  • jQuery plugin to wrap text around images + support IE6

    This is a tall order, but is there a jQuery or Mootools (or other framework) plugin to wrap text around images and support IE6? I've tried the jQSlickWrap, but unless the browser supports HTML 5, you're out of luck. What's strange is that IE 6 supports the jQuery Background Canvas plugin, which uses the CANVAS object (via excanvas.js) just as this plugin does. Thanks.

    Hello, I have a question regarding the C++ Standard. Suppose you have a base class with user defined copy constructor and assignment operator. The derived class uses the implicit one generated by the compiler. Does copying / assignment of the derived class call the user defined copy constructor / assignment operator? Or do you need to implement user defined versions that call the base class? Thank you for your help.

I'd like to try to start using Mercurial though, and I'd like to keep the Windows authentication scheme. Is there some way to set this kind of thing up using the tools available on Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard (in particular, IIS 7)?

    I want to use asymmetric encryption of headers in RESTful requests to verify the identity of the system sending the request: i e System A encrypts it's name, timestamp, and the service name using it's public key in a request to System B. System B then uses the public key of System A to decrypt, proving the authenticity of the request. 1) Does php-mcrypt support this? 2) Has anyone benchmarked this type of operation?

    I'm trying to do this: commands = { 'py': 'python %s', 'md': 'markdown "%s" "%s.html"; gnome-open "%s.html"', } commands['md'] % 'file.md' But like you see, the commmands['md'] uses the parameter 3 times, but the commands['py'] just use once. How can I repeat the parameter without changing the last line (so, just passing the parameter one time?)

    I'd like to build a webapp in Rails in which I'd like to determine every pixel's color of a given image (JPEG). Is there any possibility to do that with Rails or JavaScript?     i will have multiple applications on the app store and 1 urban airship account to send push notifications to all of these devices. what i want to know is if each apple device has the same "push token" across all applications? this is more of a database architecture thing so that I don't duplicate a push token many times if one single device uses many of my apps if each apple device generates a unique push token for each application it has installed my architecture needs to change.

  • SendKeys.SendWait doesn't works

    My target is to send keyboard events to external application. From my application, I'm launching a C# exe (console application) that bring the target application to the front and uses SendKeys.SendWait to send keyboards events. I ran into a rate case were the command don't have any affect. When debugging it, it works but when running it not in debug it fails. I think it as something to do with the fact that when debugging my application is the active application.
