    In WPF, how would I do the following: Every x milliseconds, underline 3 words at a time. After x milliseconds, underline the next 3 words.   • How to get Auto-completion in ASP.NET MVC?

    Hello, In ASP.NET MVC, we don't have controls which can do stuffs such as autocompletion (we don't have controls at all from Visual Studio like in web forms). But, Is it possible to still get 'Auto-completion' with a text box in ASP.NET MVC (like with the textbox found on the Google's Home page)? If this is the case, what's the best way to do so? JQueryUI? or there's someother way of getting that functionality? Thanks for helping.

    I need to display the selecteditems in a label I am using VB 2005 I set the selection mode to multi-extended It did work selecting only one item with the following code: me.xresultslabel.text= me.xlisttextbox.text.selectedItem.tostring But when I tried to display more than one item using the following code: me.resultlabel.text= me.xlisttextbox.text.selectedItems, I get the following string on the label: system.windows.forms.listbox+selectedobjetcollections. any help will be highly appreciate

  • Input type "Text" to have a blurred text, which dissappears onFocus?

    Some websites have forms with input type="text". And inside these textboxes there is a blurred text, which says for example: "Enter your name here". And then onClick or OnFocus or whatever, the text dissappears and you can type into the textbox. Like the title of posting a question here at stackoverflow, same thing. How is this done easiest way? Would prefer if there was not too much js involved. Thanks

User also can start the application from its icon on desktop.I want the application to be minimized in system tray if it was started from windows start up and to be in normal windows state if started by user clicking on its shortcut icon. Is there a a way to detect whether the application started by user or by start up ?   • How can I limit the number of registrants to an event?

    I've set up a basic html/php submission form where people can register for our event, but need a way to replace the submission form webpage with one that reads something like "We have reached our registration limit" when we reach a certain number of submitted forms. Our database is MySQL (if that makes a difference) I've looked around on the web but people either say to count the entries by hand, or the ones that do have an automated system use CMS like drupal or joomla. Is it possible to setup an automated script that will do this?
