  • SSRS 2005 report manager link not coming up

    On my SQL Server 2005 installation. I am able to view the report server URL but I am unable to logon to the report manager URL. "http://servername/reports" I don't get any error message at all. Only thing is the page never loads and is in a hanged state. From the reporting services log folder, I am unable to see any useful messages getting logged in the log file. I also checked the IIS server logs and didn't get any useful information either. Have anyone of you experienced this before? Is there any way to fix this problem, please share your thoughts.

    I am using Network Solutions hosting. I was recently attacked with JS:Illredir-S [Trj], I asked my hosting providers to clean it and they cleaned it and updated all passwords, but now after a week my site got infected again with JS:ScriptIP-inf [Trj]. Can anyone please suggest me how to secure my website properly ? Should I change my hosting provider ? I am fed up of these viruses again and again on my websites. I can't even find this virus in my files. Please post informative answers. Thanks

    My website www.edesimusic.net and www.juraatmedia.com is infected with JS:Illredir-S [Trj] malware. My site keep on getting infected with some redirects or js scripts or iframe script, after cleaning them I change my passwords and it comes again after few days. Can anyone tell me how to protect my websites properly and how to remove this virus JS:Illredir-S [Trj] ? I am not getting any information about this virus and which file on my server is infected with it. Please help me!

  • My ASP.NET page is making postback on web server and not on local host

    I have created a website in ASP.NET = www.vif-tech.com/BidsOnline When I am running it on Localhost using Visual Studio 2008, its running perfectly without any postback because I am using Ajax Update Panels (where data is changing constantly). But when I am running from my web server i.e. www.vif-tech.com/BidsOnline, its making postbacks every seconds. Even I tried changing connection string on my localhost and tried connecting to main database (not on my localhost), it's still making postbacks. Is there some error in my DB or page ?

    There's a web services I want to call in my application, I can use it with importing the WSDL or by just use "HTTP GET" with the URL and parameters, so I prefer the later because it's simple thing. I know I can use indy idhttp.get, to do the job, but this is very simple thing and I don't want to add complex indy code to my application. UPDATE: sorry if I was not clear, I meant by "not to add complex indy code", that I don't want add indy components for just this simple task, and prefer more lighter way for that.

    hello I building my project using GWT plugin for eclipse Galileo, after i done from RPC between the server and client, i trying to make a reference from gwt server side to normal java class in non-gwt-project, but every time i make an object from the class (which in non-gwt-project) gives me ClassNotFoundException. i did the buildpath for the gwt project, but still gives me the same exception, is there a way to make that from server side (not from client side). i need help please, i spent a lot of time searching for solution but i did not found anything. i appreciate any suggestions...thanks

    We are team of few Delphi developers who have been using VSS since years (I know it's a pity), but we don't use any of the advanced features of VCS, so it was working fine in many cases (but some times it was driving me crazy :( ). The good thing that we have with VSS that we use third-party plug-ings to integrate VSS with Delphi, which is working great, but now when our projects becomes larger, and we would like to move a way from VSS. I have looked at few other VCS (free and commercial) and found most of them seems be made for Linux guys, and you have to use command line for many admin work(I know I'm windows guy :P). What I'm looking for the new Version control that it should be easy to use and to maintain and Integrated nicely with Delphi IDE (D2007), or at least have a good UI for the Admins an developers.

    Hi Experts, Is it possible to declare multiple static variables of same name in a single C file with different scopes? My site has a Table Tags (contain key word,id) and also 4 types of data related to this tags table like(articles,resources,jobs,...). The big question is:- for the relation with tags what best solution for optimazaion & query speed? make a table for each relation like: table articlesToTags(ArticleID,TagID) table jobsToTags(jobid,tagid) etc. or put it all in one table like table tagsrelation(tagid,itemid,itemtype) I need your help.
