MongoMapper - undefined method `keys'

Hi! Weird question, but i need to find an answer. Is there any way, in which i can manage managed beans in JSP? I`ll try to explain, what i want to do: Imagine, i have JSP page, which, for example, is called document.save.jsp. I have some various documents with different types. Each of them have their own bean. For example: BillDocument.java, OrderDocument.java and ReportDocument.java. BillDocument.java in my jsp is #{billdoc}. OrderDocument.java - #{orddoc}. ReportDocument.java - #{repdoc}. Each of them have method save(). In my JSP i want to call this method, but i need to know, which document it is. In my mind this structure is something like: <% String currentBean = ""; if(document == BillDocument){ currentBean = #{billdoc}; } if(document == OrderDocument){ currentBean = #{orddoc}; } if(document = ReportDocument){ currentBean = #{repdoc}; } %> Then, my Button with save method on it, may be smth like: <h:commandButton action="currentbean.save"/> Is there any way, in which i can store data about bean, which will be used in this button? Autocompleting \cite{} with emacs + auctex gives "cite: no such database entry"

Hi: I am running Emacs 23.1.1 and AucTeX 11.85 in an Ubuntu 8.10 machine. After opening a tex file, the first time I try to use the autocompletion of the \cite{} command, I get "cite: info not available, use `C-c &' to get it." in the minibuffer. After doing the 'C-c &', I get "byte-code: No BibTeX entry with citation key". Subsequent calls to \cite gives me the message "cite: no such database entry" . I have a \bibliography{library} in my tex file, and the \cite{} entries that I did manually work as expected. I have the following in my .emacs (require 'reftex) (setq-default TeX-master nil) (add-hook 'LaTeX-mode-hook 'TeX-PDF-mode) ;turn on pdf-mode. AUCTeX ;will call pdflatex to ;compile instead of latex. Ubuntu 12.04 OpenCL with Intel and Radeon?

I want to setup my Ubuntu 12.04 with OpenCL(Open Computing Language) support for i7 2600k and Radeon HD5870. My Monitor is connected to the integrated Graphics of the i7. Intel OpenCL SDK is installed and working. Iteration of avaliable OpenCL devices shows 2 entries for Intel. As recommended I installed AMD APP SDK 2.6 first and then the fglrx driver. I installed fglrx from Ubuntu repositories. This works fine till here. When I run aticonfig --inital -f and restart the system I get into trouble. Chrome Extension: how to capture selected text and send to a web service

For the Google Chrome extension, I need to capture selected text in a web page and send to a web service. I'm stuck! First I tried a bookmarklet, but Chrome on Mac seems to have some bookmarklet bugs so I decided to write an extension. I use this code in my ext: function getSelText(){ var txt = 'nothing'; if (window.getSelection){ txt = "1" + window.getSelection(); } else if (document.getSelection) { txt = "2" + document.getSelection(); } else if (document.selection) { txt = "3" + document.selection.createRange().text; } else txt = "wtf"; return txt; } var selection = getSelText(); alert("selection = " + selection); When I click on my extension icon, I get a "1". So I think the act of selecting outside the browser window is causing the text to not be seen by the browser as "selected" any more. Just a theory.... thoughts?

Open an attachment for editing and save changes made to it

My Lotus Notes document has a rich text item that stores an attachment. I want to edit the attachment and after this to save the attachment back to the Lotus Notes document. This is the script that launches the attachment: @Command([EditGotoField];"Attachment"); @Command([EditSelectAll]); @Command([AttachmentLaunch]); @Command([EditDeselectAll]) This script opens the attachment, but the changes made are not reflected to the Lotus Document. One way of solving this is to add AttachmentActionDefault=2 as an entry to the notes.ini. This enables to edit the attachment when double clicking on attachment. Also using the right click on the attachment, and then choosing edit action, produces the same result. In both cases, after saving, the changes are reflected back to the Lotus Notes document. The problem is that I want to use a button for opening the attachment.

Javascript callback on blackberry

I'm working on a mobile project, and I have a script that is dynamically generated on the backend and then appended to the document (the html page). Desktop browsers seem to append the script correctly and call any functions in the script, however, I can't get this to happen on Blackberry phones. I know that the script is being appending because I can alert it after I append it. I just can get it to call the function in the script. For example, if I have code like this: var scriptText = document.createElement('script'); scriptText.type = 'text/javascript'; scriptText.id = 'thisScript'; scriptText.innerHTML = 'alert("hello");'; document.getElementById('idName').appendChild(scriptText); alert(document.getElementById('thisScript')); //Alerts the script element. This will alert 'hello' in desktop browsers and even the iPhone/iPodTouch, but not BlackBerry's. Anyone have any idea why? Or if there's a fix/hack?

