  Parser: The query contains the XXXXXName parameter, which is not declared. (msmgdsrv) I have no idea why I keep getting this error. It occurs when I change the MDX in the query designer and trying OKing out of the query designer. The strange thing is that the parameter DOES exist, I can see it in the parameters section of the dataset dialog. I am creating it before I do anything else with the query.

  Hi, I`m trying to freeze my application using Py2exe. My app uses PyQt4 and it apparently works fine with py2exe. But once I`ve uninstalled PyQt, it shows the following error: QSqlDatabase: QPSQL driver not loaded QSqlDatabase: available driver: QPSQL7 QPSQL Which doesn't make sense at all. If PyQt4 is still installed, it works just fine. • Installed mountain lion, getting a python virtual env error?

  I recently installed mountain lion (10.8) and when I open up my terminal I get this message: Traceback (most recent call last): File "<string>", line 1, in <module> ImportError: No module named virtualenvwrapper.hook_loader virtualenvwrapper.sh: There was a problem running the initialization hooks. If Python could not import the module virtualenvwrapper.hook_loader, check that virtualenv has been installed for VIRTUALENVWRAPPER_PYTHON=/usr/bin/python and that PATH is set properly. Before I try and fix this, I was hoping someone could guide me as I haven't touched python in a while and I don't want to mess up this installation.

  I setup a gre tunnel a cisco router and a Linux machine, the tunnel interface in the Linux box named pic. • How do special folders work on Windows 7?

  Hello, I did something silly and accidentally moved my my special folders (My Documents, My Music etc.) to the Desktop. Once I noticed my mistake I quickly moved them back. But now my System acts erratically. It continuously creates new empty folders on my Desktop. And I have now two folders named "My Pictures" in my home directory. One of which is magically linked to the one in Desktop while on the command line one one is actually visible. If I delete the superfluous folders on Desktop then the explorer crashes. It is all a big mess. Of course I checked HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\User Shell Folders and it looks all ok there. So here the question: As anybody got any informations on how Windows 7 handles the special folders which might help be clean up the mess? I am well versed in using both the command line or the registry editor.

• Windows XP computer can't see Windows 7 shares

  I am building a network containing notably a laptop running XP and a computer running Windows 7. Both computer have shared folders and the 7 has a shared printer, to which another laptop running 7 is able to print. If I attempt to see the laptop's network shares on the PC, everything works perfectly: I am able to see and enter the folders. The reverse operation however doesn't work. Xp doesn't see the Windows 7 PC. Other things to note: As mentioned above, another Windows 7 computer is able to see the printer and I can ping both computers from either PC. Both computers are in the same workgroup named ALLAITEMENT Password-protected shares are turned off on the PC. The 7 Computer uses 40/56 bit encryption The Windows XP laptop has SP3

• Difficulty getting Saxon into XQuery mode instead of XSLT

  I'm having difficulty getting XQuery to work. I downloaded Saxon-HE 9.2. It seems to only want to work with XSLT. When I type: java -jar saxon9he.jar I get back usage information for XSLT. When I use the command syntax for XQuery, it doesn't recognize the parameters (like -q), and gives XSLT usage information.   I am trying to combine multiple audit tables, and then filter the results into an excel sheet. The Union All and parameters make the query in excess of 1200 characters. It appears the string is truncated when running this. What recommendations can anyone make. I have no control over the database structure and am only reading foxpro free tables. • How to provide multiple input to ffmpeg?

  I'm using ffmpeg to create time-lapses and it's working great. As input I have images named 001.jpg, 002.jpg, etc. and then with the command ffmpeg -i %3d.jpg -sameq -s 1440x1080 video.mp4 I create the video. But my problem comes when I want to create a video using multiple sets as input. For example, I'm in a dir where I have two folders set1 and set2, each with photos in it in the format explained previously. I tried doing ffmpeg -i ./set1/%3d.jpg -i ./set2/%3d.jpg -sameq -s 1440x1080 video.mp4 but it ends up doing a video using only the first set. Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks!

  Hi there, I'm trying to build a custom Intrusion Detection and Prevention System (IDS/IPS). I found a great utility named ROPE which can scan the packet payload and drop the packet that doesn't follow the rules, set by a script. This serves my purpose completely, since what I want to do is check the payload for some specific text and then drop it or allow it ( the string feature in iptables wouldn't do me any good, because I want to check more than one string in tha payload, like usernames, id's, etc ). However, ROPE is really old and despite my many attempts I haven't managed to install it properly. Do you know any similar program that will help me drop packets in iptables depending on the payload? Any suggestion is greatly appreciated :)

• combining sed with xargs to obtain a source and output file name

  I have a situation where I have some input files like this: M2U0001.MPG M2U0180.MPG And I want to run a command (in a bash shell) on each similarly named file in the directory. I'd like the current file name to be given to this command as an input and a modified version of the filename to be given as an output file. Here's an example: ffmpeg -i M2U0001.MPG M2U0001_fixed.MPG I had the idea of using xargs and sed, but this is as far as I got: ls -1 *.MPG | xargs -I{} ffmpeg -i {} `echo {} | sed -r 's/[0-9]{2,}/&_fixed/'` But this results in the original filename being output in both positions. Am I totally going about this the wrong way? I found that if I echo the filename directly to the embedded chunk like this it works: echo M2U0001.MPG | sed -r 's/[0-9]{2,}/&_fixed/'

I can successfully get the photoset on to my site, but it shows all the photos from every photoset, what I was hoping to achieve was to show the primary photo from each photoset, and then if the user clicked on the image it would show the full photoset in a lightbox/shadowbox.   I've got a Logitech keyboard and a digital sound device. The Logitech keyboard has a little volume wheel that sets the Main Speaker Volume. The digital sound device ignores the Main Speaker Volume and only pays attention to Wave Volume. See the issue? I'm looking for a program that can link Wave Volume to Main Speaker Volume. The closest I've found is a little utility named VolumeTracker, but it eats an entire CPU core, which is a bit much for a program of this functionality. Alternatively, I'd take a way to make the standard Logitech drivers change Wave Volume instead of Main Speaker Volume.

• Python requests - saving cookie for later url usage

  I been trying to get a cookie and post it to a url in later use in the program, but I cant seem to get the cookie parameters to work. Right now I have response = requests.get("url") But how exactly do I retrive cookies from this url and post them to a new url (the same cookies). The tutorial in requests is somewhat vague on the topic and gives examples I cannot test. Hope someone can help with further examples. This is python 2.7 btw.

  There's a web services I want to call in my application, I can use it with importing the WSDL or by just use "HTTP GET" with the URL and parameters, so I prefer the later because it's simple thing. I know I can use indy idhttp.get, to do the job, but this is very simple thing and I don't want to add complex indy code to my application. • Boot drive is incorrect one.

  I have several hard drives installed. I normally use c: as my boot drive and a much larger drive (h:) for storing most of my files. I found a subfolder in my c:windows folder named windows after a failed reinstall of Vista. Upon inspection I determined it to be older than the c:windows folder and therefore it must be the older, working version of the boot. I renamed the c:windows folder to c:windows.bad and moved the sub windows to the c: root directory. I also copied it to the h: drive. Now MSCONFIG reports that the copy that is booting is the h: copy. How can I change it back to the c: copy and can I delete the c:windows.bad file set?
