India – you will find Nepali language sharing many common words. Temples are everywhere, so do not miss to visit a few of them. Pashupatinath is a must. Only followers of Hindu religion (from Nepal and India only) are allowed in most of the holy places. Camera is allowed everywhere except on the holy places. Now it is your turn to share your opinions or any suggestions. I think Nepal is a great country as there are lots of places to visit.   Hi all, I am developing one site in Indian language (Gujarati). My problem is as below: My client wants that they able to copy Gujarati text from word document and paste into the Text area. • Mysql and PHP - Reading multiple insert queries from a file and executing at runtime

  Hi everyone... I am trying out a back-up and restore system. Basically, what i try to do is, when creating the back up i make a file which looks like DELETE FROM bank_account; INSERT INTO bank_account VALUES('1', 'IB6872', 'Indian Bank', 'Indian Bank', '2', '1', '0', '0000-00-00 00:00:00', '1', '2010-04-13 17:09:05');INSERT INTO bank_account VALUES('2', 'IB7391', 'Indian Bank', 'Indian Bank', '3', '1', '0', '0000-00-00 00:00:00', '1', '2010-04-13 17:09:32'); and so on and so forth. When i restore the db i just read the query from the file, save it to a string and then execute it over the DB using mysql_query(); The problem is, when i run the query through mysql_query(), the execution stops after the delete query with the error 'Error in syntax near '; INSERT INTO bank_account VALUES('1', 'IB6872', 'Indian Bank', 'Indian Bank', '2',' at line 1. But when i run the queries directly over the Db, using phpmyadmin it executes without any errors. As far as i can see, i can't notice any syntax error in the query. Can anyone point out where there might be a glitch...? Thanks and regards....

The Culture settings don't seem to do this and I am just currently doing this String.Format(new CultureInfo("en-IN"), "{0:C0}", Price) But for very long numbers I would prefer the word format. I am not from India and only vaguely family with how the system works.

• Ubuntu 12.10 TexLive 2012: Latex file would not compile

  I wrote a long report with chapters using TexLiVE 2009. When I move to 12.10, the system had upgraded to Texlive 2012. However, I found that some fonts were not working, whereas they were a part of the distribution (Texlive). Therefore, I uninstalled the whole thing (TexLive) and then reinstalled. Compilation command pdflatex myreport.tex I now have the following error while compiling: This is pdfTeX, Version 3.1415926-2.4-1.40.13 (TeX Live 2012/Debian) \write18 enabled kpathsea: Running mktexfmt pdflatex.fmt I can't find the format file 'pdflatex.fmt'! How do I solve this issue?

• Number of processes named 'doodle'

  I have ben using 12.10 for a few days. Just upgraded it from 12.04. This comp of mine, which has a 4GB RAM and 64 bit intel processor, just goes slow randomly. When I press Ctrl+Alt+F6 and login through a command prompt, I see a number of processes using - ps -A I get many instances of a process named 'doodle' running. So many that I have to 'pkill' them by hand. Any idea why this is happening?

This connection is distributed from the server several sub-networks / subnets as follows: Faculty: 172.33....../ 255.255.0.0 Administration: 172.34......./255.255.255.0 Students: 172.35...../255.255.216.0 A student has a laptop with a fixed IP address 172.35.23.123 / 255.255.216.0 where the IP address is on the ethernet port. The gateways for internet access are 172.31.1.1 and 172.31.1.2. Further the student has a wireless port which is inaccessible in the hostel area. The OS of the student is Ubuntu 12.10. The student in the possession of an android phone on which he wishes to install specific software and therefore wishes to activate the internet therein. The student has already attempted the Wireless hotspot solution which works for 12.04 but has not been successful. • Restoring a hard drive

  I had a laptop on which there was an AMD X2 display card. Suddenly this laptop went kaput. Incidentally the hard drive was safe. I had checked it using another machine. Further, I got this hard drive covered using an external USB HDD case. One day, while sleeping, this case fell down and since then I have not been able to restore the contents of the Hard Drive (rather could not find tools to recover contents from the hard drive). This hard drive had three partitions (a) NTFS (b) Linux (either ext4 or ReiserFS; I do not remember which one I had formatted in); and (c) Swap. How do I recover my contents?

