• Shared classes are build under VS2008 only but not under MSBuild.

  We share our classes between silverlight 3.0 client and server as is it described here. Everything works fine under Visual Studio 2008 only. Using msbuild with following command line parameters: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.5\msbuild.exe FoobarApplication.sln /t:Rebuild /p:Configuration=Release /p:Platform="Any CPU" we get following error: Class1.cs(28,54): error CS0234: The type or namespace name 'WcfService' does not exist in the namespace 'Company.FoobarApplication' (are you missing an assembly reference?) Service References\geoServiceReference1\Reference.cs(24,81): error CS0234: The type or namespace name 'WcfService' does not exist in the namespace 'Company.FoobarApplication' (are you missing an assembly reference?) Done Building Project "C:\work\bov-tmp\FoobarApplication\SilverlightClassLibrary3\SilverlightClassLibrary3.csproj" (Rebuild target(s)) -- FAILED. Done Building Project "C:\work\bov-tmp\FoobarApplication\FoobarApplication.sln" (Rebuild target(s)) -- FAILED. I found exactly the same question here. There are 4 workarounds there, I tried first 3 of them and those did not worked out. The 4-th workaround is not the acceptable solution. Any thoughts how to build the solution?

• Problems with GData Request Token

  We have successfully used GData libraries to access a user's Google Docs. But we encountered problems when many users log in to our site and authorize our web app at the same time or successively. Here's what happens: First user successful logs in, authorizes our web app via OAuth and is able to add rubric (or google spreadsheet). Second user, immediately after first user adds a rubric, successfully logs in then webapp fails on authorize (Token not given. I tried to log it.) Third user fails on login. Fourth user was able to log in, authorize via OAuth, and create rubrics successfully. Fifth user was able to log in but like the second user, gets an invalid token on authorize (Token not given.) And the list goes on. Results were unpredicatable.   What is the data inputted into DSA when PGP signs a message? From RFC4880, i found A Signature packet describes a binding between some public key and some data. However, I do not wish to add 'application.myapp.modules.' in every import statement inside the package since it would be impractical and hard to edit if someone decides to rename the app later on. How do I make the import work smoothly? NOTE: It is necessary for me to put the numpy package in the app to ensure ease of deployment.

  I am editing a certain website which before used the port 80 (default) that was not required at the url (because it's default..) But the port had (for technical reasons) to be changed, and now it has to be informed. I can access the main page through ip:port\page like this: 1.2.3.4:81\page.aspx Every link in the website is composed like this: <asp:HyperLink runat="server" Text="random" NavigateUrl="~/fdr/whatever.aspx" /> And whenever I click on a link, the page doesn't load, but the URL is composed on the URL bar of the browser, then I simply add ":80" after the IP in the URL and it works. Due to the existance of querystrings (in other words, for already having access to the URL) I before thought that '~' in the beginning of a URL in a link was saying "keep in the same website, just change to this webpage in this folder", but if the port vanishes, I assume now that the address is requested (probably to IIS) the location of the current website. I want to know then (instead of having to add the port to each link in my website) how do I set up whoever is requested by the ~ in the link to add the port somehow. How do I do that?

I need my program to show different parts of the data contained in a txt file into different listboxs (which are on different tabs of a form) so that the user can see the particular block of data they are interested in. the data contained in the txt file looks like this: G30:39:03:31 JG06 G32:56:36:10 JG04 G31:54:69:52 JG04 G36:32:53:11 JG05 G33:50:05:11 JG06 G39:28:81:21 JG01 G39:22:74:11 JG06 G39:51:44:21 JG03 G39:51:52:22 JG01 G39:51:73:21 JG01 G35:76:24:20 JG06 G35:76:55:11 JG01 G36:31:96:11 JG02 G36:31:96:23 JG02 G36:31:96:41 JG03 though much more of it :) The separate listboxes will contain only the lines who's first integer pair matches that listbox's name. For example, all the lines that start "G32" will be added to the G32 listbox.   Note: Please do not mod down or close. Im not a stupid PC user asking to fix my pc problem. I am intrigued and am having a deep technical look at whats going on. I have come across a Windows XP machine that is sending unwanted p2p traffic. I have done a 'netstat -b' command and explorer.exe is sending out the traffic. When I kill this process the traffic stops and obviously Windows Explorer dies. Here is the header of the stream from the Wireshark dump (x.x.x.x) is the machines IP. I have had a look into the messages explorer.exe is sending in Spy++ and the only related ones I can see are socket connections etc... My question is what can I do to look into this deeper? What does malware achieve by sending p2p traffic? I know to fix the problem the easiest way is to reinstall Windows but I want to get to the bottom of it first, just out of interest.