Increase RGB components every Hour (r), Minute (g), Second (b) for digital clock

So I am taking my first javascript class (total noob) and one of the assignments is to modify a digital clock by assigning the color red to hours, green minutes, blue to seconds, then increase the respective color component when it changes. I have successfully assigned a decimal color value (ex. "#850000" to each element (hours, minutes, seconds), but my brain is fried trying to figure out how to increase the brightness when hours, minutes, seconds change, i.e. red goes up to "#870000" changing from 1:00:00 pm to 2:00:00 pm. I've searched everywhere with no help on how to successfully do this. Here is what I have so far and any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Issue editing class style properties using js - issue is with IE

I have a function to edit the style properties of a class Unfortunately IE does not seem to like it but it does not give me an error. Does anyone know what the issue is? Are there existing web sites that use a photo as a electronic signature?

The use case: to sign a electronic document, users view the document, and if they agree take a picture of themselves with their webcam (done through Flash from the browser). Then a PDF is generated containing the document and the picture in place of signature. This is a biometric signature, which is not as strong as a digital (cryptographic) signature, but stronger than having users draw their signature, as a photo is harder to forge than a drawn signature. Has anyone seen this technique being used on an existing web site?

Will JavaScript evaluate a property's value if it's not part of an assignment statement?

I've come across a fairly obscure problem having to do with measuring a document's height before the styling has been applied by the browser. Can I simply use the following statement: document.body.offsetLeft; or do I need to assign it to a variable, e.g.: var force_layout = document.body.offsetLeft; in order for browsers to calculate that value? I think this comes down to a more fundamental question - that is, without being part of an assignment statement, will JavaScript still evaluate a property's value? Does this depend on whether a particular browser's JavaScript engine optimizes the code?

Xsl mime type problem

Hi, I have a busybox with lighttpd running on as http server. My problem is while firefox and opera can get the page with applied xsl, Arora(webkit) can not. Using the Antenna and J2ME Polish preprocessors interchangeably and setting a variable value

I have J2ME code, which I want to be able to compile using the J2ME Polish preprocessor or the wtkpreprocessor (antenna). They mostly use the same directives so it usually works, but ... When I want to insert an URL value in the Java code this gives a problem. Deliberately adding bugs to assess QA processes

How do you know that as many bugs as possiblle have been discovered and solved in a program? Couple of years ago I have read a document about debugging (I think it was some sort of HOWTO). Among other things, that document described a technique in which the programming team deliberately adds bugs into the code and passes it to the QA team. The QA process is considered completed when all the deliberately known bugs have been discovered. Unfortunately, I cannot find this document, or any similar one with description of this trick. Can someone please point me to such a document?

How can I convert a bunch of files from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8 using Perl?

I have several documents I need to convert from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8 (without the BOM of course). This is the issue though. I have so many of these documents (it is actually a mix of documents, some UTF-8 and some ISO-8859-1) that I need an automated way of converting them. Unfortunately I only have ActivePerl installed and don't know much about encoding in that language. I may be able to install PHP, but I am not sure as this is not my personal computer. Just so you know, I use Scite or Notepad++, but both do not convert correctly. For example, if I open a document in Czech that contains the character "ž" and go to the "Convert to UTF-8" option in Notepad++, it incorrectly converts it to an unreadable character. There is a way I CAN convert them, but it is tedious. If I open the document with the special characters and copy the document to Windows clipboard, then paste it into a UTF-8 document and save it, it is okay. This is too tedious (opening every file and copying/pasting into a new document) for the amount of documents I have. Any ideas? Thanks!!!

My goal: each time a user selects text, and clicks a button, that text gets added to an array. The problem: each time the button is pressed, the all objects of the array get overridden with the currently selected text. Fully customized login system in Django?

Hey, I am currently writing an application which I plan to sell as SaaS. Without giving away "secrets," I can say that it is basically a "document editing system" in which many users will be submitting documents. The basic heirarchy is this: Institution Individual Document Sub-document So each Individual should be able to BROWSE all documents that were submitted by anybody in their institution, but should only be able to EDIT documents that they created. No individual should even be aware of the existence of another Institution--that should all be completely hidden. I have written a Django/Python class that would facilitate this, but every document regarding authentication that I have read requires that I use the User object. Is this just a limitation of Django, or is there a way to do this? If there is a way, how can I get my own "Individual" class details attached to the "request" objects so I can validate the things I should be showing the users?