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, a division of the Department of Interior, won a Carl E. Nelson Best Practices Award for their implementation of Oracle WebCenter and Oracle Content Management to provide an interactive social media environment to engage and inform their constituent communities. The BIA Citizen Portal provides all the services of the Bureau of Indian Affairs to the community of 564 federally recognized tribes that include over 1.9 million American Indians and Alaska Natives. This integration was achieved with the support of Oracle partner Mythics. The Charles Town Police Department integrated Oracle Content Management to integrate with and support their police evidence system.   I have fetched 3-4 tables by executing my stored procedure. Now they resides on my dataset. I have to maintain this dataset for multiple forms and I am not doing any DML operation on this dataset. Now this dataset contains 4 tables out of which i have to fetch some records to display data. Data stored in tables are in form of one to many relationship. i.e. In case of transactions. N records per record. Then these N records are further mapped to M records of 3rd table. So I am using Query Syntax for this and reached up to this point. var dept_list= from dept in DtMapGuestDepartment.AsEnumerable() where dept.Field<long>("PK_GUEST_ID")==long.Parse(63) select dept; This should give me the list of all departments that has guest id =63 Now I want to select all departments_name and parent_name from Table 2 where guest_id=63 i.e. departments that i fetched above.   I am trying to isolate the root cause of slow transfer speeds from my host OS to a KVM client. Both are Linux. Rsync on the host 192.168.1.72 rsync -auv --progress rut3.img /tmp/ [54.09MB/s] Rsync to the client: rsync -auv --progress rut3.img 192.168.1.80:/tmp/ [25.52MB/s] I realize that there will be some TCP overhead on the transfer but over 50%? Can someone enlighten me on what could be slowing down the transfers so much?

Say i have to work with two tables "Customer Master" and "Indian Customer" in ideal situation both tables are compleatly different, and are not interrelated in anyways. however they share the same database Content of "Customer Master": CustomerName (colomn): a, b, c, d, e Branchlocation (colomn): IN, AU, IN, IN, UK Content of "Indian Customer": customerID (colomn): 1, 2, 3 CustomerName (colomn): a, c, d customer details (colomn): details1, details, details . . . In Table "Indian Customer" i want to put a constraint so that the users entring data in this table should not be able to enter customers that dont exist in "Customer Master" or whose branch location is not IN. also the tables are in the same project but are not directly related.

• Need help in filtering records based on radius value in solr

  Hi, I am using solr with Lucene spatial 2.9.1 as per http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/java/library/j-spatial/ I want to write a query, that will retrieve records within a given radius using hsin function, and using cartesian tiers as filters. So i wrote query like this http://localhost:8983/solr/select/?q=body:engineering colleges^0 AND _val_:"recip(hsin(0.227486,1.354193 , lat_rad, lng_rad, 4), 1, 1, 0)"^100 &&fq={!tier x=13.033993 y=77.589569 radians=false dist=4 prefix=tier_ unit=m} My records include many US records and few Indian records. For US records filtering based on radius is working fine. But for Indian records its not varying even if i change the radius . So can any one tell me if anything is wrong with the query or is there any configuration issues related to solr in order to make this work, or since record density is very less for Indian records filtering is not happening properly.Am not able to figure it out. • Is Information Technology really Engineering?

  While travelling I met a mathematician who was sitting near me. In a discussion he said: "...there is nothing like engineering in IT or rather programming". A true engineering is what Architecture is, what Electrical and Mechanical is. It made me think and I was puzzled. A percent of my brain agreed also because in Indian Army, there is no subject like Computer Engineering in the Engineering Corps. They don't consider programming as engineering. This is what I heard few years back, I don't know what Indian Army thinks now. What are your views?