• Find the Algorithm that generates the checksum

  I have a sensing device that transmits a 6-byte message along with an 1-byte counter and supposely a checksum. The data looks something like this: ------DATA----------- -Counter- --Checksum?-- 55 FF 00 00 EC FF ---- 60---------- 1F The last four bits in the counter are always set 0, i.e those bits are probably not used. The last byte is assumed to be the checksum since it has a quite peculiar nature. It tends to randomly change as data changes. Now what i need is to find the algorithm to compute this checksum based on --DATA--. what i have tried is all possible CRC-8 polynomials, for each polynomial i have tried to reflect data, toggle it, initiate it with non-zeroes etc etc. Ive come to the conclusion that i am not dealing with a normal crc-algorithm. I have also tried some flether and adler methods without succes, xor stuff back and forth but still i have no clue how to generate the checksum. My biggest concern is, how is the counter used??? Same data but with different countervalue generates different checksums. I have tried to include the counter in my computations but without any luck.   I have Vertex template in vertex.h. From my graph.h: 20 template<class edgeDecor, class vertexDecor, bool dir> 21 class Vertex; which I use in my Graph template. I've used the Vertex template successfully throughout my Graph, return pointers to Vertices, etc. Now for the first time I am trying to declare and instantiate a Vertex object, and gcc is telling me that my 'declarator' is 'invalid'. • why am I stuck on "Initiating update" when deploying to google

  I've have not had any trouble deploying through eclipse until now. I'm guessing it might have to do with all the stuff I've added today a folder of .pdf and .tex files (in war/web-inf directory) a bit of JDO stuff and a servlet that reads the files in the directory and indexes them into the JDO Is there any way to find out what exactly is the problem? • Scrolling to the bottom of a div on page load: issue with syntaxhighlighter

  I've been using this code: var objDiv = document.getElementById("code"); objDiv.scrollTop = objDiv.scrollHeight; to scroll to the very bottom of the div. It worked perfectly in FF and Chrome (I asked a question about it not working in Chrome a few days ago, but it appears the guy who was testing it on Chrome was incorrect, so I tested it myself) until I started syntax highlighting the code that I put in the div with SyntaxHighlighter. Before, I was putting the code in a <p> and breaking lines with <br />, but the <br /> stuff doesn't fly with SyntaxHighlighter, so I replaced all of those with newlines (not entirely certain if this is important, but it's worth mentioning). Now, when the page loads, it does scroll, but not all the way down. It scrolls nearly to the bottom. I've tried all the methods listed in the other question I mentioned but they all do the same thing, or nothing at all. Is there anything else I can try? Here is the relevant piece of the generated HTML. • Why does iOS 5 fail to connect to a server running JDK 1.6, but not JDK 1.5

  We have a Java Socket Server listening on an SSLSocket (port 443) and an iOS application that connects with it. When running on iOS 5.1, the application stopped working when we upgraded the Java version of the server from JDK 1.5 to 1.6 (or 1.7). The app connects just fine to JDK 5 and 6 when running on iOS 6. The iOS app is reporting an error: -9809 = errSSLCrypto. On the Java side, we get javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Received fatal alert: close_notify. On the Java server side, we have enabled all the available cipher suites. On the client side we have tested enabling several different suites, although we have yet to complete a test involving each one individually enabled. Right now, it is failing when we use TLS_DH_anon_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA although it has failed with others and we are starting to think it's not the suite. Here is the debug output. • Algorithm for finding similar users through a join table

  I have an application where users can select a variety of interests from around 300 possible interests. Each selected interest is stored in a join table containing the columns user_id and interest_id. Typical users select around 50 interests out of the 300. I would like to build a system where users can find the top 20 users that have the most interests in common with them. Right now I am able to accomplish this using the following query: SELECT i2.user_id, count(i2.interest_id) AS count FROM interests_users as i1, interests_users as i2 WHERE i1.interest_id = i2.interest_id AND i1.user_id = 35 GROUP BY i2.user_id ORDER BY count DESC LIMIT 20; However, this query takes approximately 500 milliseconds to execute with 10,000 users and 500,000 rows in the join table. All indexes and database configuration settings have been tuned to the best of my ability. I have also tried avoiding the use of joins altogether using the following query: select user_id,count(interest_id) count from interests_users where interest_id in (13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35,36,37,38,39,40,41,42,43,44,45,46,47,48,49,50,51,52,53,54,55,56,57,58,59,60,61,62,63,64,65,66,68,69,70,71,72,73,74,75,76,77,78,79,80,81,82,83,84,85,86,87,88,89,90,91,92,93,94,95,96,97,98,508) group by user_id order by count desc limit 20; But this one is even slower (~800 milliseconds). How could I best lower the time that I can gather this kind of data to below 100 milliseconds? I have considered putting this data into a graph database like Neo4j, but I am not sure if that is the easiest solution or if it would even be faster than what I am currently doing.

Here Guessing means trying an candidate and see how far it goes, if a contradiction is found with the guess, backtracking to the guessing step and try another candidate; when all candidates are exhausted without success, backtracking to the previous guessing step (if there is one; otherwise the puzzle proofs invalid.), etc. EDIT1: Thank you for your replies. traditional sudoku means 81-box sudoku, without any other constraints. Let us say the we know the solution is unique, is there any algorithm that can GUARANTEE to solve it without backtracking? Backtracking is a universal tool, I have nothing wrong with it but, using a universal tool to solve sudoku decreases the value and fun in deciphering (manually, or by computer) sudoku puzzles. How can a human being solve the so called "the hardest sudoku in the world", does he need to guess? I heard some researcher accidentally found that their algorithm for some data analysis can solve all sudoku. Is that true, do they have to guess too?

This is how the mapping looks like: <class name="Foo" table="V1_FOO"> ... <property name="Name" column="NAME"/> </class> BTW: The abstract "BusinessObjectBase" base class encapsulates the ID property which serves as the internal identifier.
