I want to have another website (with other content, not about technology) inside of it (http://www.foobar.com/loremipsum). I can find http://www.foobar.com in Google Search, but http://www.foobar.com/loremipsum no ... What should I do to index this website?   • Best language for crossplatform app with GUI [on hold]

    I've decided to finally get rid of all Microsoft crap and switched to linux yesterday (It feels so good!) I'm looking for a way to create a cross-platform app with a GUI using an open-source language. I came across python with qt4 (or qt5). I give a thought to Java but it's a memory eater... I'm wondering which other good options is available before starting my journey with those 2 and which tools are good to help me code. I'm currently using Eclipse for all my programming needs.   • How to remove unused usings from class file ?

    When we create a .cs file means code file class is automatically create. That .cs file means class has default usings for namespace. using System;using System.Collections.Generic;using System.Linq;using System.Web;using System.Web.UI;using System.Web.UI.WebControls; We don't use all namespaces  in that class so we have to remove unused namespaces from file. We can remove  namespace manually but it takes time and need full knowledge of class library so we can use Visual Studio . Step 1:  Right Click in .cs File. Step 2:  Move on Organize usings. Step 3: Click on Remove Unused Usings. After that we have only those namespaces in the file these are using.

  • What are my options for Web 2.0 gallery software?

    Good day everyone! This is my first post on this site ^_^ My question is: What are my options if I need a Web 2.0 gallery software that work in a very similar manner to this removed web site. Essentially: users can create account, then create and manage their own galleries. And all other users and guests can see these galleries, add tags, comments, etc. Basically a community driven gallery web site. When it comes to "normal" cms I know a lot of good options, but I never worked with any gallery management software... If you can suggest me some good solutions (free) it would be great! Also: If you by any chance know what software is used at this removed website it would be even better, because this solution suits me the best and I would have used this engine, but I cant find any information on what this engine is and if it is even public, or privately developed thing.   • Time it would take me to learn c++ given my speed? [closed]

    I am a student in second year of engineering and my life is hard, nowadays. To make my future secure and at least get good jobs, I have started learning C++; I have learned J2SE, ASP.NET (little, basic C#), PHP (little), HTML, CSS, AJAX, Javascript, SQL, a little android development (I have built a benchmark app) in 4 months and have received 1 gold medal in CSS and 1 each in HTML, CSS, Java. I am able to make things in C#, Java and all other, so I can apply all this knowledge. I was able to do all this, because I loved learning and I hate to ask this question. How much time would it take me to learn C++, good-enough to get good jobs at Google, Microsoft? I am currently learning data structures, so that's excluded.
