    I am looking for the abilities that Youtube's Chromeless player has to offer but for non-Youtube hosted videos such as Metacafe, Vimeo, Viddler, etc. Abilities I will need are : Mute/Unmute (toggle) Volume Loop Resize video dimensions Current play back position Load bar Can I use Chromeless player for videos hosted on other sites besides Youtube? If not is there a solution out there? If not, what languages/APIs would I need use and know to create such an application?

  • Blackberry (Java) - Setting scrolling be not focused on objects on the screen

    I have a mainscreen which currently scrolls (and I have the arrows on the right) but the scrolling seems to be focused on the ButtonField objects that I have on the page. Is there any way to set the scrolling to be non-focused scrolling (moving a few pixels each time). Is there a way to set this? Other ideas I have had (which sound hacky so I want to avoid): - Placing NullFields around to scroll - Manually listening to the trackwheelRoll event and moving appropriately

    Hi, During my file upload process, I found illegal character getting saved in Table. zurück.pdf, C _Word.doc were the file names. Here ü, space between C and _Word was found as ? in the Table Column. I have validate the filename in client side by replacing non-alpha numeric values by _ (underscore), but still it escapes and persist into DB. How can these handled in Client side?

  • Dynamic sizing of SSRS Report....

    Hello....I have a report with 12 Tablixes on it. The user can pcik and choose which one of these Tables and their associated data shows when the Report is generated. However, when chosing a subset of the 12 tables, the report shows blank space where I hide the non-selected tablse. Is there any way to make the report resize/fit the size of the selected tables...truncating the white space where the invisible tables are? Thanks

    I am working with a high resolution camera: 4008x2672. I a writing a simple program which grabs frame from the camera and sends the frame to a avi file. For working with such a high resolution, I found only x264 codec that could do the trick (Suggestions welcome). I am using opencv for most of the image handling stuff. As mentioned in this post http://doom10.org/index.php?topic=1019.0 , I modified the AVCodecContext members as per ffmpeg presets for libx264 (Had to do this to avoid broken ffmpeg defaults settings error).     When I use VIM or most modeless editors (Eclipse, NetBeans etc.) I frequently do the following. If I have similar text blocks and I need to change them all, I will change one, copy it (or use non-deleting yank), select next block I need and paste the changed version over it. If I do the same thing in emacs (select region and paste with C-y), it doesn't replace the region, it just pastes at the cursor position. What is the way to do this in emacs?

  • How Netbeans Editors know that file is not modified after undo?

    Netbeans uses standart UndoManager API for implementation of undo functionality. But neither standart javax.swing.undo.UndoManager nor org.openide.awt.UndoRedo.Manager doesn't have any method to mark states as saved and check modified status. Nonetheless if you change the file and press undo, the file is marked as unmodified. How do they do that? I need the same functionality for my (non-text) editors if the Netbeans RCP application.

I now have a situation where the combination of two fields has to be validated: public class MyModel { public Integer getValue1() { //... } public String getValue2() { //... } } The model is invalid if both getValue1() and getValue2() are null and valid otherwise. How can I perform this kind of validation with JPA 2.0/Hibernate? With a simple @NotNull annotation both getters must be non-null to pass validation.

Thus, I have created a new "reader-compatible" version of the page for the handicapped. The question is how I can tell if someone is using a reader rather than a standard browser?     Hi Everyone As everybody knows the en-US Keyboard-layout is the best one for programming. So I'd like to use it in my IDEs. But since I live in a non-en-US country I need the de-CH layout for all other applications. Now I wonder if it is possible to set the layout depending to which application currently has the focus.     When drawing parallel vertical lines with a fixed distance between them (1.75 pixels) with a non-integer x-value-offset to both lines, the lines are drawn differently based on the offset. In the picture below are two pairs of very close together vertical lines. As you can see, they look very different. This is frustrating, especially when animating the sprite.
