  • How do I disable system pop-ups in Windows CE 6?

    What do I have to do to disable all system pop-ups in WinCE 6 R2? I read Mike Hall's post about Kiosk mode [1] but that's not going to work for us because we still want the standard graphical Explorer shell.     For Data Explorer I would like to add support for a Batch separator. So for example if users type in: select 'GO' go select 1 as go Go select 100 I would like to return the three result sets. Its clear that I need some sort of parser here, my hope is that this is a solved problem and I can just plug it in. (writing a full T-SQL parser is not something I would like to do) What component / demo code could achieve splitting this batch into its 3 parts?

  • Adding reference to Office library failing: type or namespace name Word not found

    I'm trying to use the sample code here: I went to "Add Reference" dialog and added "Microsoft Word 12 library", but it doesn't appear in the Solution Explorer. I also added: using Microsoft.Office; I get the following error message when trying to declare a "Word" object. Error 1: The type or namespace name 'Word' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?) Any suggestions on how to properly reference the Word library?

  • Detached views in eclipse on linux

    Hi, When i detach wiews in eclipse on ubuntu, eg package explorer, it shows up as a separate window in ubuntu (Eclipse ends up taking up 4 windows, and that makes alt-tabbing through my open programs a pain) Is there a way to fix this so Eclipse only show up as one window in ubuntu no matter how many vews are detached?

I went to Tasks Import Data, and imported some data from a flat text file, opting to save the package on the server. Now how the heck do I get to the package to edit or run it again? Where in SQL Server Management Studio do I go? I've expanded everything and I can't find it. It's driving me nuts.

    I have been using git on windows-msysgit. Whenever I try to remove a repository completely either using explorer or using $ git rm -rf ptp/ fatal: Not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git it errors out "The data present in the reparse point buffer is invalid" or the fatal error above.     My XP machine has become terribly slow and I want to identify the application at fault. It seems to be related to disk access rather than processor hogging.
