  My html form is spreading over several pages (steps), and I want to let the use to take step back in case they would like to change something they filled in. I simply want develop a c# app that, by example, monitors Firefox, IE, etc and logs all navigated pages. Depending of the visited page, I want to block the site (like a parental filter). Code snippets/samples are good, but if you can just tell me some direction of that classes to use I will be grateful. :-)

  I have some pages indexed by Google, for example: /product.html?affiliateid=142 I want a rewrite rule to 301 redirect to the same page if there's an affiliateid=xxx So far I have this: RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^affiliateid=[0-9]+$ RewriteRule ^$ /test.html$ [L,R=301] But its not working, I need to get rid of the variable and get the page name somehow.

  Just installed the trial version of Visual Studio 2010 RTM. Now I keep getting : The name 'NoPanel' does not exist in the current context Errors (where no panel is just about any control in the .aspx file) also I got several errors trying to deploy pages and it would not send the .cs file over ...or pdfs in the Content directory (even though I had copy always set)... This is happening on a pair of mixed ASP.NET MVC and Webforms sites.

Everything seems OK with the lastest versions of Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox, but some users are reporting weird behavior.   When you refresh/reload a page or use the back button, Firefox is kind enough to repopulate your inputs with what was entered before you navigated away. Though this is a nice feature it does not trigger my jquery validation and the unsaved changes warning I add to my pages. Is there a way to either disable this feature in Firefox (without renaming every control every time) or capture the firefox events?

The main class of an applet (MainApplet.class) is there in the package aaa, but when loading I got the exception java.lang.ClassNotFoundException. Where am I wrong?   I am producing a number of PDFs using either SSRS or using an HTML to PDF component. What I want to do for each document is to set the first page to print to tray 1 and subsequent pages. Is there anyway to do this? System.Drawing.Printing and System.Printing seem like good candidates but they don't seem to be useful for PDFs (i may be wrong). The Adobe sdk doesn't at first glance seem to have that level of granularity either.

  Im building an automatic refreshing comment section for my website using jQuery .load. So I am using a javascript 'setTimeout' timer to check for new comments. But after doing some stuff like changing comment pages or deleting (all using ajax), a few old timers keep running, even though I used clearTimeout before loading new ajax content. Is there some way to clear ALL javascript timers when I load new ajax content?
