  At this moment I have a ATI HD 5870 iCooler 5 and I game a lot. I want to replace the card for another, I don't have room in my case to add another 5870. I mainly play games like Battlefield 3, but I can't play this game on Ultra high, for me is this pretty important. So here are my questions: Price is not an issue because computers are a big hobby to me and hobbies cost money :-) Can anyone recommend me a better card, ATI or Nvidia does not mather to me.   I was going through some previous posts on CONNECT BY usage. What I need to find is that what to do if I want to get all the parents (i.e, up to root) and just one child for a node, say 4. It seems Like I will have to use union of the following two:- SELECT * FROM hierarchy START WITH id = 4 CONNECT BY id = PRIOR parent union SELECT * FROM hierarchy WHERE LEVEL =<2 START WITH id = 4 CONNECT BY parent = PRIOR id Is there a better way to do this, some workaround that is more optimized?

  XBox Music Now Playing In the XBox Music app (both app and Windows completely updated) I tried playing a folder full of MP3s from a USB HDD. In the screenshot above the track Sometimes is currently playing (indicated by the small green spectrum analyzer icon to the left). Now suppose I want to start playing the sixth track So Hard, how do I do it without pressing the Next Track button five times? Double-clicking (using touch) doesn't work and selecting the track by swiping left or right doesn't show any Play Now option in the bar that pops up from the bottom. Cannot believe the default music player app is so bad! :o

  I have a handful of (content unrelated) sites with decent PRs and I'm considering hosting them all on the same server. I've heard that if you do this, internal linking between two seperate domains on that server may be seen as less "valid" by Google in PageRank terms (since you obviously own both of the sites as they share an IP address). Anyone have any experience in this? I'd love to save some hosting cash by consolidating, but not at the expense of losing the ability to link my sites together powerfully.

• Moving SQL Server databases from one drive to another?

  I have a SQL Server 2008 R2 on my machine which stores everything on the C: drive (C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10_50.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\DATA). I got an additional Hard Drive now and would like to move all the databases over. It's 26 databases, so I'd like to avoid manually disconnecting/reconnecting them. Ideally I would just like to move them from C: and D: and tell SQL Server to look there. Downtime is not an issue, I just don't want to do dozens of mouse clicks :)

  I prefer to edit in one large file rather than many independent files, but due to limitations in languages, source control, and the preference of team mates I need to output to many files. What I'm looking for would recurse through all the files in a source directory and generate a single file to edit in VIM, with special file seperator markers. On save it would save the the changes to the correct file(s) ideally in a smart manner, based only on changes made. Does something like this exist?

Is there a way (without falling back to VBA) to keep the lines together which form a "record" while sorting on them. I know, this is abusing Excel but I have no other choise here.   I use scheduled tasks that calls a batch file, that calls more batch files to move about three files from a pc, to a server, then to multiple other pcs. It all happens very quickly, as they are small files. Are there any pitfalls for how fast these transfers happen? I'm just mildly concerned about causing some disk corruption somehow. I use logic like 1. Call MapToPc if files exist then move file to folder on server. Disconnect 2. Call SendtoPCs If files exist (the files just moved to the server) then MapToPCs Move all files Disconnect All of this happens in about 2 secs or less. edit: this on windows 7, server 2003, xp respectively
